Description

呼吸型透氣鞋
本創作係關於鞋子，特別是一種呼吸型透氣鞋。
為了解決鞋內溼熱空氣帶來的不適感，各式各樣的透氣鞋因應而生。其中，目前在市場上頗受矚目的是義大利廠商GEOX所產製的呼吸鞋。該呼吸鞋最大的特點在鞋大底及鞋中底部分區域(如前掌)對稱性設有多數貫通的透氣孔，鞋中底正面相對該區域黏貼一種商標名為GORE-TEX的透氣防水膜(membrane)，使鞋內濕熱空氣在行進間由該等透氣孔向外排出，並置換新鮮空氣進入鞋內，透過類似呼吸的動作達到鞋內乾爽的目的。
惟，由於鞋大底的透氣孔係直接與地面接觸，經久難免不會發生透氣孔被泥土等雜物阻塞，或透氣防水膜功能失效造成進水等問題。
本案申請人乃鞋類專業製造廠商，有鑒於上述習用呼吸透氣鞋可能發生的問題，遂戮力開發一種改良之呼吸型透氣鞋以因應市場所需。
即，本創作提供一種呼吸型透氣鞋，係於鞋大底與鞋中底對應設置複數條縱橫交錯且相互連通的網絡狀渠道，該渠道於鞋子前後位置各預留至少一個與外界流通的出口；渠道上並預設若干通氣孔，鞋大底在任一通氣孔皆具有一開口向上的半圓孔；而鞋中底則相對鞋大底具有一開口向下的半圓孔及一通氣孔，鞋大底與鞋中底二者複合為一後，二半圓孔形成的氣室配合通氣孔，將鞋內的濕熱空氣透過渠道與外界新鮮空氣進行流通交換，使鞋內達到乾爽的目的。

以下之說明及圖式，係根據本創作之特徵所揭露的實施例，以使本創作之結構技術及特徵範圍更容易被瞭解。
請參閱第1圖，本創作係於鞋大底1與鞋中底2對應設置複數條縱橫交錯且相互連通的網絡狀渠道31、32，該渠道31、32於鞋子前後位置各預留至少一個與外界流通的出口33；渠道上並預設若干通氣孔22，鞋大底1在任一通氣孔皆具有一開口向上的半圓孔11；而鞋中底2則相對鞋大底具有一開口向下的半圓孔21及一通氣孔22，鞋大底1與鞋中底2二者複合為一後，二半圓孔形成的氣室配合通氣孔22將鞋內的濕熱空氣透過渠道與外界新鮮空氣進行流通交換，使鞋內達到乾爽的目的。
前述渠道31、32於鞋子前後位置各預留的出口33當遇到下雨或經過濕地時，可將平時置放在封塞儲藏孔34的封塞4拔開後塞進出口33即可。反之，進行呼吸透氣前，應先將封塞4自出口33拔出並塞入儲藏孔34保存。以備下次使用。
綜上所述，本創作之技術內容及技術特點巳揭示如上，然而熟悉本項技術之人士仍可能基於本創作之揭示而作各種不背離本案創作精神之替換及修飾。因此，本創作之保護範圍應不限於實施例所揭示者，而應包括各種不背離本創作之替換及修飾，並為以下之申請專利範圍所涵蓋。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種呼吸型透氣鞋，係於鞋大底與鞋中底對應設置複數條縱橫交錯且相互連通的網絡狀渠道，該渠道於鞋子前後位置各預留至少一個與外界流通的出口；渠道上並預設若干通氣孔，鞋大底在任一通氣孔皆具有一開口向上的半圓孔；而鞋中底則相對鞋大底具有一開口向下的半圓孔及一通氣孔，將鞋大底與鞋中底二者複合為一，令二半圓孔形成的氣室及通氣孔，將鞋內的濕熱空氣透過渠道與外界新鮮空氣進行流通交換，使鞋內達到乾爽的目的。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述呼吸型透氣鞋，其中，渠道預留的出口，可由封塞予以封閉。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述呼吸型透氣鞋，其中，封塞可置放於出口附近的封塞儲藏孔備用。
