The posts 0 G are provided, at their centers, with the trunnions d d, which have their bearings in the upper ends of the standards Keys G G pass through slots in the upper ends of the posts O G, and are intended to wedge down and hold in place the top board F, which bears upon the churn-top.
H represents a handle to one of the trunnions, for revolving the churn-frame,
In using this churn-frame I first remove the The frame A A and its standards B B, in
combination with the revolving frame which holds the churn, and composed of the posts 0 G, boards E and F, and the wedge-keys Gr G, the several parts being constructed as and for the purpose set forth.
