Description

內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良
本創作為一種內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良,主要在鏡頭部的側方開設以透光孔,而以內部發光體之光線經由透光片向外散射,達到增加整體的亮度,另將鏡頭部前端相對於前方發光體的位置設為霧面部,以使正向光源的透光均勻化,避免光線直射。
習知內視鏡的發光技術,最早是利用玻璃纖維進行導光作用,將導管後方的光源傳送到前端,以提供鏡頭攝像所需的照明功能,惟該材料在施作加工時容易斷裂,故有製造上的難度,且在應用時如有斷裂的情況發生,其斷裂之纖維對人體有一定的傷害,又不易清除,故並不實用。目前已知的改良鏡頭發光之構造,如圖一所示,主體為一圓柱形鏡頭部(1),主要係在前端設置正向的數個發光體(11),呈環狀排列,而攝像模組(12)係設在其中間位置,該發光體(11)通常為發光二極體,該設計在使用上,由於發光體(11)為正向發光,然而內視鏡之使用常係應用在含液體之器官腔內攝像,由於腔內具光滑面和充滿液體,容易和發光體射的光線形成直角,而產生反光現象,反應在攝像影像時,形成光點而成為視線盲點,致使於手術執行時,增加相當程度的風險性,另外,由於該設計的光源係集中在前端,在手術進行中,有產生高溫過熱的危險,故有待改良。
本創作為一種內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良,主要在鏡頭部的側方開設以透光孔,並組合以透光片,而在鏡頭部的內部加設以縱向的發光體,使其光線得以經由透光片向外散射,達到增加整體的亮度,以供照亮人體之腔內部位,而利於拍攝取得更為清晰的影像;另外,在鏡頭部前端相對於前方發光體的位置,設為霧面部,使正向光源的透光均勻化,而能避免直射光導致強反光,使攝像影像產生光點之缺憾,獲致進步性者。

請參閱圖二所示,本創作為一種內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良,主體為一圓柱形的鏡頭部(2),其特徵在於鏡頭部(2)的兩側方分別開設以對稱的透光孔(21),並於透光孔(21)位置組合以透光片(22),而在鏡頭部(2)的內部加設以數個縱向的發光體(23),例如為發光二極體,分別朝向透光孔(21)的方向設置,另在鏡頭部(2)前端相對於前方環狀設置之發光體(24)的位置,設為霧面部(25),可利用霧面膠直接塗佈於上而成。因此,當本創作於使用時,各縱向發光體(23)發光時,其光線經由透光片(22)而得以向外散射,達到增加整體的亮度,以供手術時可以輔助照亮人體之腔內部位,而利於攝像模組(26)在拍攝獲得更充足的亮度,而取得更為清晰的影像;再者,由於正向光源可經由霧面部(25)的柔化作用,使正向光源的透光均勻化,而能避免直射光所可能導致的強反光,避免攝像影像產生光點之缺憾,有益手術 的安全進行,獲致實用進步性者。另外,本創作的兩組光源皆提供可調節亮度之控制機構,而可依據腔體大小和深淺位置來調整光源亮度,且因加大了內部的空間,而得以避免光源集中所導致溫度過高的缺點者。
綜而言之,本創作之改良,較習知設計顯具有極佳的進步性,故已符合新型專利之要件,爰依法提出申請,並請早日賜准。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良,主體為一鏡頭部,於鏡頭部的側方開設以對稱的透光孔,並於透光孔位置組合以透光片,而在鏡頭部的內部設以數個縱向的發光體,係分別朝向透光孔的方向設置,另在鏡頭部前端相對於前方環狀設置之發光體的位置,設為霧面部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良,其中發光體為發光二極體。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之內視鏡攝像鏡頭裝置改良,其中霧面部為使用霧面膠塗佈於鏡頭部的前端表面。
