A clip device for sales pads comprising a back cover, a flat fixed base member notched at its ends to form a forward attaching base and a spring portion, said base member being attached to the back cover, the spring portion being provided with offset pivots at each end and with upwardly deflected portions towards each end to form stops for the pad, an upwardly projecting stop at the end of the back and a movable clip member provided with pivot bearing members at its end engaging with the said pivots on the said spring portion and having an inwardly projecting back portion adapted to engage with the said fixed member and adapted to engage the said upwardly projecting end stop whereby the said movable 'member may be swung into open and closed position and be retained by the said spring portion.

A clip device for sales pads comprising a back cover, a flat fixed base member notched at its ends to form a forward attaching base and a spring portion, said base member'being attached to the back cover, the spring portion being provided with 'ofi'set pivots at each end to forifi upwardly projecting stops for the pad and with a central upturned stop portion at the end of the back, and a movable clip member provided with pivot bearing members at its end engaging with the said pivots on the said spring portion and having an inwardly projecting back portion adapted to engage with the said fixed member and adapted to engage the said upwardly projecting end stop whereby the said movable member may be swung into open and closed position and be retained by the said spring portion. p

A clip device for sales pads comprising a back cover, a flat fixed base member notched at its ends to form a forward attaching base and a spring portion, said base member being attached to the back cover, the spring portion being provided with offset pivots at each end, an upwardly projecting stop at the end of the back and a movablec'lip member provided with pivot bearing members at its end engaging with the said pivots on the said spring portion and having an inwardly projecting back portion adapted to engage with the said fixed member and adapted to engage the said upwardly projecting end stop whereby the said movable member may be swung into open and closed position and be retained by the said spring portion.

A clip device for sales pads comprising aback cover, a fiat fixed base member notched at its ends to form a forward attaching base and a spring'portion, said base member being attached to the back cover, the spring portion being provided with offset pivots at each end and with upwardly deflected portionsjtowards each end to form stops for the pad, and a movable clip member provided with pivot bearing members at its end en-- gaging with the said pivots on the said spring portion and having an inwardly projecting back portion adapted to engage with the said fixed member, whereby the said movable member may be swung into open and closed position and be retained by the said spring portion. A clip device for sales pads comprising a back cover, a flat fixed base member notched at its ends to form a forward attaching base and a spring portion, said base member being attached to the back cover, the spring portion being ,provided with offset pivots at each end, and a. movable clip member provided with pivot bearing members at its end engaging with the said pivots on the said spring portion and having an inwardly projecting backportion adapted to engage with the said fixed member whereby the said movable .member'may' be swung into open and closed position and be retained by the said 1 spring portion.
