M241154 五、創作說明(1) 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作是有關於一種元件外觀檢測設備,且特別是有 關於一種適於對複數個元件的外觀做自動化的篩選之外觀 檢測設備。 【先前技術】 十八世紀的工業革命帶動了人類生產技術的大躍進, 以動力機具取代了以人力為主的作業方式。在早期,沖 床、鑽床、刨床等加工機台的創作,使我們製作出的產品 尺寸更精密、外型更為美觀。其後更有自動加工機台的推 出,只需經由電腦輸入預先撰寫的程式,便可使刀具沿著 預先設定的路徑進行加工,加工出尺寸一致的產品,進行 量產的動作,不再需要人工的操作,減少人力成本,也避 免加工時可能發生的危險。近幾年來,藉由各種加工機台 與自動控制系統的整合,各類製造業紛紛開設所謂的生產 線,藉由全線自動化的製造過程,使得我們可以更有效率 且更大量的生產各類產品。 然而在科技不斷創新,製造技術更為進步的今天,我 們可以製造的產品已經較以往之構造更為精密且複雜(如 電子元件)。由於對外觀、尺寸以及效能等有更高的要 求,使得我們對產品的良率需要更嚴格的把關。 以往雖然製造已經可以達到全線自動化生產,但在產 品的最終檢驗上,仍需依賴人工作業,但並沒有完全可以 客觀的判斷標準來作檢測。外觀檢測必須依賴視覺來作檢 測,但只要依賴視覺來作檢測必定有模陵兩可的情況出M241154 V.
