Description

雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置
本新型是有關於一種螢幕支撐裝置,特別是指一種雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置。
參閱圖1及圖2,習知的螢幕支撐裝置1,包含一固定座11、二懸臂12,及二螢幕架13。該等懸臂12的一端分別裝設在該固定座11,另一端分別供該等螢幕架13設置。該等螢幕架13能分別供二個螢幕10裝設。
此種螢幕支撐裝置1,該等螢幕10的移動僅能依靠該等懸臂12在該固定座11上的旋轉以及上下擺動,該等螢幕10的擺設自由度較低。而且,在將該等螢幕10緊靠時,受限於該等懸臂12的長度,常需要將該等懸臂12向前旋轉以移動該等螢幕10,才能使該等螢幕10緊靠,造成該等螢幕10與該固定座11之間的距離過長,占據過多的空間。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種高擺設自由度及低空間佔據之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置。
於是本新型雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,適合用於支撐複數螢幕,並包含一基座單元、二懸臂、二滑軌,及 二螢幕架。
該基座單元包括一固定架,及一設置在該固定架的立柱。該立柱自該固定架往上延伸,並具有一軸線。
該等懸臂能在該立柱上沿著該軸線方向位移,並分別包括一連接至該立柱的第一端部,及一相反於該第一端部的第二端部。
該等滑軌分別設置在該等懸臂的第二端部。
該等螢幕架分別設置在該等滑軌並能在該等滑軌上滑動,且分別供該等螢幕設置。
本新型之功效子在於:該等懸臂能在該立柱上滑移,因此能有較高的擺設自由度,並且,該等螢幕架能在該滑軌上滑動,因此僅需要滑動該等螢幕便可調整其間的距離,不需要旋轉該等懸臂,導致過多的空間占據。

該基座單元3包括一固定架31,及一設置在該 固定架31的立柱32。該固定架31具有一C形夾鉗311,能夾持至坐檯(圖未示)上。該立柱32自該固定架31往上延伸,並具有一軸線L。當該C形夾鉗311夾持固定至坐檯(圖未示)上時,便將該立柱32固定。
該連接單元4包括分別連接在該立柱32上的一第一連接件41及一第二連接件42。該第一連接件41相對於該第二連接件42較鄰近該固定架31。
該第一連接件41具有一第一套接段411,及一第一延伸段412。該第一套接段411套設在該立柱32上。該第一延伸段412自該第一套接段411朝遠離該立柱32的方向延伸,並具有一朝遠離該固定架31的方向延伸的凸伸部413。
該第二連接件42具有一第二套接段421,及一第二延伸段422。該第二套接段421套設在該立柱32上。該第二延伸段422自該第二套接段421朝遠離該立柱32的方向延伸。在該第二連接件42緊靠該第一連接件41時,該第二延伸段422的頂端與該凸伸部413的頂端等高(見圖8)。
在本實施例中,該立柱32呈圓柱形,因此該第一連接件41及該第二連接件42能圍繞該立柱32旋轉,並可獨立地在該立柱32上滑移。
參閱圖4及圖5,該等懸臂5能藉著該連接單元4而在該立柱32上沿著該軸線L方向位移,並分別包括一第一端部51、一相反於該第一端部51的第二端部52,及 一連接該第一端部51及該第二端部52的氣壓棒53。該第二端部52能相對於該第一端部51上下位移。該氣壓棒53能提供一支持力以支持該等第二端部52於位移時不垂墜。
該等懸臂5的第一端部51分別與該第一連接件41及該第二連接件42相連接,藉此連接至該立柱32。在本實施例中,該等懸臂5的第一端部51是分別軸設至該第一延伸段412及該第二延伸段422。
值得一提的是,其中一懸臂5的第一端部51是軸設至該第一延伸段412的凸伸部413,因此當該第二連接件42緊靠該第一連接件41時,該等第一端部51的軸設處藉著該凸伸部413而等高(見圖8)。
更值得一提的是,該等懸臂5的第一端部51可直接連接至該立柱32,而不藉由該連接單元4。連接的方式可將該第一端部51置換為可套接至該立柱32之結構,又或者直接將該第一端部51裝設在該立柱32上。其連接方式可任意為之,應當不以本實施例所揭露的內容為限制。
參閱5及圖6,該等滑軌6分別設置在該等懸臂5的第二端部52。每一滑軌6包括一軸設至該懸臂5的第二端部52的軸桿61、一設置在該軸桿61上的滑板62、一連接該軸桿61及該滑板62的背殼63,及二分別設置在該滑板62兩相反端的端蓋64。
該滑板62是沿垂直該軸線L的方向延伸(見圖3),並可以該軸桿61的軸設處為中心相對於該懸臂5旋轉 。
該背殼63被該軸桿61穿設並螺鎖至該滑板62,藉此將該滑板62連接至該軸桿61。
參閱圖6及圖7,該等螢幕架7分別設置在該等滑軌6,並能在該等滑軌6上滑動。每一螢幕架7包括一供該螢幕2設置的支撐件71、一能卡設於該滑板62並能在該滑板62上滑動的滑移件72,及一連接該支撐件71及該滑移件72的關節73。
該滑移件72具有一卡設在該滑板62上的夾片721,及一自該夾片721朝該支撐件71延伸的延伸段722。
該關節73具有一樞接件731、將該樞接件731樞設在該延伸段722的軸心732、一軸設在該樞接件731上並與該支撐件71相連接的轉動件733,及一將該支撐件71固定於該轉動件733的固定件734。
該樞接件731是藉由二螺絲螺設至該軸心732。該轉動件733是藉由一螺絲螺接並軸設至該樞接件731,且具有一供該支撐件71嵌卡的卡槽735。該固定件734將該支撐件71固定於該卡槽735。
該支撐件71能藉著該樞接件731上下翻動,並以該轉動件733的軸設處為中心旋轉。
為了方便說明本實施例之特色,以下搭配圖示說明在裝設該等螢幕2後,各種方位調整的方式。該等螢幕2是分別螺鎖至該等螢幕架7的支撐件71上。
參閱圖8及圖9,該等螢幕2可透過該第一連接件41及該第二連接件42而分別在該立柱32上滑移並錯位,同時還能藉著該等懸臂5而上下位移。
參閱圖8、圖10及圖11,該等螢幕2能在該等滑板62上左右位移而調整之間的距離,能簡單的達到緊靠該等螢幕2的功效。此種調整方式,不需將該等懸臂5向前轉動以緊靠該等螢幕2,因此,該等螢幕2至該立柱32的距離較短,擁有較低的空間佔據。
參閱圖12及圖13,該等螢幕2除了能上下位移並調整兩者間的距離外,還能藉著轉動該連接單元4、該等懸臂5及該等滑軌6,調整該等螢幕2之間的角度,藉此滿足多方位觀賞的需要。
參閱圖14及圖15,該等螢幕2除了依前述方式調整方位之外,其還能藉著該等關節73而自身地翻動及旋轉。如圖14所示,該螢幕2能藉著該關節73的轉動件733,往左或往右旋轉90度,使其由原本的橫向轉變為縱向,。如圖15所示,該螢幕2能藉著該關節73的樞接件731往下翻動,值得一提的是,該樞接件731亦能往上翻動,而使該螢幕2呈現不同的角度。
參閱圖14,值得一提的是,該等螢幕2是先將該等支撐件71旋轉90度後再將該螢幕2裝設上去。這是因為該等支撐件71能藉著該等關節73旋轉,所以該等螢幕2的裝設方位並未有任何的限制,使用者可以任意的依據其需要做調整。
經由以上的說明,可再將本新型的優點歸納如下:
一、藉著該連接單元4而在該立柱32上的位移,以及該等懸臂5的擺動,因此該等螢幕2能上下錯位,使用者有更多的擺設自由度,能任意調整該等螢幕2之間的高低位置。
二、該等螢幕2能分別在該等滑板62上滑移,不需要旋轉該等懸臂5而使該等螢幕2緊靠,因此,該等螢幕2與該立柱32之間的距離較習知為短,有較低的空間佔據。
三、藉著該連接單元4、該等懸臂5及該等滑軌6的相互配合,能簡單的旋轉該等螢幕2,因此,當有許多使用者在不同的方位觀賞螢幕2時,可輕易地將該等螢幕2旋轉,以滿足使用者的需要。
四、該等螢幕2能藉著該等關節73左右旋轉及上下翻動,所以在把該等螢幕2移動到定點之後,還能藉著該關節73的作動,而呈現多樣的觀賞角度。
綜上所述,藉由該連接單元4及該等懸臂5的配合,該等螢幕2有較高的擺設自由度,並且,因該等螢幕2能藉著在該滑軌6上滑動而調整其間的距離,不需要旋轉該等懸臂5,導致過多的空間占據,故確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申 請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,適合用於支撐二螢幕,並包含:一基座單元,包括一固定架,及一設置在該固定架的立柱,該立柱自該固定架往上延伸,並具有一軸線;二懸臂,能在該立柱上沿著該軸線方向位移,並分別包括一連接至該立柱的第一端部,及一相反於該第一端部的第二端部;二滑軌,分別設置在該等懸臂的第二端部;及二螢幕架,分別設置在該等滑軌並能在該等滑軌上滑動,且分別供該等螢幕設置。
  2. 如請求項1所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,每一滑軌包括一軸設至該懸臂的第二端部的軸桿,及一設置在該軸桿上並沿垂直該軸線的方向延伸的滑板,該滑板以該軸桿的軸設處為中心相對於該懸臂旋轉。
  3. 如請求項2所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,每一螢幕架包括一供該螢幕設置的支撐件、一能卡設於該滑板並能在該滑板上滑動的滑移件,及一連接該支撐件及該滑移件的關節。
  4. 如請求項3所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,該滑移件具有一朝該支撐件延伸的延伸段,該關節具有一樞設在該延伸段的樞接件,及一軸設在該樞接件上並與該支撐件相連接的轉動件,該支撐件能藉著該樞接件上下翻動,並以該轉動件的軸設處為中心旋轉。
  5. 如請求項4所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,該轉動件是藉由一螺絲螺接並軸設至該樞接件,且具有一供該支撐件嵌卡的卡槽,該關節還具有一將該支撐件固定於該卡槽的固定件。
  6. 如請求項1所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,還包含一連接單元,包括分別連接在該立柱上的一第一連接件及一第二連接件,該等懸臂的第一端部分別與該第一連接件及該第二連接件相連接,藉此連接至該立柱。
  7. 如請求項6所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,該立柱為圓柱形,該第一連接件具有一套設在該立柱上的第一套接段,該第二連接件具有一套設在該立柱上的第二套接段,該第一連接件及該第二連接件能圍繞該立柱旋轉。
  8. 如請求項7所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,該第一連接件還具有一自該第一套接段朝遠離該立柱的方向延伸的第一延伸段,該第二連接件還具有一自該第二套接段朝遠離該立柱的方向延伸的第二延伸段,該等懸臂的第一端部是分別軸設至該第一延伸段及該第二延伸段。
  9. 如請求項8所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,該第一連接件相對於該第二連接件較鄰近該固定架,且該第一延伸段具有一朝遠離該固定架的方向延伸並供該懸臂臂的第一端部軸設的凸伸部,在該第一連接件緊靠該第二連接件時,該凸伸部使該等懸臂的軸設處等高。
  10. 如請求項6所述之雙懸臂的螢幕支撐裝置,其中,每一懸臂還包括一連接該第一端部及該第二端部的氣壓棒,該氣壓棒能提供一支持力,以支持該等第二端部於位移時不垂墜。
