Abstract
A method of lining a steel teeming ladle includes molding reinforcing and operating layer of lining of a wall and a bottom of a housing of ladle, moreover molding the reinforcing layer of the lining of bottom and wall in the area of slag belt is performed by welding on internal surface of bottom and along the perimeter of wall in the area of a slag belt of anchors made of high-temperature stainless steel located at an angle of 90° relative to each other, and their filling with self-spreading mullite-corundum low-cement concrete mixture, in the case filling the concrete mixture during molding the reinforcing layer of lining in the area of slag belt is conducted into a clearance, which was formed between the housing of ladle and operating layer of lining, which upper row is made from molded bricks with shear toward the side of the housing of ladle, drying the ladle lining by heat treatment. It is expedient to use the self-spreading mullite-corundum low-cement concrete mixture of the following composition, in percent by mass: Аl2О3 97.0-98.0; СаО 1.0-1.30; Fe2O3 0.25-0.80, and not less than nine anchors are welded on 1 m2 of internal surface. Use of the disclosed method ensures averting the shift of lining during operation and increasing its durability, that leads to increase of the service life of steel teeming ladle.
