  • The fastening means 40 includes a plurality of frame members 42 a each having a ⊂-shaped cross section and disposed at the upper and lower sides and the right and left sides to engage the first fastening bosses 12 and the second fastening bosses 22, in which an inside of the frame member is defined into an open space 42 a and the closed space 42 b by a defining boss 42 c and an end of the open space 42 a is provided with a fixing boss 42 d fitted to the fixing groove 50; a plurality of fixing brackets 44 each formed in a
    Figure US20110011855A1-20110120-P00001
-shape in a plane and inserted in the closed space of the frame members 42 connected to each other, the fixing bracket 44 having a through-hole 44 a penetrating the fixing bracket; and a plurality of fastening screws 46 each threadedly engaged to the through-hole 44 a of the fixing bracket 44 which is positioned in the frame member 42, to fix the fixing bracket 44 to the frame member 42.
  • The upper, lower, right and left frame members 42 are engaged to each other to form the fastening means 40 having the ⊂-shaped cross section and the □-shaped plane. The fastening means 40 is engaged to the plates in such a way that the open space 42 a faces the first fastening bosses 12 and the second fastening bosses 22. In this instance, both fixing bosses 42 d are forcibly fitted to the fixing grooves 50, thereby firmly fixing the fastening means 40.
  • The horizontal plates 10, the vertical plates 20 and the rear plate 30 may be made of various kinds of materials, such as synthetic resin, wood or metal. It is preferable that the fastening means 40 is made of a synthetic resin or metal so as to be forcibly fixed to the first fastening boss 12 and the second fastening boss 22.
  • The method for assembling the prefabricated recipient box 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will now be described.
  • First, the horizontal plates 10 are placed at the upper and lower sides in such a way that the support bosses 14 face the stepped portions of the horizontal plates 10.
