Description

電子式煞車卡鉗
本創作係與一種車輛之煞車卡鉗有關,特別是指一種用於電子駐車系統之電子式煞車卡鉗。
由於碟煞系統具有優秀的煞車性能,因此被廣泛的應用於各種車輛上,一般而言,該碟煞系統主要結構係具有一碟盤,以及夾設於該碟盤外緣之一卡鉗本體,其中,該卡鉗本體係對應該碟盤設有一卡槽,並於該卡槽內設有一對來令片,該等來令片係分別位於該碟盤之兩側,另該卡鉗本體更對應該來令片設有複數個活塞室,可供分別容置有一活塞,又該卡鉗本體內係設有連通該等活塞室之一流道,該流道係連接於該車輛之煞車油管,藉此,當使用者踩下該車輛之煞車踏板時,該車輛之煞車總泵會將煞車油送入該流道,以推動該活塞連動該來令片夾設於該碟盤之兩側,藉以達到腳煞車之目的。
然而一般車輛除了會於行駛中利用腳煞車外,於停車時係會使用手煞車進行車輛固定,因此為了讓卡鉗具有手煞車功能,現有業者乃於該卡鉗之來令片上增設卡勾,可供連接於該車輛之手煞車線,俾使使用者拉起手煞車時,可透過該手煞車線直接拉動該來令片夾設於該碟盤兩側,藉此達到手煞車之目的,但隨著科技的進展,目前車輛之手煞車已進展成電子駐車系統(Electric Parking Brake,EPB),使得上述結構無法使用,是以,本案創作人於觀察到上述缺點後,認為如何提供一種可用於電子駐車系統之電子式煞車卡鉗實有必要,而遂有本創作之產生。
本創作之目的係在提供一種電子式煞車卡鉗,係可裝設於具有電子駐車系統之車輛,並具有一般腳煞車與電子手煞之功能。
為達上述目的,本創作所提供之電子式煞車卡鉗,其係包含有:一卡鉗本體,其一側係設有一安裝部;以及一固定單元,其係具有相對設置於該安裝部之一第一固定座與一第二固定座,其中,該第一固定座上係穿設有複數第一穿孔,而該第二固定座上則對應該等第一穿孔設有複數第二穿孔,同時該第二固定座上更設有一定位孔;以及一連動單元,其係具有設於該第一固定座內側之一第一連動座,以及設於該第二固定座內側之一第二連動座,還有設於該第二固定座外側之一第三連動座,其中,該第一連動座上係對應該等第一穿孔設有複數第一貫孔,而該第二連動座上係對應該等第二穿孔設有複數第二貫孔,以及對應該定位孔設有一螺孔,而該第三連動座上係對應該等第二穿孔設有複數第三貫孔,以及對應該定位孔設有一透孔,同時該連動單元更具有複數連動銷,該等連動銷係分別穿設於每一組對應之第一穿孔、第二穿孔、第一貫孔、第二貫孔與第三貫孔,此外該連動單元更具有複數彈性件,該等彈性件係分別套設於該等連動銷,且位於該第一連動座與該第二連動座間;以及一來令單元,其係設於該第一連動座與該第二連動座間,並具有固設於該第一連動座之第一來令片,以及固設於該第二連動座之第二來令片;還有一驅動單元,其係具有固設於該第三連動座外側之一定位座,該定位座係對應該透孔設有一軸孔,該軸孔內係設有一驅動軸,該驅動軸之一端係設有一螺紋部,該螺紋部係穿過該透孔螺設於該螺孔,同時該驅動單元更包含有固定於該定位座外側之一馬達,該馬達係連接於該驅動軸之另端。
本創作所提供之電子式煞車卡鉗,係可裝設於一車輛之後碟盤,並將該卡鉗本體與該車輛之煞車油管相連接,以及將該驅動單元與該車輛之電子駐車系統相連接,之後當使用者踩下該車輛之煞車踏板時,該車輛之煞車總泵會透過油壓方式推動該卡鉗本體之來令片夾設於該碟盤之兩側,藉以達到腳煞車之目的,而當使用者啟動該電子駐車系統時,該驅動單元將會透過該連動單元推動該來令單元夾設於該碟盤之兩側,藉以達到電子手煞之目的 。
請參閱第1圖至第4圖所示,係本創作較佳實施例之立體圖、分解圖、局部放大分解圖以及剖視圖,其係揭示有一種電子式煞車卡鉗100,該電子式煞車卡鉗100係包含有:
一卡鉗本體10,其一側係設有一安裝部11,於本實施例中,該卡鉗本體10之一側係設有一缺槽以形成該安裝部11,並於該安裝部11設有複數第一固定孔12以及複數第二固定孔13。
一固定單元20,其係具有相對設置於該安裝部11之一第一固定座21與一第二固定座22,其中,該第一固定座21係對應該等第一固定孔12設有複數第一鎖孔211,並透過複數第一鎖固件23穿過該等第一固定孔12鎖設於對應之第一鎖孔211,以將該第一固定座21固定於該安裝部11,且該第一固定座21上係穿設有複數第一穿孔212,而該第二固定座22係對應該等第二固定孔13設有複數第二鎖孔221,並透過複數第二鎖固件24穿過該等第二固定孔13鎖設於對應之第二鎖孔221,以將該第二固定座22固定於該安裝部11,且該第二固定座22上係對應該等第一穿孔212設有複數第二穿孔222,同時該第二固定座22上更設有一定位孔223。
一連動單元30,其係具有設於該第一固定座21內側之一第一連動座31,以及設於該第二固定座22內側之一第二連動座32,還有設於該第二固定座22外側之一第三連動座33,其中,該第一連動座31係對應該等第一穿孔212設有複數第一導柱311,並於該等第一導柱311上進一步設有一第一貫孔312,而該第二連動座32上係對應該等第二穿孔222設有複數第二貫孔321,與對應該定位孔223設有一第二導柱322,並於該第二導柱322上進一步設有一螺孔323,而該第三連動座33上係對應該等第二穿孔222設有複數第三貫孔331,以及對應該定位孔223設有一透孔332,同時該連動單元30更具有複數連動銷34,該等連動銷34係分別穿設於每一組對應之第一穿孔212、第二穿孔222、第一貫孔312、第二貫孔321與第三貫孔331,且該連動銷34之一端係外擴形成一頭部341,該頭部341係擋止於該第一穿孔212外,而該連動銷334之另端則形成一鎖固部342,該鎖固部342係鎖設於該第三貫孔331,此外該連動單元30更具有複數彈性件35,該等彈性件35係分別套設於該等連動銷34,且位於該第一連動座31與該第二連動座32間。
一來令單元40,其係設於該第一連動座31與該第二連動座32間,並具有固設於該第一連動座31之第一來令片41,以及固設於該第二連動座32之第二來令片42。
一驅動單元50,其係具有固設於該第三連動座33外側之一定位座51,該定位座51係對應該透孔332設有一軸孔511,該軸孔511內係設有一驅動軸52,該驅動軸52之一端係設有一螺紋部521,該螺紋部521係穿過該透孔332螺設於該螺孔323,同時該驅動單元50更包含有固定於該定位座51外側之一馬達53,該馬達53係連接於該驅動軸52之另端。
為供進一步瞭解本創作構造特徵、運用技術手段及所預期達成之功效,茲將本創作使用方式加以敘述,相信當可由此而對本創作有更深入且具體之瞭解,如下所述:
請再參閱第5圖以及第6圖所示,係本創作較佳實施例之使用示意圖以及動作示意圖,首先請參閱第5圖所示,該電子式煞車卡鉗100係可裝設於一車輛之碟盤200,並將該卡鉗本體10與該車輛之煞車油管相連接,以及將該驅動單元50與該車輛之電子駐車系統相連接,之後當使用者踩下該車輛之煞車踏板時,該車輛之煞車總泵會透過油壓方式推動該卡鉗本體10之來令片夾設於該碟盤200之兩側,藉以達到腳煞車之目的,此一動作及技術原理係與習知卡鉗相同,故在此不再贅述。
當使用者啟動該電子駐車系統時,請參閱第6圖所示,該驅動單元50之馬達53將會驅動該驅動軸52開始轉動,此時因為該定位座51係固設於該第三連動座33,以及該驅動軸52之螺紋部521係螺設於該第二連動座32之螺孔323,所以當該驅動軸52之螺紋部521旋出該螺孔323時,將會推動該第二連動座32與該第三連動座33相對朝外移動,使該第二連動座32推動該第二來令片42貼抵於該碟盤200之一側,而該第三連動33座則透過該連動銷34拉動該第一連動座31朝該碟盤200方向移動,使該第一連動座31會推動該第一來令片41貼抵於該碟盤200之另側,而可透過該第一來令片41與該第二來令片42夾設於該碟盤200之兩側,以達到電子手煞之目的。
當使用者解除該電子駐車系統時,該驅動單元50之馬達53將會驅動該驅動軸52反向轉動,即旋入該螺孔323,同時該彈性件35將會提供彈力推抵該第一連動座31與該第二連動座32相對朝外移動,並透過該連動銷34拉動該第三連動座33朝該碟盤200方向移動,進而使該第一來令片41與該第二來令片42離開該碟盤200之兩側,以達到解除電子手煞之目的。
藉此,使本創作之電子式煞車卡鉗100可使用於具有電子駐車系統之車輛,並具有一般腳煞車與電子手煞之功能。
茲,再將本創作之特徵及其可達成之預期功效陳述如下:
本創作之電子式煞車卡鉗100,係可裝設於該車輛之碟盤200,並將該卡鉗本體10與該車輛之煞車油管相連接,以及將該驅動單元50與該車輛之電子駐車系統相連接,之後當使用者踩下該車輛之煞車踏板時,該車輛之煞車總泵會透過油壓方式推動該卡鉗本體10之來令片夾設於該碟盤200之兩側,藉以達到腳煞車之目的,而當使用者啟動該電子駐車系統時,該驅動單元50將會透過該連動單元30推動該來令單元40夾設於該碟盤200之兩側,藉以達到電子手煞之目的。
綜上所述,本創作在同類產品中實有其極佳之進步實用性,同時遍查國內外關於此類結構之技術資料,文獻中亦未發現有相同的構造存在在先,是以,本創作實已具備新型專利要件,爰依法提出申請。
惟,以上所述者,僅係本創作之一較佳可行實施例而已,故舉凡應用本創作說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效結構變化,理應包含在本創作之專利範圍內。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種電子式煞車卡鉗,其係包含有: 一卡鉗本體,其一側係設有一安裝部; 一固定單元,其係具有相對設置於該安裝部之一第一固定座與一第二固定座,其中,該第一固定座上係穿設有複數第一穿孔,而該第二固定座上則對應該等第一穿孔設有複數第二穿孔,同時該第二固定座上更設有一定位孔; 一連動單元,其係具有設於該第一固定座內側之一第一連動座,以及設於該第二固定座內側之一第二連動座,還有設於該第二固定座外側之一第三連動座,其中,該第一連動座上係對應該等第一穿孔設有複數第一貫孔,而該第二連動座上係對應該等第二穿孔設有複數第二貫孔,以及對應該定位孔設有一螺孔,而該第三連動座上係對應該等第二穿孔設有複數第三貫孔,以及對應該定位孔設有一透孔,同時該連動單元更具有複數連動銷,該等連動銷係分別穿設於每一組對應之第一穿孔、第二穿孔、第一貫孔、第二貫孔與第三貫孔,此外該連動單元更具有複數彈性件,該等彈性件係分別套設於該等連動銷,且位於該第一連動座與該第二連動座間; 一來令單元,其係設於該第一連動座與該第二連動座間,並具有固設於該第一連動座之第一來令片,以及固設於該第二連動座之第二來令片; 一驅動單元,其係具有固設於該第三連動座外側之一定位座,該定位座係對應該透孔設有一軸孔,該軸孔內係設有一驅動軸,該驅動軸之一端係設有一螺紋部,該螺紋部係穿過該透孔螺設於該螺孔,同時該驅動單元更包含有固定於該定位座外側之一馬達,該馬達係連接於該驅動軸之另端。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子式煞車卡鉗,其中,該卡鉗本體之一側係設有一缺槽以形成該安裝部。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子式煞車卡鉗,其中,該安裝部係設有複數第一固定孔,而該第一固定座係對應該等第一固定孔設有複數第一鎖孔,並透過複數第一鎖固件穿過該等第一固定孔鎖設於對應之第一鎖孔,以將該第一固定座固定於該安裝部。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子式煞車卡鉗,其中,該安裝部係設有複數第二固定孔,而該第二固定座係對應該等第二固定孔設有複數第二鎖孔,並透過複數第二鎖固件穿過該等第二固定孔鎖設於對應之第二鎖孔,以將該第二固定座固定於該安裝部。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子式煞車卡鉗,其中,該第一連動座係對應該等第一穿孔設有複數第一導柱,再於該等第一導柱上進一步設有該第一貫孔。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子式煞車卡鉗,其中,該第二連動座係對應該透孔設有一第二導柱,再於該第二導柱上進一步設有該螺孔。
  7. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之電子式煞車卡鉗,其中,該連動銷之一端係外擴形成一頭部,該頭部係擋止於該第一穿孔外,而該連動銷之另端則形成一鎖固部,該鎖固部係鎖設於該第三貫孔。
