Abstract

本創作係為一種疲勞駕駛監測裝置,包含一偵測器,係戴掛於身體任何部位(或其他可穿戴偵測生理數據之裝置),以及一接收器,設置在車體內或以外掛方式之接收器,並與該偵測器連結;其中,透過偵測器實時監測駕駛者的生理訊號(心率、血氧、心率變異量、血壓),經由傳輸機制傳送至接收器後,續由演算法進行評估、分析及判斷駕駛當前之疲勞狀態。當偵測器檢測到高疲勞度時(或達警戒值),會立即主動由接收器發出警訊提醒,同時發送訊息至管控中心,做出恰當處理事宜。

Description

疲勞駕駛監測裝置
本創作係為一種疲勞駕駛監測裝置,特別係指一種可提昇感測疲勞效果之監測裝置。
由於車輛日漸增多,相對的造成交通事故的機會也越來越多,然而造成事故的主因不外乎是駕駛人酒駕、超速行駛或生理問題等因素,其中生理問題多半是突發狀況,無法預料而難以避免,例如疲勞駕駛,對於交通安全之影響是相當大,其危險性更遠甚於其他肇事原因。
近年來隨著智慧型運輸系統的發展,運用各項先進科技感測駕駛人員精神狀態或避免駕駛疏失之感測技術已相當普遍,在習知技術中,大概有下列幾種方式:
1.車輛只要時速超過65km/h並且持續行駛15分鐘以上,疲勞警示系統即會偵測運作,它會藉由持續偵測駕駛的行駛狀況(如方向盤轉動、異常的偏斜加速...等),來判讀駕駛者是否為疲勞狀態;若偵測到狀況,儀表板會顯示建議休息訊號(咖啡杯),並且發出警示音提示。
2.駕駛人注意力輔助系統,這套系統的運作方式,主要是透過方向盤內的感知器偵測駕駛者操作方向盤的手部動作,分析駕駛人是否已出現不正常的方向盤轉動,並透過儀表板上的顯示幕,以咖啡杯提醒駕駛者注意 安全。
3.在儀表板上安裝一組紅外線感測器,其會不斷發出紅外線來偵測駕駛人的眼球動作,當發現駕駛人的眼皮已經垂下、或是眼睛正盯往非車道方向,電腦便會給予提醒,諸如發出警示聲響吵醒駕駛人。
4.車道偏移警示系統當駕駛偏離車道次數過多,系統會判定駕駛者處於疲勞駕駛狀態,會在儀表板螢幕上顯示提醒咖啡杯圖示,告知駕駛者應停下車休息一下。
5.駕駛昏睡檢測系統能使用轉向角度感測器或電動轉向持續分析駕駛人的轉向行為,以發現標準的疲勞型式;該系統還會記錄下任何突然、細小的轉向動作。輔以其他的參數(例如已經行駛的時數和當天的時間),系統就能辨識出疲勞的警示跡象。
然而,上述之方式,雖可感測駕駛人員之生理動作,但感測效果,會因每個人的生理差異而無法做出準確的判斷,仍無法發揮最佳之感測效能。
本創作主要目的在提供一種疲勞駕駛監測裝置,運用偵測器之穿戴式感測器實時監測駕駛者的生理訊號,主要為觀察其心率變異性,並經由傳輸機制(藍芽)傳送至接收器之車載設備或個人外掛裝置,經光體積變化描記圖(PPG,Photoplethysmography)傳感器取樣後的演算訊號呈現血氧、心率、心率變異量(Heart Rate Variability,HRV)、呼吸頻率、血壓等數據,經由演算法作為評估駕駛疲勞的指數來分析判斷駕駛當前之疲勞狀態。
為達上述目的,本創作所公開之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,主要有 一偵測器及一接收器,其中該偵測器包含一錶殼及主控基板,該錶殼上設有一個或以上之傳感器,戴掛於身體任何部位,經主控基板內之PPG傳感器取樣後,可分析檢測出駕駛者之血氧、心率、心率變異量、呼吸頻率、血壓等數值;該接收器,以車載設備方式或個人外掛設備方式呈現,並與偵測器連結,接收偵測器之偵測訊號,經由演算法進行評估、分析及判斷駕駛當前之疲勞狀態及程度。
有鑑於上述之技術,本創作係藉由多功能穿戴裝置(設備)與車載(BLE gateway)設備或個人外掛裝置(BLE gateway)配對後可自動與其連結,當車子發動後立即與穿戴裝置連結並啟動實時監測駕駛生理行為且經由穿戴裝置(設備)收集生理數據血氧、心率、心率變異量(HRV)、呼吸頻率、血壓,再經由演算法作為評估駕駛疲勞的指數(HRV<50ms,milisecond文獻上是以50ms為分界)來分析判斷駕駛當前之疲勞狀態,當出現疲勞數據時,接收器之外掛裝置或車載電腦與穿戴偵測器立即啟動警訊告警(以振動提醒),並立即啟動通知保安系統,保安系統立即啟動監視。
當超過告警時間(5-10秒)生理行為(心率、血氧、血壓、HRV)未恢復標準值或未立即做恰當的反應及身心調整,保安系統(保全公司、客服中心)會立即以電話通知駕駛人(裝置皆為設定強制自動接聽),以作為提醒及確保避免疲勞駕駛行為。

本創作之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,包括一偵測器1及一接收器2;其中該偵測器1之手錶實施例(參閱第1圖所示)具有一錶殼10及設於錶殼10內之主控基板,該錶殼10背面設有一個或以上之傳感器11,以錶殼10用於掛在駕駛者手腕位置,可檢測駕駛者的心率訊號及生理數據,而主控基板設有一光體積變化掃描圖,用以收集駕駛人員之血氧、心率、心率變異量、血壓及呼吸頻率,並透過傳輸機制(例如藍芽傳輸或Wi-Fi)將收集之生理數據傳輸至接收器。關於偵測器1之其他實施例可設為手環、耳機、戒指、臂帶、胸貼、胸帶、眼鏡、腳環、或任何可攜帶式偵測生理數據之儀器,皆屬本創作之技術範圍。
該接收器2(參閱第2圖所示),以車載設備(內裝或外裝行車電腦)或個人外掛之使用型態,設於車輛內,並與偵測器電性連結,接收偵測器傳輸過來之生理數據;接收器之組合配備主要包含一顯示器20、一高音質喇叭及麥克風、主控基板、、SIM卡槽、鋰電池;其中該顯示器係顥示血氧、心率、心率變異量(HRV)、血壓和呼吸頻率等生理數據,經喇叭產生警訊告警,以麥克風回應當前狀況,且藉由SIM卡槽***SIM卡,當熱點做數據傳輸及來電告警有無緊急狀況通知。關於接收器2之其他實施例可設為穿戴式通話手錶(環)、單獨外掛設備、行車紀錄器、導航機、任何外掛車載顯示器或是後視鏡,皆屬本創作之技術範圍。
關於本創作之使用步驟(參閱第3圖),係藉由偵測器1與接收器2配對後可自動與其連結,當車子發動後立即與偵測器1連結並啟動 實時監測駕駛人員生理行為且經由偵測器收集血氧、心率、心率變異量(HRV)、血壓和呼吸頻率等生理數據,再以接收器將收集後之生理數透過演算法,分析評估駕駛疲勞之指數(以HRV為主,其中心率變異量(HRV)必須小於50ms),藉以分析判斷駕駛當前之疲勞狀態程度。
當出現疲勞數據時,接收器2及偵測器1立即啟動警訊告警偵測器1(以振動警示)駕駛者,接收器則以聲響警訊提醒駕駛者,並立即啟動通知保安系統,保安系統立即監視。當告警時間超過5~10秒,駕駛者生理行為(心率、血氧、血壓、HRV)未恢復標準值或未立即做恰當的反應及身心調整,保安系統(保全公司、客服中心)則立即以電話通知駕駛者(裝置強制自動接聽),以確保避免疲勞駕駛行為。
本創作之裝置,為提昇安全,更可與自動煞停系統結合,使車輛內建車載電腦可根據駕駛者是否處於疲勞,而決定煞車系統介入時點的早晚,藉以提昇行車安全度。
雖然本創作以相關的較佳實施例進行解釋,但是這並不構成對本創作的限制。應說明的是,本領域的技術人員根據本創作的思想能夠構造出很多其他類似實施例,這些均在本創作的保護範圍之中。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種疲勞駕駛監測裝置,包含有:一偵測器,戴掛於身體任何部位;一接收器,係設置於車體內,並與該偵測器電性連接;其中,透過偵測器偵測駕駛者之生理訊號,經接收器透過演算法進行評估、分析及判斷駕駛者當前之疲勞狀態程度;當偵測到高疲勞度(或為低於警戒值)時,則由接收器發出警訊提醒,同時發訊息至管控中心,做出恰當處理事宜。
  2. 如請求項1所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該偵測器係為穿戴於身體任何部位之傳感器或任何可攜帶式偵測生理數據之儀器。
  3. 如請求項1所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該偵測器更包含一錶殼及設在錶殼內主控基板。
  4. 如請求項1所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該接收器係為一車載設備。
  5. 如請求項4所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該接收器之車載設備係為一內裝或外裝行車電腦。
  6. 如請求項1所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該接收器係為一外掛設備,置放於車體適位處。
  7. 如請求項6所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該接收器之外掛設備,更進一步包含穿戴式通話手錶(環)、單獨外掛設備、行車紀錄器、導航機、任何外掛車載顯示器或是後視鏡。
  8. 如請求項1所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該接收器更進一步包括顯示器、高音質喇叭、麥克風、SIM卡槽及主控基板、GPS衛星定位整合模組和穿戴裝置通訊協定、鋰電池、USB。
  9. 如請求項1所述之疲勞駕駛監測裝置,其中該偵測器與接收器更進一步與車輛自動煞停系統結合。
