Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a sealing tape 1 for rapidly sealing and opening a package according to the present invention comprises a release substrate 10 and a sealing tape 14; wherein, the shape-separating base material 10 is made of a proper material which is not easy to be adhered by adhesive, can extend into a continuous strip shape, and can be wound into a bundle so as to be convenient for storage, transportation and processing; the separated substrate 10 is formed with a first separated tear line 101 and a second separated tear line 102 parallel to each other along the length thereof, a sealing tape tear strip 11 is formed between the first separated tear line 101 and one length side of the separated substrate 10, a first tear portion 12 is formed between the first separated tear line 101 and the second separated tear line 102, and a second tear portion 13 is formed between the second separated tear line 102 and the other length side of the separated substrate 10; wherein, the side of the length direction of the second tearing part 13 is formed with a plurality of convex parts 131 protruding to the width direction of the second tearing part 13, the convex parts 131 can be any appropriate shape, the convex parts 131 can be distributed at equal intervals; the first and second tear-off portions 12, 13 each have a width greater than the width of the package tape tear-off strip 11.
The first and second separating tear lines 101 and 102 may be formed along the length of the release substrate 10 by an automated machine when the release substrate 10 is manufactured.
As shown in fig. 2, the width of the packaging tape 14 preferably corresponds to the sum of the widths of the packaging tape tearing strip 11, the first tearing-off portion 12 and the second tearing-off portion 13 but does not include the width of the protrusion 131, and an adhesive layer 141 is coated on one side of the packaging tape 14, and the adhesive layer 141 completely covers and adheres to the packaging tape tearing strip 11 on the first side of the release substrate 10, the first tearing-off portion 12 and the second tearing-off portion 13 but does not adhere to the protrusion 131; the protruding portion 131 is not adhered with the packaging tape 14, so that the user can easily tear the second tear-off portion 13 from the protruding portion 131.
Fig. 3 to 15 are schematic views showing a practical application of the packaging tape 1 of the present invention to the packaging box 2, wherein, as shown in fig. 10, the packaging box 2 comprises a first main cover 21 and a second main cover 22 connected to two opposite sides of the upper opening of the box body, and a first auxiliary cover 23 and a second auxiliary cover 24 connected to the other two opposite sides of the upper opening of the box body. When the packing box 2 is packaged, the first auxiliary cover plate 23 and the second auxiliary cover plate 24 are covered on the box body, and then the first main cover plate 21 and the second main cover plate 22 are sequentially covered on the first auxiliary cover plate 23 and the second auxiliary cover plate 24 (as shown in fig. 5). The first main cover 21 and the second main cover 22 of some packages 2 are opposite to each other (as shown in fig. 11), so that, when packaging such packages, the packaging tape 1, which is obtained by tearing the first tear-off portion 12 to expose the first adhesive portion 121, is adhered to the outer surface of the first main cover 21 (as shown in fig. 12), then the second tear-off portion 13 is torn from the second side of the release substrate 10 to expose the adhesive layer 141 as the second adhesive face 132 (as shown in fig. 13), and then the second adhesive face 132 is adhered to the second main cover 22 of the package 2 to complete the packaging (as shown in fig. 14). When the package is to be opened, the sealing tape 14 can be quickly torn from the package 2 by pulling it from the non-adhered sealing tape tear strip 11 (as shown in fig. 15).
Fig. 16 to 21 are perspective views showing an embodiment in which the packaging tape 1 of the present invention is applied to a document delivery bag (paper express bag) or a packaging bag 3 (plastic express bag); the packaging bag 3 includes a bag body and a sealing cover 31 connected to the bag opening 30, when packaging, the packaging tape 1 tearing the first tearing portion 12 to expose the first adhering portion 121 is adhered to an outer surface of the sealing cover 31 of the packaging bag 3 (as shown in fig. 16 and 17), then the second tearing portion 13 is torn from the second side of the release substrate 10 to expose the adhesive layer 141 as a second adhering face 132 (as shown in fig. 18), and the sealing cover 31 is folded in half relative to the packaging bag 3 to adhere the second adhering face 132 to the packaging bag 3 to complete packaging (as shown in fig. 19).
