This invention relates to pocket-pen-holders.
The general object of the invention is to provide an improved case which is adapted to fit a pocket in a garment, to maintain pens and pencils in the pocket and in their correct alignment.
A further object of the invention is to provide a pocket-pen-holder comprising an impervious case, having spaced side walls and having a brush secured within the case to hold pens and pencils properly spaced and in alignment. Other objects of the invention will be ap- 1'5 parent from the following description taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, wherein:

In the accompanying drawings I have indicated my pocket pen holder as embodied in a case 10. This case may be made of celluloid, rubber, fiber, leather, metal or suitable composition, and as shown the case includes a front 11, and a back 12. The front and back are joined by curved ends 13 and the lower end of the case is closed by a bottom 14.
The bottom of the case has a loop 15 thereon. The loop includes aperture 16 through which suitable fastening means may be inserted in securing the case in a pocket.

Having thus described my invention, I
claim A pocket-pen-holder comprising an impervious case having spaced side walls thereon and having a bottom and an open top, a brush including a back having bristles thereon, the back of said brush being rigidly secured to one of the inner walls of said case adjacent the open end thereof, said bristles firmly embedded in the back of said brush and being flexible and being shorter than the distance between said side walls, said bristles comprising spaced tufts, certain of said bristles being adapted to urge a pen towards the side wall remote from said brush and other of said bristles being adapted to hold a pen against lateral movement.
