Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a rack for holding cap-shaped objects and more particularly, to a cap-shaped object rack that keeps storage cap-shaped objects in a stack and facilitates pickup of the storage cap-shaped objects.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Boxes and plastic bags are commonly used for holding cap-shaped objects (such as cap-shaped milk ball, cap-shaped coffee powder ball, etc.). However, storing cap-shaped objects in a box or plastic bag cannot keep them in a good order. Further, when using one cap-shaped object, the user must open the box or plastic bag. It is inconvenient to serve cap-shaped objects in this manner.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention has been accomplished under the circumstances in view. It is one object of the present invention to provide a cap-shaped object rack, which keeps storage cap-shaped objects in a stack. It is another object of the present invention to provide a cap-shaped object rack, which facilitates pickup of the storage cap-shaped objects.
  • To achieve these and other objects of the present invention, a cap-shaped object rack is made by means of bending a metal wire rod into shape. The cap-shaped object rack comprises two smoothly curved upright side rods, a base open frame connected to bottom ends of the upright side rods, a top open space through which cap-shaped objects are inserted one after another into the space between the two upright side rods, a bottom open space through which every storage cap-shaped object is taken out of the space between the two upright side rods, two back support rods arranged in a parallel manner between the two upright side rods for supporting every storage cap-shaped object between the two upright side rods, and a front stop rod is connected between the bottom ends of the back support rods and curving forwards and suspending above the base open frame at the front side relative to the upright side rods.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an elevational view of a cap-shaped object rack in accordance with the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic drawing of the present invention, showing a status of use of the cap-shaped object rack.
  • FIG. 3 is a sectional side view of the present invention, showing cap-shaped objects kept in a stack in the cap-shaped object rack.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates four cap-shaped object racks of the present invention arranged together for application.
  • FIG. 5 is an elevational view of an alternate form of the cap-shaped object rack in accordance with the present invention.
  • FIG. 6 is an elevational view of another alternate form of the cap-shaped object rack in accordance with the present invention.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates still another alternate form of cap-shaped object rack in accordance with the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring to FIGS. 1˜3, a cap-shaped object rack in accordance with the present invention is made by directly bending a metal wire rod into shape, comprising two smoothly curved upright side rods 10, a base open frame 15 connected to the bottom ends of the upright side rods 10, a top open space 11 through which every cap-shaped object 16 is inserted into the space between the two upright side rods 10, a bottom open space 12 through which every cap-shaped object 16 is taken out of the space between the two upright side rods 10, two back support rods 13 arranged in a parallel manner between the two upright side rods 10 for supporting every inserted cap-shaped object 16 between the two upright side rods 10 for enabling inserted multiple cap-shaped objects 16 to be kept in a stack, a front stop rod 14 connected between the bottom ends of the back support rods 13 and curving forwards and suspending above the base open frame 15 in front of the upright side rods 10 for stopping loaded cap-shaped object(s) 16 in the bottom open space 12 between the upright side rods 10. Further, the bottom ends of the upright side rods 10 are bent into a substantially L-shaped profile and abutted against each other, supporting the lowest one of the loaded cap-shaped objects 16 at the curved front stop rod 14 for taking conveniently.
  • Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3 again, cap-shaped objects 16 are inserted one after another through the top open space 11 into the space between the two upright side rods 10. Thus, the inserted cap-shaped objects 16 are kept in a stack by the upright side rods 10 and the back support rods 13. When using the cap-shaped objects 16, the user can take the cap-shaped objects 16 out of the cap-shaped object rack one after another through the bottom open space 12 and along the curved front stop rod 14. Further, the design of the substantially L-shaped profile of the bottom ends of the upright side rods 10 facilitating pickup of the storage cap-shaped objects 16 from the cap-shaped object rack by the user.
  • FIG. 4 illustrates an alternate form of the present invention. According to this alternate form, four cap-shaped object racks are arranged at four sides and abutted against one another.
  • FIG. 5 illustrates another alternate form of the present invention. This embodiment is substantially similar to the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1˜3 with the exception that the top ends of the upright side rods 10 are bent into a substantially L-shaped profile and abutted against each other.
  • FIG. 6 illustrates still another alternate form of the present invention. According to this alternate form, the top ends of the upright side rods 10 are bent into a substantially L-shaped profile and abutted against each other and, the bottom ends of the upright side rods 10 are also bent into a substantially L-shaped profile and abutted against each other.
  • FIG. 7 illustrates still another alternate form of cap-shaped object rack in accordance with the present invention. According to this embodiment, the curved front stop rod 14 that is disposed at the bottom side of the back support rods 13 is relatively shorter when compared to the aforesaid other embodiments of the present invention.
  • Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
