Tlhis invention relates to holding devices for tags, identification cards and the like, and has an object to provide an improved construction wherein means are presented for thoroughly protecting the tag against injury or loss.
Another object in View is to provide an ii'nproved holder wherein the construction Txlll permit the ready insertion or removal of the tag, but rill prevent the accidental loss thereof.
