Description

全角度發光二極體燈具
本創作係有關一種燈具,特別是指一種可產生全角度照明效果的全角度發光二極體燈具。
近年來,高功率固態照明光源技術不斷地演進,加上封裝製程與螢光粉材料等技術也持續地發展並日趨成熟,發光二極體(light emitting diode , LED)之發光效率得以不斷的提升,再者,由於發光二極體具有節能減碳、低成本、發光效率高、體積小、壽命長和較純的光譜等優點,進而衍生出各種應用的照明光源產品,不但可被廣泛的運用於各種室內外照明領域,更有逐漸將取代傳統白熾燈和螢光燈之趨勢。
由於發光二極體的光源具指向性及點光源之特性,因此目前普遍習用的發光二極體燈具,通常係在一基板上設置數量不等的發光二極體元件,且為能達到足夠的出光強度,該等發光二極體元件通常呈密集陣列排布的方式配置於該基板表面。
再者,隨著高功率技術的發展,使得發光二極體面臨到日益嚴苛的熱管理挑戰,發光二極體的發光特性不但會隨著接面溫度而改變(例如發光強度的衰減、發光顏色的飄移和閃爍不定等),甚至可能加速本體及封裝材料的劣化,其原因歸咎於驅動電流的調整、以及發光二極體內部接面溫度的變化。
因此,使用發光二極體元件為光源之燈具(以下統稱發光二極體燈具),除了發光二極體元件本身的散熱技術必須進一步改善,以滿足高功率發光二極體的散熱需求之外,其發光二極體燈具本身更需進一步設置有助於相關的散熱機構,藉以提升整體發光二極體燈具之廢熱排放效果。
已知,一般習用發光二極體燈具,多係在一燈座頂面設置一鋁基板,於該鋁基板上設有數量不等的發光二極體元件,再以一燈罩結合該燈座並保護該些發光二極體元件,以其在發光二極體燈具運作時,能夠藉由鋁基板及同樣為鋁材加工製成的燈座產生散熱機制;然而,此等結構設計將使得發光二極體元件產生的光源僅能從鋁基板其中一面所設置之燈罩射出,以至於難以產生全角度照明效果。
有鑑於此,本創作即在提供一種可產生全角度照明效果的全角度發光二極體燈具,為其主要目的者。
為了達到上述目的,本創作之全角度發光二極體燈具,基本上包括有:一燈座、一第一光電單元、一第二光電單元,以及一電源模組;其中:該燈座係至少於其頂面設置一散熱器;該第一光電單元,係設有至少一呈光源自該燈座向下照射之型態安裝於該燈座之底面的第一發光二極體元件;該第二光電單元,係設有至少一呈光源自該燈座向上照射之型態安裝於該燈座之頂面邊沿處的第二發光二極體元件;該電源模組,係安裝於該燈座上供將外部電源轉換成額定直流電,且與該第一光電單元及該第二光電單元電氣連接。
利用上述結構特徵,本創作之全角度發光二極體燈具,於使用時,係可透過燈座安裝於合適的使用位置,且透過電源模組連接外部電源,在正常使用狀態下,可由電源模組將外部電源轉換成啟動第一、第二光電單元之額定直流電,在第一、第二光電單元之光源照射下,可產生自燈座向下及向上照射之全角度照明效果。
依據上述結構特徵,所述該全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座上設置一支架,該支架上設有至少一裝配孔。
依據上述結構特徵,所述該全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座上軸設一可與該燈座相對轉動的支架,該支架上設有至少一裝配孔。
依據上述結構特徵,所述該第一光電單元,係設有至少一將該至少一第一發光二極體元件遮蔽的第一透光罩。
依據上述結構特徵,所述該第二光電單元,係設有至少一將該至少一第二發光二極體元件遮蔽的第二透光罩。
依據上述結構特徵,所述該全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座上軸設一可與該燈座相對轉動的支架,該支架上設有至少一裝配孔;該第一光電單元,係設有至少一將該至少一第一發光二極體元件遮蔽的第一透光罩;該第二光電單元,係設有至少一將該至少一第二發光二極體元件遮蔽的第二透光罩。
所述該第一光電單元,係具有複數設於該燈座之底面的第一發光二極體元件,各該第一發光二極體元件係在一扇型基板上封裝有複數發光二極體。
所述該第二光電單元,係具有複數呈圍繞配置於該燈座之頂面邊沿處的第二發光二極體元件,各該第二發光二極體元件係在一弧型基板上封裝有複數發光二極體。
所述該電源模組係安裝於該燈座之散熱器上。
所述該散熱器係設於該燈座之頂面中心位置,且具有複數呈放射狀圍繞配置的散熱鰭片。
具體而言,本創作所揭露之全角度發光二極體燈具,除可在第一光電單元之光源照射下,產生朝向燈座下方範圍照射之光源投射效果之外,更可同時利用第二光電單元於燈座頂面產生朝向燈座上方範圍照射之光源投射效果。俾可產生一般習用發光二極體燈具無法達到的全角度照明效果,以相對更為積極、可靠之手段,提升發光二極體燈具之適用性及實用性。
本創作主要提供一種可產生全角度照明效果的全角度發光二極體燈具,如第1圖至第4圖所示,本創作之全角度發光二極體燈具,基本上包括有:一燈座10、一第一光電單元20、一第二光電單元30,以及一電源模組40;其中:
該燈座10係至少於其頂面設置一散熱器11;於實施時,所述該散熱器11係設有複數散熱鰭片111,主要利用複數散熱鰭片111增加散熱器11供與空氣接觸的面積,有助於提升整體全角度發光二極體燈具之廢熱排放效果;在本實施例中,所述該散熱器11係設於該燈座10之頂面中心位置,且具有複數呈放射狀圍繞配置的散熱鰭片111。
該第一光電單元20,係設有至少一呈光源自該燈座10向下照射之型態安裝於該燈座10之底面的第一發光二極體元件21,主要用以產生朝向該燈座10下方範圍投射的光源。
該第二光電單元30,係設有至少一呈光源自該燈座向上照射之型態安裝於該燈座10之頂面邊沿處的第二發光二極體元件31,主要用以產生朝向該燈座10上方範圍投射的光源。
至於,該電源模組40,係安裝於該燈座10上,供將外部電源轉換成額定直流電,且與該第一光電單元20及該第二光電單元30電氣連接;於實施時,所述該電源模組40係可安裝於該燈座10之散熱器11上,藉以獲致較佳的散熱效果。
原則上,本創作之全角度發光二極體燈具,於使用時,係可透過燈座10安裝於合適的使用位置,且透過電源模組40連接外部電源;在正常使用狀態下,可由電源模組40將外部電源轉換成啟動第一、第二光電單元20、30之額定直流電,在第一光電單元20之光源照射下,產生朝向該燈座10下方範圍投射的光源,同時在第二光電單元30之光源照射下,產生朝向該燈座10上方範圍投射的光源,俾可產生自燈座10向下及向上照射之全角度照明效果。
本創作之全角度發光二極體燈具,於實施時,係可進一步於該燈座上設置一支架,該支架上設有至少一裝配孔,以便於整體全角度發光二極體燈具之安裝使用;在本實施例中,整體全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座10上軸設一可與該燈座10相對轉動的支架50,該支架50上設有至少一裝配孔51,可於整體全角度發光二極體燈具,具備可供簡單調整光源角度之功能。
再者,所述該第一光電單元20,係設有至少一將該至少一第一發光二極體元件21遮蔽的第一透光罩22;同樣的,所述該第二光電單元30,亦可設有至少一將該至少一第二發光二極體元件31遮蔽的第二透光罩32;於實施時,所述該第一透光罩22及該第二透光罩32係可以由聚碳酸酯(PC)、玻璃或壓克力加工製成。
當然,整體全角度發光二極體燈具,又以如圖所示之於該燈座10上軸設一可與該燈座10相對轉動的支架50,該支架50上設有至少一裝配孔51;該第一光電單元20,設有至少一將該至少一第一發光二極體元件21遮蔽的第一透光罩22;該第二光電單元30,設有至少一將該至少一第二發光二極體元件31遮蔽的第二透光罩32之結構型態呈現為佳。
再者,本創作之全角度發光二極體燈具,在上揭各種可能實施之結構型態下,所述該第一光電單元20,係可具有複數設於該燈座10之底面的第一發光二極體元件21,各該第一發光二極體元件21係在一扇型基板211上封裝有複數發光二極體212;至於,該第二光電單元30,則可具有複數呈圍繞配置於該燈座10之頂面邊沿處的第二發光二極體元件31,各該第二發光二極體元件31係在一弧型基板311上封裝有複數發光二極體312。
與傳統習用結構相較,本創作所揭露之全角度發光二極體燈具,除可在第一光電單元之光源照射下,產生朝向燈座下方範圍照射之光源投射效果之外,更可同時利用第二光電單元於燈座頂面產生朝向燈座上方範圍照射之光源投射效果。俾可產生一般習用發光二極體燈具無法達到的全角度照明效果,以相對更為積極、可靠之手段,提升發光二極體燈具之適用性及實用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種全角度發光二極體燈具,包括:一燈座(10)、一第一光電單元(20)、一第二光電單元(30),以及一電源模組(40);其中: 該燈座(10)係至少於其頂面設置一散熱器(11); 該第一光電單元(20),係設有至少一呈光源自該燈座(10)向下照射之型態安裝於該燈座(10)之底面的第一發光二極體元件(21); 該第二光電單元(30),係設有至少一呈光源自該燈座(10)向上照射之型態安裝於該燈座(10)之頂面邊沿處的第二發光二極體元件(31); 該電源模組(40),係安裝於該燈座(10)上,供將外部電源轉換成額定直流電,且與該第一光電單元(20)及該第二光電單元(30)電氣連接。
  2. 如請求項1所述之全角度發光二極體燈具,其中,該全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座(10)上設置一支架(50),該支架(50)上設有至少一裝配孔(51)。
  3. 如請求項1所述之全角度發光二極體燈具,其中,該全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座(10)上軸設一可與該燈座(10)相對轉動的支架(50),該支架(50)上設有至少一裝配孔(51)。

  6. 如請求項1所述之全角度發光二極體燈具,其中,該全角度發光二極體燈具,係於該燈座(10)上軸設一可與該燈座(10)相對轉動的支架(50),該支架(50)上設有至少一裝配孔(51);該第一光電單元(20),係設有至少一將該至少一第一發光二極體元件(21)遮蔽的第一透光罩(22);該第二光電單元(30),係設有至少一將該至少一第二發光二極體元件(31)遮蔽的第二透光罩(32)。
  7. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述之全角度發光二極體燈具,其中,該第一光電單元(20),係具有複數設於該燈座(10)之底面的第一發光二極體元件(21),各該第一發光二極體元件(21)係在一扇型基板(211)上封裝有複數發光二極體(212)。
  8. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述之全角度發光二極體燈具,其中,該第二光電單元(30),係具有複數呈圍繞配置於該燈座(10)之頂面邊沿處的第二發光二極體元件(31),各該第二發光二極體元件(31)係在一弧型基板(311)上封裝有複數發光二極體(312)。
  9. 如請求項1至6其中任一項所述之全角度發光二極體燈具,其中,該電源模組(40)係安裝於該燈座(10)之散熱器(11)上。
