本創作係一種食品壓製裝置，其主要係於機台設有轉盤、壓製模組及控制模組，機台上界定有壓製區及輸送區，轉盤係樞設並受控於該機台，轉盤上設有多數成形模具，並能轉動使成形模具進入壓製區，壓製模組係設於機台的壓製區，控制模組係電性連接機台及壓製模組，並能控制轉盤轉動及壓製模組進行食品半成品的壓製作業，本創作食品壓製裝置能藉由所述壓製模組壓制食品半成品並搭配轉盤進行輸送，能有效提高食品半成品的壓制作業效率，同時能降低人員夾傷以及品質不均之問題。This invention is a food pressing device, which is mainly equipped with a turntable, a pressing module and a control module on the machine. 本創作係一種食品壓製裝置，尤指能應用於食品半成品的壓製作業之食品壓製裝置。 This invention is a food pressing device, especially a food pressing device that can be used in the pressing operation of semi-finished food products.

餡料類產品常見於日常的飲食中，市面上如月亮蝦餅等餅型內含餡料的食品，需以上下餅皮包夾漿餡，並將整體壓製成形至相近厚度的成品。而其中，為了使漿餡可以均勻分布於上下餅皮中，傳統的做法係透過以人工塗抹、桿壓等方式進行食品成形之作業，然而透過人工進行成形作業不但容易因施力不均，導致食品的厚度不均，而有成形品質之偏差，且亦有作業效率不佳以及成本較高之問題。 Filling products are common in daily diets.
