Abstract

The present invention provides an assembly equipment for heat exchanger and assembly module thereof. The assembly equipment is adapted for mounting U-shaped tubes on corresponding tubes of a heat exchanger. The assembly equipment includes a material module for placing U-shaped tubes, a carrier module for placing a heat exchanger, and an assembly module. The assembly module includes a chuck and a drive unit. The chuck includes two clamping assemblies spaced apart from each other. The drive unit can drive the clamp to rotate and locate the clamping assemblies at the material module and the carrier module, respectively; furthermore, the drive can drive the clamping assemblies to simultaneously hold and install the U-shaped tubes on the material module and the carrier module, respectively. Since the assembly module can hold and install the U-shaped tubes simultaneously, the speed of assembling the U-shaped tube can be improved.
