Description

汽車外部發光裝飾件
本創作涉及一種汽車外部發光裝飾件，該裝飾件包含結合在汽車車身外側表面上的各種裝飾件，尤指結合使用可撓性導光條做為傳遞光源的媒介，能夠產生一裝飾性光源的裝飾件。
為了美化汽車車身外側表面，汽車製造商或汽車配件製造商會選擇在汽車車身外側的前、後或側面表面上裝設各式各樣的裝飾件。例如車身側邊飾板、車身側邊踏板飾板、車身前後側飾板等等。
在夜間行車時，基於安全性的考量及/或增添裝飾效果，在汽車外部的裝飾件上同時具有發光功能，俾讓車輛可以藉由發光裝飾件來增加周圍的車輛和行人的注意以達到警示作用，同時也具有妝扮美化車身的效果。
現有汽車外部裝飾件主要都是利用燈泡或LED做為發光源，發光形式包含有以單一發光源所產生的點光源，以及以多個發光源排成一列所產生的線形光源。
然而，利用多個發光源組成所產生的線形光源，事實上在視覺上仍然可以分辨出來是由多個光點串接而成燈條，所產生的光源猶如一條類似鎖練狀的線形光源，且亮度並不均勻；此外，以多個發光源組成燈條在更換新發光源後，亮度不均勻的情形更加明顯。
有鑑於此，本創作之主要目的即在於提出一種應用在汽車外部發光裝飾件的發光結構，讓裝飾件可以產生一道柔和的裝飾性光源。
基於上述目的，本創作提出一種汽車外部發光裝飾件，包括有：
一裝飾件；
一條狀透光殼，結合於該裝飾件上，且顯露於該裝飾件外；
一具可撓性導光條，埋設於該條狀透光殼內；及
一發光元件，設置於該導光條一端，用以將所產生的光源投向該導光條一端，使該導光條發光，並通過該條狀透光殼對於產生呈條狀的裝飾性光源。
藉此構成，本創作係為一種可安裝在汽車車身外側表面上的發光裝飾件，藉由結合於裝飾件上的一條狀透光殼、埋設於該條狀透光殼內之具可撓性一導光條，以及設置於該導光條一端或兩端的一個或多個發光元件；即可經由發光元件將所產生的光源投向該導光條端緣，使該導光條發光，並通過該條狀透光殼發出呈條狀且柔和的裝飾性光源。
其中，所述的裝飾件設有一條狀結合槽以供該條狀透光殼安裝結合。
其中，所述的條狀透光殼具有與該裝飾件結合之一延伸部。
其中，所述的延伸部與該裝飾件透過至少一黏貼片加以黏合。
其中，所述的條狀透光殼具有可供該導光條嵌合其中之一條狀嵌合槽。
其中，所述的條狀透光殼表面設有光擴散紋路。
其中，所述的條狀透光殼設有一光反射片。
其中，所述的導光條兩端分別設有一發光元件，用以將所產生的光源分別投向該導光條一端，使該導光條發光。
其中，所述的導光條端部結合有一套管，且該發光元件設置於該套管內。
其中，所述的發光元件係為發光二極體或燈泡。
為了能夠更清楚地描述本創作所提出之汽車外部發光裝飾件，以下將配合圖示針對本創作的實施例提做一詳盡說明。
請同時參閱圖1及圖2所示本創作之汽車外部發光裝飾件，如圖所示，該發光裝飾件包括有可裝設於汽車車身外部的一裝飾件1、結合於該裝飾件1上且顯露於該裝飾件1外之一條狀透光殼2、埋設於該條狀透光殼2內之具可撓性一導光條3，以及設置於該導光條3一端或兩端的一個或多個發光元件4，用以將所產生的光源投向該導光條3端緣，使該導光條3發光，並通過該條狀透光殼2發出呈條狀且柔和的裝飾性光源。
前述的裝飾件1包含但不限於車身側邊飾板、車身側邊踏板飾板、車身前後側飾板。該裝飾件1上設有一條狀結合槽11以供該條狀透光殼2安裝結合。
如圖2所示，該條狀透光殼2具有與該裝飾件1結合之一延伸部21，且該延伸部2與該裝飾件1透過至少一黏貼片5加以黏合，俾讓條狀透光殼2固定在裝飾件1上。其中，條狀透光殼2和裝飾件1除了透過黏貼片5相互黏合固定外，也可以利用螺絲鎖定的方式將條狀透光殼2固定在裝飾件1上。
另外，該條狀透光殼2具有可供該導光條3嵌合其中之一條狀嵌合槽22，俾讓導光條3容置在條狀透光殼2內。其中，導光條3為具有可撓性之條狀物，可以配合條狀嵌合槽22的路徑做彎曲變化。
前述之發光元件4可以是發光二極體(LED)或燈泡，該導光條3可以一端設有一發光元件4，用以將所產生的光源投向該導光條3一端，使該導光條3發光，並通過該條狀透光殼2發出呈條狀且柔和的一道裝飾性光源。
於實施時，也可以在該導光條3兩端分別設有一發光元件4，兩發光元件4將所產生的光源分別投向該導光條3一端，使該導光條3發光，並通過該條狀透光殼2發出呈條狀且柔和但是亮度更高的一道裝飾性光源。
如圖1所示，該導光條3端部結合有一套管6，且該發光元件4設置於該套管6內，讓發光元件4固定在導光條3的端緣處，並且朝向該導光條3發出光源。
發光元件4所需電力可以透過電線41連接到一電源供應單元，該電源供應單元可以是蓄電池、太陽能板等。
由以上之說明可知，本創作係為一種可安裝在汽車車身7外側表面上的發光裝飾件，藉由結合於裝飾件1上的一條狀透光殼2、埋設於該條狀透光殼2內之具可撓性一導光條3，以及設置於該導光條3一端或兩端的一個或多個發光元件4；即可經由發光元件4將所產生的光源投向該導光條3端緣，使該導光條3發光，並通過該條狀透光殼2發出呈條狀且柔和的裝飾性光源。
為了讓通過該條狀透光殼2所發出的裝飾性光源更加柔和，在該條狀透光殼2表面可進一步設有光擴散紋路；另外，為了提昇發光亮度，在該條狀透光殼2可以進一步設有一光反射片23。
以上所述者，僅為本創作之較佳實施例而已，當不能以此限定本創作實施之範圍，舉凡依本創作申請專利範圍及創作說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾，皆仍屬本創作專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種汽車外部發光裝飾件，包括有：
    一裝飾件；
    一條狀透光殼，結合於該裝飾件上，且顯露於該裝飾件外；
    一具可撓性導光條，埋設於該條狀透光殼內；及
    一發光元件，設置於該導光條一端，用以將所產生的光源投向該導光條一端，使該導光條發光，並通過該條狀透光殼發出呈條狀的裝飾性光源。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該裝飾件設有一條狀結合槽以供該條狀透光殼安裝結合。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該條狀透光殼具有與該裝飾件結合之一延伸部。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該延伸部與該裝飾件透過至少一黏貼片加以黏合。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該條狀透光殼具有可供該導光條嵌合其中之一條狀嵌合槽。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中條狀透光殼表面設有光擴散紋路。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中條狀透光殼設有一光反射片。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該導光條兩端分別設有一發光元件，用以將所產生的光源分別投向該導光條一端，使該導光條發光。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1或8項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該導光條端部結合有一套管，且該發光元件設置於該套管內。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述汽車外部發光裝飾件，其中該發光元件係為發光二極體或燈泡。
