A method for making a filling of rose hips and ashberries for frozen half-finished products with functional properties comprises preparing raw material, blanching thereof, removing seeds. The fruits are pulped and added to preheated sugar syrup and the half-finished filling is tempered. The pectin mixed with citric acid in advance is added into said half-finished filling and it is boiled up. At the end the ready filling is repeatedly pulped and cooled.
