Mexico, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Articles of Apparel; and we do hereb declare the followin to be a full, clear, an exact description of t e invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and. use the same. I

This inventlon relates to an improvement in articles of apparel, and has for its printie, watch-fob or other articles of such construction as to-permit of displaylng one or more pictures 0 any type, although the 1n-- vention is specifica y 1 various views of. cities, buldings and other like places which the wearer has visited.

Another object of the invention is to proset forth in which an improved means is provided for detachably securing said .pic-' A further object of the invention is to provide an article of the character described which is composed of a minimum number of parts, is therefore simple in construction, and is cheap to manufacture. 1

Referringtothe drawings and more particularly to Figs. 1 to a inclusive, there s shown an article adapted to. be employed as either a hat bandor a belt. This article consists of anelongated rectangular body 5 preferably of soft leather," which is pro 'vided with a series of spaced openings 6 arranged longitudinally along its length.

Disposed against the inner face of this body s an elongated rectangular body of trans I parent material 7' such as celluloid or'the like. In the modified form of the invention, as illustrated in Figs. 5 and 6, there is shown a watch-fob which consists of a body '5 hBuV". *ing an opening 6 formed therein. Disposed against the rear face thereof isa transparent body 7, the longitudinal edges thereof being outwardly bent to form flanges 8 and 8. .The longitudinal edges of thebody 5 are bent over upon the flanges 8 to form hems 9*. These parts are secured by longitudinal rows of stitchings 10. A card 11* has its longitudinal edges disposed between the body 7 and the flanges 8. Secured to the upper end of this body 5 is an body being inturned upon the flanges of the strip, said body and inturned edges thereof being'secured to the strip and its flanges by a' series of, stitchings.
