Abstract

A method for single-stage freezing a carp milt provides for a method of passive refrigeration of a thermal unit in a neck of a Dewar vessel where plastic tubes are used as a container for putting a biomaterial. In the lower part of the plastic tube a metal rod, which perform a function of the first degree of refrigerating and initiates yielding of crystals, is included. The thermal unit is kept at a temperature of +5 °С at a depth of 3 cm in the neck of the Dewar vessel Х-5 and 6 cm in the Х-34B, for freezing the carp milt up to -70 °С the thermal unit is merged for a depth of 10.5 cm for the vessel model Х-5 and 30 cm for X-34B, a speed of refrigerating a biological object of a volume of 0.5 ml in a single dose is about 20 °С/min.
