BAG HOLDER.
Specification of Letters Patent.
Application filed December 24, 1921. Serial No. 524,596.
the invention consisting in the specific con-- struction, combination and arrangement of parts herein described and claimed, and d1st1nct1ve features being the one plece arouate wire Suspender frame, and the flexible container or pocket detachably supported thereon by means of an edge casing, substantially as hereinafter set forth.
In the accompanying drawings,
Fig. 1, is aperspective View of-my new holder as hung up for use;
Fig. 2, is a side elevation of the container, so suspended;
Fig. 3, is a perspective view of the frame detached from the bag;
Fig. 4, is a side edge elevation of the frame;
Fig. 5, is a perspective view of the copulative ends of the frame.
My bag holder consists essentially of a wire loop or frame F, adapted to be threaded into an edge casing c, of a receptacle, bag, or container C, of flexible material, preferably of suitable textile fabric, which may be detached from its supporting frame F, for, transfer or storage of contents, or for cleansing or renovation, the fabric employed in the making of said container being preferably washable.
The edge casing c, of the container C, extends completely around the mouth thereof, except for the side placket 0, provided for insertion and threading of the frame F, and that (0 provided for the exposure and protrusion of the hang-hook h, as shown more particularly in Fig. 1, of the drawings.
Said hang-hook h, is formed medially of the length of the straight back portion 6, of the frame F, as shown in Fig. 3; and the front member or bow b, is preferablyof arcuate shape, as also indicated, although this is not an essential feature of my structure, since the said bow Z), may be of any desired shape or configuration-provided it is adapted to function as a means of holding extended or open the mouth ofthe bag or container C, substantially asshown in Figs.-
1 and 2.
The ends of the wire frame F, considered in a unitary sense, are formed with copulativc means of any suitable character consistent with one piece structure, as for instance a hook on one end and an eye on the other end, or a hook on each end, or any modification of loop form thereof, provided the detachable 'interlocking'of said ends of the wire is provided for substantially'as indicated in the accompanying drawings. Thus constructed and arranged, my bag.
