Description

輸入裝置與保護殼及其組合
本創作係關於一種輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，尤指一種可讓輸入裝置與保護殼兩者分離地結合之組合。
隨著工商業的發達，資訊地快速流通，行動裝置成為現今人們每日廣泛使用的通訊與娛樂裝置。現行的行動裝置例如平板電腦、手持式行動通訊裝置，大多以其所配備的觸控式螢幕作為輸入裝置。觸控式螢幕允許使用者通過觸控筆或是手指操作來進行輸入作業，而使用手指進行觸控、書寫、縮放畫面等操作，可不需透過傳統電腦輸入裝置如鍵盤和滑鼠。
上述行動裝置由於價格並非低廉，因此許多使用者會另外添購使用保護殼來預防行動裝置受到刮傷、撞擊等損害。此外，目前的行動裝置多以觸控式螢幕利用虛擬鍵盤進行文字輸入，然而一般人大多已習慣使用實體鍵盤輸入文字，故用虛擬鍵盤進行文字輸入的速度往往不及實體鍵盤輸入的速度，因此虛擬鍵盤並不能完全取代實體鍵盤，進而帶動無線鍵盤等輸入裝置的產生。
利用無線鍵盤等輸入裝置結合行動裝置進行資料輸入的同時，雖可增加資料輸入的速度，然而無線鍵盤等輸入裝置與行動裝置屬分離的個別裝置，攜帶上並不方便，容易遺漏任一裝置，且行動時若無袋子等工具，容易使行動裝置與無線鍵盤等輸入裝置不小心脫離，造成不必要的損傷。
有鑑於此，本創作為一種輸入裝置、保護殼及其組合。保護殼包含一底板與複數側壁、至少一第一定位部及至少一第一磁性部。複數側壁連接於底板的週緣，以與底板形成一個容置空間用以容置一行動裝置。至少一第一定位部位於底板之外表面，外表面係背離容置空間及至少一第一磁性部係位於底板。輸入裝置包含輸入區、外框區、至少一第二定位部及至少一第二磁性部。外框區環繞於輸入區。至少一第二定位部位於外框區，而可分離地與至少一第一定位部對應卡合。至少一第二磁性部位於外框區，而可分離地與至少一第一磁性部對應磁吸，藉此輸入裝置可分離地固定於保護殼之外表面。
由於本創作藉由第一磁性部與第二磁性部的磁性相吸作用，可讓輸入裝置與保護殼相互結合與脫離。此外，藉由定位部相互卡合的導引，將可增加結合的方便性；且透過定位部相互卡合將可避免輸入裝置與保護殼因橫向撞擊力，導至輸入裝置與保護殼意外分離。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本創作之詳細特徵以及優點，其內容足以使任何熟悉相關技藝者瞭解本創作之技術內容並據以實施，且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式，任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本創作相關之目的及優點。
請參閱第1圖至第6圖，其分別為本創作第一實施例輸入裝置與保護殼之組合之立體圖、分解圖、另一視角之立體圖、另一視角之分解圖、端視圖及另一視角之端視圖。本實施例之輸入裝置與保護殼之組合包含：一保護殼1與一輸入裝置2。保護殼1的材質為可為塑膠、金屬、木質、橡膠、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯(Thermoplastic Polyurethane、TPU)、聚氯乙烯材料(Polyvinyl Chloride、PVC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Polymethylmethacrylate、PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate、PC)、工程塑料或樹脂。輸入裝置2可為鍵盤或數位手寫板等，且可包含一無線傳輸模組，該無線傳輸模組以無線AP、藍芽、Wi-Fi、Wi-Fi-Direct方式進行資料傳輸。
保護殼1包含：一底板11與複數側壁12。複數側壁12連接於底板11的週緣，以與底板11形成用以容置一行動裝置3之一容置空間13。行動裝置可為平板電腦、手持式行動通訊裝置、個人數位助理(PDA)等電子裝置。側壁12包含至少一缺口121，缺口121與行動裝置3之按鍵或連接埠相對應，讓行動裝置3與保護殼1結合時，相關傳輸線等線材可透過缺口121而與行動裝置3進行結合。此外，側壁12的上緣包含至少一卡掣部122，卡掣部122用以卡合行動裝置3，使卡合行動裝置3不易輕易從保護殼1的上方脫離。而底板11之下方包含至少一散熱孔，散熱孔對應該行動裝置3之散熱孔(未顯示於圖式上)。
第一定位部14位於底板11之外表面111，外表面111係背離容置空間13。第一磁性部15係位於底板11。輸入裝置2包含一輸入區21與一外框區22，輸入區21可為按鍵配置區或手寫區。外框區22環繞於該輸入區21。第二定位部23位於該外框區22，而可分離地與第一定位部14對應卡合。第二磁性部24位於外框區22，而可分離地與第一磁性部15對應磁吸。其中第一定位部14、第二定位部23、第一磁性部15及第二磁性部24的數量可為複數個，分別位於底板11與輸入區21之角落處，藉此輸入裝置2可分離地固定於保護殼1之外表面111，如第2、4圖所示。
如第4圖所示至少一第一定位部14與至少一第一磁性部15係沿底板11之中線對稱排列，至少一第二磁性部24與至少一第二定位部23係沿外框區22之中線對稱排列。
在此，第一定位部14可為一凸塊，該第二定位部23為一凹洞。但本創作非限於此，第一定位部14亦可為一凹洞，而第二定位部23為一凸塊。透過第二定位部23與第一定位部14相互卡合的引導外，將使輸入裝置2的第二定位部23與保護殼1的第一定位部14輕易卡合，故具有導引使用者將輸入裝置2可分離地固定於保護殼1上的效果。此外，透過第二定位部23與第一定位部14相互卡合，亦可加強輸入裝置2與保護殼1連接的強度，避免因橫向的撞擊力，導至輸入裝置2與保護殼1意外分離。
雖然本創作以前述之實施例揭露如上，然其並非用以限定本創作，任何熟習相像技藝者，在不脫離本創作之精神和範圍內，當可作些許之更動與潤飾，因此本創作之專利保護範圍須視本說明書所附之申請專利範圍所界定者為準。

Claims (11)

  1. 一種輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，包含： 一保護殼，包含： 一底板； 複數側壁，連接於該底板的週緣，以與該底板形成用以容置一行動裝置之一容置空間； 至少一第一定位部，位於該底板之一外表面，該外表面係背離該容置空間；及 至少一第一磁性部，位於該底板；及 一輸入裝置，包含： 一輸入區； 一外框區，環繞於該輸入區； 至少一第二定位部，位於該外框區，而可分離地與該至少一第一定位部對應卡合；及 至少一第二磁性部，位於該外框區，而可分離地與該至少一第一磁性部對應磁吸，藉此該輸入裝置可分離地固定於該保護殼之該外表面。
  2. 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，其中該第一定位部為一凸塊，該第二定位部為一凹洞。
  3. 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，其中該第一定位部為一凹洞，該第二定位部為一凸塊。
  4. 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，其中該至少一第一磁性部埋設於該保護殼之底板內。
  5. 如請求項1所述之輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，其中該至少一第一定位部、該至少一第二定位部、該至少一第一磁性部及該至少一第二磁性部的數量為複數個，並分別位於該底板與該輸入區之角落處。
  6. 如請求項5所述之輸入裝置與保護殼之組合，其中該至少一第一定位部與該至少一第一磁性部係沿該底板之中線對稱排列，該至少一第二磁性部與該至少一第二定位部係沿該外框區之中線對稱排列。
  7. 一種保護殼，包含： 一底板； 複數側壁，連接於該底板的週緣，以與該底板形成用以容置一行動裝置之一容置空間； 至少一第一定位部，位於該底板之一外表面，該外表面係背離該容置空間；及 至少一第一磁性部，位於該底板。
  8. 如請求項7所述之保護殼，其中該第一定位部為一凸塊或一凹洞。
  9. 如請求項7所述之保護殼，其中該至少一第一磁性部埋設於該保護殼之底板內。
  10. 一種輸入裝置，包含： 一輸入區； 一外框區，環繞於該輸入區； 至少一第二定位部，位於該外框區；及 至少一第二磁性部，位於該外框區。
  11. 如請求項10所述之輸入裝置，其中該第二定位部為一凸塊或一凹洞。
