Abstract

Даний винахід стосується способу виробництва мінеральних волокон і пристрою, який може бути використаний відповідно до цього способу. Зокрема, спосіб даного винаходу включає: забезпечення печі, завантаження печі мінеральними матеріалами, що містять оксиди заліза, плавку завантажених мінеральних матеріалів у відновній атмосфері так, що в печі є нижня зона, де збирається розплавлене залізо, і розплавозбірник над нижньою зоною, в якому збирається мінеральний розплав, виведення з печі мінерального розплаву і формування з нього мінеральних волокон, виведення з нижньої зони печі розплавленого заліза. Спосіб характеризується тим, що в ході даного процесу безпосередньо в нижню зону печі вводять добавку, яка містить одну або більше речовин, вибраних з окислювальних агентів і невідновних газів.
