According' to' this method the heating gases are maintained, in a' closed channel containing the heat exchanging elements, at
a continuous rolling flow by means of a fan, the admission of fresh heating gases taking place in the suction zone of this rolling flow and the discharging of the cooledgases in the pressure zone. The asadmission and discharge is preferably eected centrally to the circulating flue so that the circulating gas quantity remains' always constant even if an auxiliary cooling means issucked in at the same time. r
