Abstract

The invention relates to railway transport. A locomotive servicing comprises a body, which rests on a frame of ball-joint bogie with first and second stages of a spring suspension, where the second stage consists of three springs located between the body and the bogie frame. The first stage of spring suspension is made in the form of springs located from the outer sides of the wheels of each wheel pair between brackets rigidly secured on the axle boxes and side walls of the bogie frame, and axle box junction units. The latter are located on the inner sides of the wheels of each wheel pair and comprise spherical self-lubricating bearings. Their external races are elastically mounted in the brackets rigidly fixed on the bodies of axle boxes, and the internal races - in the brackets rigidly fixed on the sidewalls of the bogie frame. In the second stage of the spring suspension two extreme springs are based on the sidewalls of bogie frames, and the middle springs rest on the transverse beams of bogies. The surfaces of sidewalls of bogie frames and axle boxes and sidewalls of bogie frame and body turned to each other are equipped with appropriate safety supports, which are able to link up at derailment of the bogie. Each stage of the spring suspension is equipped with safety chains hinged on the surfaces, on which the springs are based. The technical result is the improvement of dynamic properties of the traction units, reduction of impact on the track, increase of reliability and durability of the units of locomotive servicing in the case of impact loads.
