Description

汽車冷氣壓縮機
本創作有關一種汽車冷氣壓縮機,尤指一種以電能方式驅動運轉之汽車冷氣壓縮機。
按,習知汽車冷氣壓縮機(請參閱第一、二圖所示),其主要係由壓縮機A、電磁鐵B、皮帶轉盤C及離合盤D所組成。壓縮機A延伸出有轉軸A1;電磁鐵B係固設於壓縮機A外部並相對環設於轉軸A1周圍;皮帶轉盤C係設於電磁鐵B外部,且皮帶轉盤C係利用軸承與電磁鐵B相結合,俾使皮帶轉盤C可於電磁鐵B外部轉動;離合盤D係設於皮帶轉盤C外側面,且離合盤D設有套筒D1,套筒D1依序穿過皮帶轉盤C及電磁鐵B而可與壓縮機A之轉軸A1相結合。而習知汽車冷氣壓縮機運轉時,乃須藉由一外部驅動裝置E(如汽車引擎)作為主要動力來源,所述驅動裝置E設有一轉輪E1,轉輪E1繞設有一皮帶F,再將皮帶F同時繞設於皮帶轉盤C,藉此當習知汽車冷氣壓縮機啟動時(即車輛室內開啟冷氣時),利用對電磁鐵B通電,使得電磁鐵B產生無轉向性的磁性,由電磁鐵B將離合盤D吸附,而使離合盤D可與皮帶轉盤C緊密吸附,且離合盤D之套筒D1會與壓縮機A之轉軸A1相銜接,此時驅動裝置E由皮帶F帶動皮帶轉盤C轉動時,皮帶轉盤C則可同時帶動離合盤D轉動,再由離合盤 D同時帶動壓縮機A之轉軸A1,俾以達到讓習知汽車冷氣壓縮機啟動運轉。
然而,習知汽車冷氣壓縮機運轉時,乃須藉由驅動裝置E(如汽車引擎)作為主要動力來源才可運轉,而隨著油價不斷高漲、以及環保節能減碳的概念逐漸受眾人所重視,尤其是當車輛停止行駛中若又開啟冷氣時,伴隨著汽車引擎所排放出二氧化碳的排放量,乃逐漸造成全球溫室效應的影響日益嚴重。
鑒於以上所述之問題,本創作提供一種汽車冷氣壓縮機,在無須改變習知汽車冷氣壓縮機情形下,能以電能方式完全驅動習知汽車冷氣壓縮機運轉。
本創作所揭露之汽車冷氣壓縮機,包括有一壓縮機及一驅動裝置。壓縮機所設之轉軸係延伸出壓縮機本體外部;驅動裝置係設於壓縮機外部,其包括有一定子及一轉子,定子係穿設轉軸而結合於該壓縮機外部,且定子設有不同極性之電源傳輸線用以與外部電源(如汽車電瓶或其它電源)連接,使得定子通電後具有方向性(正轉或逆轉)之轉動磁性,再將轉子設於定子外部,且轉子設有一套接部係與壓縮機之轉軸相連接。藉此,透過驅動裝置之定子以電磁感應感應出轉距使其轉子旋轉,再由轉子同步帶動壓縮機之轉軸驅動,達到本創作之汽車冷氣壓縮機能以電能方式驅動運轉,避免習知汽車冷氣壓縮機須藉由汽車引擎作為主要 動力來源,不僅消耗汽車本身的油量,且伴隨著汽車引擎所排放出二氧化碳的排放量,更會造成全球溫室效應的影響日益嚴重。
以下在實施方式中詳細敘述本創作之詳細特徵以及優點,其內容足以使任何熟習相關技藝者了解本創作之技術內容並據以實施,且根據本說明書所揭露之內容、申請專利範圍及圖式,任何熟習相關技藝者可輕易地理解本創作前述之目的及優點。
為使 貴審查員方便簡捷瞭解本創作之其他特徵內容與優點及其所達成之功效能夠更為顯現,茲將本創作配合附圖,詳細敘述本創作之特徵以及優點,以下之實施例係進一步詳細說明本新型之觀點,但非以任何觀點限制本新型之範疇。
請先參閱第三及四圖所示,本創作係揭露一種汽車冷氣壓縮機,尤指在無須改變習知汽車冷氣壓縮機內部結構下,能以電能方式完全驅動汽車冷氣壓縮機運轉,本創作之汽車冷氣壓縮機包括有一壓縮機1及一驅動裝置2。
壓縮機1其具有一轉軸11,且轉軸11係延伸出壓縮機1外部。而本創作試舉一實施例,所述壓縮機1可為平板往復式壓縮機,又或者所述壓縮機1可為活塞往復式或葉片式壓縮機。
驅動裝置2係以電能方式驅動並設於壓縮機1外部,本創作試舉一實施例,該驅動裝置2可為外轉子式驅動馬達,其包括有一定子21及一轉子22。
而定子21設有一軸孔211,由軸孔211穿設壓縮機1之轉軸11,使得定子21結合於壓縮機1外部端面,且定子21設有至少二不同極性之電源傳輸線212,由該等電源傳輸線212用以與外部電源(如汽車電瓶或其它電源)連接;所述定子21係由至少一鐵芯外部繞設線圈所構成,由線圈延伸出至少二條不同極性之電源傳輸線212,再由該等電源傳輸線212用以與外部電源連接,利用外部電源(如直流電)流經線圈而使定子21產生具有方向性(正轉或逆轉)之轉動磁性(即扭矩)。
而轉子22係設於定子21外部,轉子22其一側面凹設有容置槽221,由容置槽221相對套設於定子21外部,且轉子22於容置槽221內壁設有複數磁性元件222,又轉子22於容置槽221另設有一套接部223,所述轉子22之該等磁性元件222係與定子21外環面間隔對應,且轉子22之套接部223係可穿設定子21之軸孔211而與壓縮機1之轉軸11相連接。
當本創作之汽車冷氣壓縮機運轉時(如車輛室內開啟冷氣時),驅動裝置2之定子21通電後可產生具有方向性(正轉或逆轉)之轉動磁性,而可透過驅動裝置2之定子21以電磁感應感應出轉距使其轉子22旋轉,再由轉子22同步帶動壓縮機1之轉軸11驅動,達到壓縮機1能以電能方式驅動運轉,如此一來係可避免習知汽車冷氣壓縮機須藉由汽車引擎作為主要動力來源,不僅消耗汽車本身的油量,且伴隨著汽車引擎所排放出二氧 化碳的排放量,更會造成全球溫室效應的影響日益嚴重。
請配合參閱第五、六及七圖所示,本創作試舉另一實施例,其包括有一壓縮機1及一驅動裝置3。其中,驅動裝置3係以電能方式驅動並設於壓縮機1外部,而驅動裝置3可為內轉子式驅動馬達,其包括有一定子31及一轉子32。
而定子31設有一軸孔311,由軸孔311穿設壓縮機1之轉軸11,使得定子31結合於壓縮機1外部端面,且定子31設有至少二不同極性之電源傳輸線312,由該等電源傳輸線312用以與外部電源(如汽車電瓶或其它電源)連接;所述定子31相同由至少一鐵芯外部繞設線圈所構成,由線圈延伸出至少二條不同極性之電源傳輸線312,再由該等電源傳輸線312用以與外部電源連接,利用外部電源(如直流電)流經線圈而使定子31產生具有方向性(正轉或逆轉)之轉動磁性(即扭矩)。
而轉子32可為一磁性元件,轉子32係可設於壓縮機1之轉軸11,並相對位於定子31之軸孔311,且轉子32係與定子31之軸孔311間隔對應。
如此,當本創作之汽車冷氣壓縮機運轉時(如車輛室內開啟冷氣時),驅動裝置3之定子31通電後可產生具有方向性(正轉或逆轉)之轉動磁性,而可透過驅動裝置3之定子31以電磁感應感應出轉距使其轉子32旋轉,再由轉子32同步帶動壓縮機1之轉軸11驅動,相同達到壓縮機1能以電能方式驅動運轉。
另外,該外部電源可為汽車之電瓶或車輛另增設一輔助電 瓶;所述驅動裝置2、3之電源傳輸線212、312可與汽車之電瓶連接以取得電力,又或者車輛可另增設有一輔助電瓶,而所述驅動裝置2、3之電源傳輸線212、312可與輔助電瓶連接以取得電力。
綜上所述,本創作之技術特徵係將電能驅動之驅動裝置2、3設於壓縮機1外部,以作為壓縮機1主要動力來源,達到壓縮機1能以電能方式驅動運轉,即可避免習知汽車冷氣壓縮機須藉由汽車引擎作為主要動力來源,不僅消耗汽車本身的油量,且伴隨著汽車引擎所排放出二氧化碳的排放量,更會造成全球溫室效應的影響日益嚴重。
惟以上所述者,僅為本創作之較佳實施例,當不能用藝人士所明顯可作的變化與修飾,皆應視為不悖離本創作之實質內容。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種汽車冷氣壓縮機,包括有:一壓縮機,其具有一轉軸,該轉軸係延伸出該壓縮機外部;一驅動裝置,係設於該壓縮機外部,該驅動裝置包括有:一定子,設有一軸孔,該定子由該軸孔穿設該轉軸而結合於該壓縮機外部,且該定子設有至少二不同極性之電源傳輸線;一轉子,設於該定子外部,該轉子其一側面凹設有容置槽,該容置槽相對位於該定子外部,並於該容置槽內部設有一套接部,該套接部係與該壓縮機之轉軸相連接。
  2. 如請求項1所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該定子係由至少一鐵芯外部繞設線圈所構成,該線圈延伸出至少二條不同極性之電源傳輸線,該等電源傳輸線用以與外部電源連接;該轉子於該容置槽內壁設有複數磁性元件,該等磁性元件與該定子外環面間隔對應。
  3. 如請求項2所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該外部電源可為汽車之電瓶,該等電源傳輸線可與汽車之電瓶連接。
  4. 如請求項2所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該外部電源可為車輛另增設一輔助電瓶,該等電源傳輸線可與該輔助電瓶連接。
  5. 一種汽車冷氣壓縮機,包括有:一壓縮機,其具有一轉軸,該轉軸係延伸出該壓縮機外部; 一驅動裝置,係設於該壓縮機外部,該驅動裝置包括有:一定子,設有一軸孔,該定子由該軸孔穿設該轉軸而結合於該壓縮機外部,且該定子設有至少二不同極性之電源傳輸線;一轉子,係設於該壓縮機之轉軸,且該轉子相對位於該定子之軸孔,該轉子係與該軸孔間隔對應。
  6. 如請求項5所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該轉子為一磁性元件。
  7. 如請求項5所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該定子係由至少一鐵芯外部繞設線圈所構成,該線圈延伸出至少二條不同極性之電源傳輸線,該等電源傳輸線用以與外部電源連接。
  8. 如請求項7所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該外部電源可為汽車之電瓶,該等電源傳輸線可與汽車之電瓶連接。
  9. 如請求項7所述之汽車冷氣壓縮機,其中該外部電源可為車輛另增設一輔助電瓶,該等電源傳輸線可與該輔助電瓶連接。
