Abstract

Пристрій для опромінення поверхні лазерним випромінюванням містить встановлені по одній оптичній осі лазер, першу оптичну систему для введення пучка світла лазерного випромінювання у світловод, другу оптичну систему для напрямку вихідного зі світловода світла на опромінювану поверхню. З метою підвищення рівномірності інтенсивності опромінення великої поверхні світловод утворений багатомодовим волокном довжиною в кілька метрів, а друга оптична система являє собою проекційну систему у вигляді мікроскопа.
