IMPROVEMENT IN sEATs VFOR STORES.

Specification forming part of Letters Patent N o. 116,023, dated June 20, 1871; antedated June 17, 1871.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known thatfI, DANIEL CHRISTIAN, of Chagrin Falls, in the county of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, have invented a new and useful Improvement in 'Seats for Stores; and I do hereby declare that the following is a full,

clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable others skilled in the art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing forming part of this spec- My invention relates to seats for stores; and consists in an improved combination of parts for that purpose, as hereinafter described and claimed.

Figure 1 is a perspective, and Figs. 2, 3, and 4 detail views, respectively, of the bottom socket-plate, the bottom Of seat, and the bracket.

A is the bracket, having upper arm C, with a hook on the end to iit into socket-piece c; a lower arm, a, with a turned-Oli' and shouldered end; and the side arm D, which has a socket,

with aperture g thereon, and a hole, ZL, to receive the end ot' branch a.V E is a seat, having a pin, i, in the middle thereof to tit into the socket G is the counter, to whose under side the socket-plates are iirmly fastened.
