The preferred form of my'fountain pen comprises a tubular member or shell 8 with an intermediate cross partition9 dividing the 15 interior ofthe shell into two cylindrical chambers extending from said partition in opposite' directions to the two opposite ends' of the tubular'shell. A knurled cap 10 isremovably threaded on one end of the shell and a 0 sleeve 11 with a reduced portion 11. is removably threaded in said cap and carries a pen 13, an ink' feeding channel 12 being provided through said reduced portion. An ink tube 14, preferably of glass, is mounted in Y L5 shell 8 and contains an upper flange 15 resting on the upper edge of said shell and provided with a finger lug 16 which is bevelled at its outer edge to be engaged by the linger nail for withdrawing'the'ink tube from the shell.
