Abstract
A cardan shaft of vehicles has at each of its ends flange with end slots for connection of shaft to units of vehicle and hinge unit that includes cross piece ends of which are installed in needle bearings with end washers, and in the middle part cardan shaft is equipped with slots and spline bushing for interaction with slots of the shaft. Hinged joint is equipped with stopper ring that is installed to groove at side of end of cross piece with possibility of interaction with the body of needle bearing, and permanently installed oiler, and slots on surface of spline bushing are equipped with polymer coating.
