Description

一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構
本創作有關於照明燈具的光源,尤其有關於一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構。
請參閱「圖1」所示,其為車燈使用傳統光源的光學結構示意圖,其包含一傳統燈源1與一聚焦透鏡2(二次光學組件),且該傳統燈源1的光源方向3為朝向該聚焦透鏡2,並為了控制發光的角度與範圍達到最佳的聚光效果,傳統燈源1的安裝位置,必須設置於聚焦透鏡2的焦點4,讓該聚焦透鏡2可以對該焦點4進行定位,經由這樣的設計,可以有效控制發光的角度與範圍。
隨著發光二極體(LED)光源的興起,傳統燈源1逐漸被發光二極體光源取代,相關專利如台灣公告第I321364號、第M512292號與I428535號,在現行發光二極體光源多是以單一個反射光杯結構封裝單一顆發光二極體晶片,或是單一反射光杯結構內封裝多顆發光二極體晶片,也就是說發光二極體結構為單一反射光杯,故每一顆發光二極體結構都是一單獨光源焦點,當需要使用多顆發光二極體結構組裝時即會形成多個光源焦點呈現。
又發光二極體光源單顆的亮度(輝度)較低且照射角度較小,因此多半為集合多顆一起使用,以增加整體的照度與發散角度,請參閱「圖2」所示,當多顆發光二極體5直接使用於如「圖1」的聚焦透鏡2時,同樣為讓多顆發光二極體5的光源方向6朝向聚焦透鏡2,然而此種使用多顆發光二極體5的方式,會產生多重光源焦點,多顆發光二極體5無法產生焦點定位以供聚焦透鏡2對焦點進行定位,因而該聚焦透鏡2無法控制發光的角度與範圍,會產生散光的問題,換句話說,其應用於車燈時,會因為散光而影響對向車道的用路人的視覺,而造成行車上的風險。
也就是說,習知多顆發光二極體5,其組裝後會導致聚焦透鏡2無法匹配,為配合多光源焦點的發光二極體組件,在實務上必須重新設計聚焦透鏡2(二次光學組件),且二次光學組件也會因多個分散光源焦點而需要將二次光學組件結構體積放大,造成空間浪費,而使用的物料增加會影響環保進而增加成本與降低生產效益。
爰此,本創作之主要目的在於提供一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其可以直接適用習用的二次光學組件,滿足使用上的需求。
本創作為一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其包含一基板、設置於該基板上的至少三反射光杯與數量對應該些反射光杯的發光二極體,其中該些反射光杯併排靠攏形成一幾何圖形,且該些反射光杯分別由上而下漸縮且形成一具有一開口的椎狀容置空間,而該些發光二極體設置於該基板上且容置於該椎狀容置空間內,並該些發光二極體於該些發光二極體的中心處形成一焦點定位。
據此,本創作相對習知的優點,為透過該些反射光杯併排靠攏的設計,可讓該些發光二極體產生焦點定位,因此本創作可沿用習知的二次光學組件,無須重新設計,沿用小尺寸、低成本的二次光學組件,進行節省製造成本而滿足製造上的需要。
為俾使  貴委員對本創作之特徵、目的及功效,有著更加深入之瞭解與認同,茲列舉一較佳實施例並配合圖式說明如后:
請參閱「圖3」與「圖4」所示,本創作為一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其包含一基板10、設置於該基板10上的至少三反射光杯20與數量對應該些反射光杯20的發光二極體30,在實際實施上,該基板10可以具有一封裝材11,且該封裝材11形成該些反射光杯20,同時固定該發光二極體30。
該些反射光杯20併排靠攏形成一幾何圖形,此處圖式為以4個反射光杯20靠攏且形成四邊形為例說明之,且該些反射光杯20分別由上而下漸縮且形成一具有一開口22的椎狀容置空間21,而該些發光二極體30設置於該基板10上且容置於該椎狀容置空間21內,並該些發光二極體30於該些發光二極體30的中心處形成一焦點定位40。
請再一併參閱「圖5」所示,本創作由於具有該焦點定位40,因此可以沿用習用的二次光學組件,即其可以配合習用的一聚焦透鏡50使用,不須重新設計二次光學組件,而滿足製造的需求。
請再一併參閱「圖6」、「圖7」與「圖8」所示,該些反射光杯20併排靠攏形成的該幾何圖形可以為多邊形,且該幾何圖形的單邊至少為設置二個該反射光杯20,其中較佳者,該些反射光杯20為矩陣排列,其如「圖6」所示,可以為2*4的矩陣排列,或者如「圖7」所示,可以為10*10的矩陣排列,當然亦可為其他的多邊形,如三角形、五邊形、六邊形等等,只要滿足單邊至少為設置二個該反射光杯20即可。另該些反射光杯20亦可為圓形排列與直線排列,其最低數量只要三個(如「圖8」所示)。
另該椎狀容置空間21的開口22,並沒有一定的限制形狀,該開口22的形狀可以為選自多邊形、圓形與橢圓形的任一種,甚至是各種圖形亦可適用之,端賴其應用產品的整體光學設計而定,且該些反射光杯20的該開口22的形狀亦不需要統一,可以為具有不同的形狀。
請再一併參閱「圖9」、「圖10」與「圖11」所示,該椎狀容置空間21的截面的線形211a、211b、211c可以為選自直線、圓弧及其組合的任一種,其中該線形211a為直線如「圖4」所示,該線形211b為圓弧如「圖9」所示,而線形211c為直線與圓弧的組合如「圖10」所示。且該些反射光杯20的該椎狀容置空間21的截面亦可以為具有不同的線形211b、211c,其如「圖11」所示。又本創作的該反射光杯內亦可使用不同規格發光二極體,如使用不同顏色的發光二極體進行排列組合,製造者可以依據實際的需求自由組合之,滿足使用上的需求。
如上所述,本創作相對習知的優點至少包含:
1.為透過該些反射光杯併排靠攏的設計,可讓該些發光二極體產生焦點定位,因此本創作可沿用習知的二次光學組件,無須重新設計。
2.具聚焦點設計,其所使用的二次光學組件可以小型化,而進行節省製造成本而滿足製造上的需要。
3. 反射光杯可以依據需求選用合用的數量,滿足不同亮度的需求。
4. 反射光杯內可以依據需求選用不同規格發光二極體,即不同顏色的發光二極體,滿足不同規格匹配的需求。
綜上所述僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已,並非用來限定本創作之實施範圍,即凡依本創作申請專利範圍所做的均等變化與修飾,皆為本創作申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其包含: 一基板; 設置於該基板上的至少三反射光杯,該些反射光杯併排靠攏形成一幾何圖形,且該些反射光杯分別由上而下漸縮且形成一具有一開口的椎狀容置空間;以及 數量對應該些反射光杯的發光二極體,該些發光二極體設置於該基板上且容置於該椎狀容置空間內,並該些發光二極體於該些發光二極體的中心處形成一焦點定位。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該幾何圖形為多邊形。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該幾何圖形的單邊至少為設置二個該反射光杯。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該些反射光杯為矩陣排列。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該些反射光杯為圓形排列。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該開口的形狀為選自多邊形、圓形與橢圓形的任一種。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該些反射光杯的該開口為具有不同的形狀。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該椎狀容置空間的截面的線形為選自直線、圓弧及其組合所組成的群組。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該些反射光杯的該椎狀容置空間的截面為具有不同的線形。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該基板具有一封裝材,且該封裝材形成該些反射光杯。
  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之一種具有焦點定位之發光二極體陣列光杯結構,其中該些反射光杯內的該發光二極體為具不同的規格。
