To all whom it may concern: 1 Be it known that I, HA'r'rIn FELs, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the borough of Manhattan, city, county, and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Garments,"
of which the following is a specification. My improvements relate tov outer gar- ;ments of the 'overall type, being adaptable for general use in that respect, both for adults and juveniles, having for its'object among othersto provide a garment embodying an upper portionand a lower bifurcated portion with a flap at the upper edge of which is provided an elastic band. there being means for attachment of the flap to the upper portion to provide for vertical adjustment in accordance with the height of. the
