Abstract

[課題]提供一種充填包裝機,其在藉超音波密封施行的橫向密封部中,沒有在密封帶與管狀包裝材的內面之間產生密封不良的情形。 [解決手段]充填包裝機10具備貼帶裝置13、縱向密封裝置15及橫向密封裝置17。在密封帶S的兩端緣之中,從重疊部T1的內側階差T11觀之,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材W之單面的一端緣部,使位於管狀包裝材T之重疊部側的第1端緣S11與重疊部的外側階差T12從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之係相互錯開配置。

Description

充填包裝機、內容物充填容器及其製造方法
本發明係關於藉由將流動性食品或飲料等內容物充填並包裝在以紙等為主體的薄片狀包裝材所形成的容器來製造內容物充填容器的方法、藉該方法製造的內容物充填容器、以及使用於該方法的充填包裝機。
例如,藉由使用將熱可塑性樹脂製成的密封劑層積層在由紙等所成的基材層之兩面而構成薄片狀(web)包裝材來充填包裝流動性食品或飲料等內容物,藉以製造內容物充填容器的充填包裝機中,圖16所示的機型已為公知。 該充填包裝機(10)具有:回捲機(11),用以支持捲成捲筒狀的薄片狀包裝材(W);送帶裝置(12),將薄片狀包裝材(W)自回捲機(11)依序送出;貼帶裝置(13),將熱可塑性樹脂製的密封帶(S)以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在所送出的薄片狀包裝材(W)之單面的一端緣部;殺菌槽(14),將薄片狀包裝材(W)浸漬於過氧化氫水等殺菌液中進行殺菌;縱向密封裝置(15),藉由將薄片狀包裝材(W)的兩端緣部重疊預定寬度實施縱向密封而形成管狀包裝材(T),並且以被覆重疊部之內側階差(薄片狀包裝材之一端面)的方式將密封帶(S)的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材(T)的內面;內容物充填裝置(16),藉從上方***管狀包裝材(T)內的充填管(16a)將流動狀內容物充填於管狀包裝材(T)內;橫向密封裝置(17),將已充填有內容物的管狀包裝材(T),按相當於每1個容器的長度實施橫向密封,並藉由在橫向密封部的寬度中間實施切斷而形成屬於中間形態的枕狀內容物充填容器(C1);及容器完成裝置(18),將上述容器(C1)成形為屬於完成形態的長方體狀內容物充填容器(C2)。
貼帶裝置(13)係具備:帶用捲軸(131),已將密封帶(S)捲成捲筒狀;帶送出裝置(132),自帶用捲軸(131)依序送出密封帶(S);加熱器(133),將供黏貼密封帶(S)之薄片狀包裝材(W)之單面的一端緣部進行預備加熱;及1對壓接輥(134),將密封帶(S)壓接並密封在薄片狀包裝材(W)之單面的一端緣部。
縱向密封裝置(15)具備:加熱器(151),在薄片狀包裝材(W)藉未圖示的成形輥成形為管狀的中間過程中,將薄片狀包裝材(W)之兩端緣部及密封帶(S)進行預備加熱:及1對壓接輥(152),將重疊的薄片狀包裝材(W)之兩端緣部及密封帶(S)壓接密封。
以橫向密封裝置(17)而言,熱密封式、高周波密封式、超音波密封式等已為公知。 如圖17所示,在超音波密封式橫向密封裝置(17)的情況中,具備有藉由隔介著管狀包裝材(T)開閉自如地配設的超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)。超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)中,形成有朝著和管狀包裝材(T)之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面(171)(172)。此外,超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)中附設有藉由從其兩側挾壓管狀包裝材(T)而預備成形為預定容器形狀(例如橫剖面正方形)的成形襟翼(flap),但其圖示已予省略。 橫向密封時,係將管狀包裝材(T)在預定的高度位置藉由超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)的密封面(171)(172)以預定的加壓力局部性地挾壓使之變形,且在因此而呈扁平狀的2個包裝材(T)部分彼此壓接的狀態下,藉由令未圖示的超音波振盪器動作,使被壓接的2個包裝材(T)部分的內面彼此間相熔接,並且,使密封帶(S)熔接於重疊部相反側的包裝材(T)部分的內面。此時,密封帶(S)的兩端緣也熔接在前述包裝材(T)部分的內面,藉以獲得優異的密封性。 在此處,管狀包裝材(T)的重疊部(T1)相對於其他部分(T2)的2片重疊結構,係構成3片重疊,其厚度亦對應地增大。因此,重疊部(T1)和其他部分(T2)之間會在內外兩側產生階差,且由於這些階差,使超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)的密封面(171)(172)因加壓力分布不均等,而有發生密封不良的疑慮。
因此,為了使橫向密封時的加壓力分布達到一致,俾抑制密封不良的發生,乃有例如在鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)形成吸收部,藉以將管狀包裝材(T)之重疊部(T1)與其他部分(T2)之間產生的階差(T11)(T12)加以吸收的橫向密封裝置之提案(參照下述專利文獻1)。 上述橫向密封裝置的吸收部係例如圖18所示,在密封面(172)之長度中央部,以橫貫密封面(172)的方式形成的橫剖面等邊梯形狀的凹溝(173)所構成。凹溝(173)係設計成管狀包裝材(T)之重疊部(T1)的內側階差(T11)及外側階差(T12)分別位在兩側的傾斜面(173a)。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

然而,藉超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)的密封面(171)(172)將管狀包裝材(T)局部性挾壓之際,會有管狀包裝材(T)從適當位置旋轉,或朝密封面(171)(172)的長度方向錯開的情形,因此,重疊部(T1)之內外兩側階差(T11)(T12)不會正確地位在凹溝(173)之兩傾斜面(173a),有無法以最適當壓力將該階差(T11)(T12)部分加壓的情形。 結果,在橫向密封部中,密封帶(S)的兩端緣之中,從重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)觀之,有位於重疊部側(以下,有稱為「SA側」的情形)的第1端緣(S11)未熔接在管狀包裝材(T)之內面、或者該第1端緣(S11)與管狀包裝材(T)的內面之間產生孔洞部的情形。若橫向密封部有這種未熔接部或孔洞部時,特別是必須利用過氧化氫水等進行包裝材殺菌的無菌式製品製造時,會有內容物的洩漏或外部細菌侵入的顧慮。
本發明係有鑑於上述課題而研創者,其目的在提供藉超音波密封形成的橫向密封部中,在密封帶與管狀包裝材的內面之間沒有產生密封不良之情形的充填包裝機,再者,本發明亦提供能有效抑制上述密封不良之發生且提升密封性的內容物充填容器及其製造方法。
本發明人等針對藉超音波密封而在橫向密封部發生密封不良的原因專精銳意再三研究的結果,發現密封帶的兩端緣之中,位於重疊部側的第1端緣及重疊部外側的階差配置成從管狀包裝材的厚度方向觀之呈相互重疊時,若重疊部的內外兩側階差從設在鐵鉆等之密封面的吸收部(凹溝)的適當位置偏離時,會因無法以最適當壓力將該階差部分加壓而容易發生密封不良的情形,終而完成了本發明。 換言之,為達成上述目的,本發明包括以下的樣態。
1).一種充填包裝機,具備: 貼帶裝置,將密封帶以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部; 縱向密封裝置,藉由將薄片狀包裝材的兩端緣部逐一以預定寬度重疊且縱向密封,而形成管狀包裝材,並且以被覆重疊部的內側階差的方式將密封帶的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材的內面;及 橫向密封裝置,具有超音波喇叭及鐵鉆,其在隔介著管狀包裝材開閉自如地設置且形成有朝著和管狀包裝材之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面,並且在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一方的密封面形成有用以將重疊部與其他部分之間所生的階差加以吸收的吸收部,將充填有內容物的管狀包裝材按每1個容器量的長度施以橫向密封, 其特徵在於:貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材的單面之一端緣部,俾在密封帶的兩端緣之中,從重疊部之內側階差觀之,位於重疊部側的第1端緣與重疊部之外側階差從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之會成為相互錯開配置。
2).如上述1)之充填包裝機,其中,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使密封帶的第1端緣對於重疊部之外側階差朝背離重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5mm以上作配置。
3).如上述1)之充填包裝機,其中,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使密封帶的第1端緣對於重疊部之外側階差朝靠近重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5至3mm作配置。
4).如上述1)至3)中任一項之充填包裝機,其中,係使用具有重疊部寬度之1至10倍寬度者作為密封帶。
5).如上述1)至4)中任一項之充填包裝機,其中,推壓用凸部係形成在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一方密封面的各對應部位,該推壓用凸部係分別推壓密封帶之第1端緣及重疊於該端緣的管狀包裝材部分、及密封帶之和第1端緣相反側的第2端緣及重疊於端緣的管狀包裝材部分。
6).如上述5)之充填包裝機,其中,各推壓用凸部係為順沿密封面之長度方向延伸的壟狀結構,其長度設為1至5mm、厚度為0.1至0.6mm且突出高度為0.1至0.5mm。
7).一種內容物充填容器之製造方法,包括:貼帶步驟,將密封帶以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部;縱向密封步驟,藉由將薄片狀包裝材的兩端緣部逐次以預定寬度重疊並縱向密封,而形成管狀包裝材,並且以被覆重疊部的內側階差的方式將密封帶的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材的內面;及橫向密封步驟,藉橫向密封裝置將充填有內容物的管狀包裝材按每1個容器量的長度施以橫向密封,該橫向密封裝置具有超音波喇叭及鐵鉆,其係隔介著管狀包裝材開閉自如地設置且形成有朝著和管狀包裝材之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面,並且在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆之中任一方的密封面形成有用以將重疊部與其他部分之間所生的階差加以吸收的吸收部, 其特徵在於:在貼帶步驟中,將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材的單面之一端緣部,俾在密封帶的兩端緣之中,從重疊部之內側階差觀之,位於重疊部側的第1端緣與重疊部之外側階差,從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之,係成為相互錯開配置。
8).如上述7)之內容物充填容器之製造方法,其中 在貼帶步驟中,係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使密封帶之第1端緣對於重疊部的外側階差朝背離重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5mm以上作配置。
9).如上述7)之內容物充填容器之製造方法,其中,在貼帶步驟中,係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使密封帶之第1端緣對於重疊部的外側階差朝靠近重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5至3mm作配置。
10).如上述7)至9)中任一項的內容物充填容器之製造方法,其中,係使用具有重疊部寬度之1至10倍寬度者作為密封帶。
11).如上述7)至10)中任一項的內容物充填容器之製造方法,其中,在橫向密封步驟中,係將密封帶之第1端緣及重疊於該端緣的管狀包裝材部分、以及密封帶之和第1端緣相反側的第2端緣及重疊於該端緣的管狀包裝材部分,藉形成在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一方密封面之各對應部位的推壓用凸部施行推壓。
12).如上述11)的內容物充填容器之製造方法,其中,各推壓用凸部係作成順沿密封面的長度方向延伸的壟狀,並且,將其長度設為1至5mm、厚度設為0.1至0.6mm且突出高度設為0.1至0.5mm。
13).一種內容物充填容器,係使用如上述1)至6)中任一項的充填包裝機所製造者。
14).一種內容物充填容器,係藉由如上述7)至12)中任一項的方法所製造者。
若依據上述1)的充填包裝機、上述7)的內容物充填容器之製造方法、及上述13)、14)的內容物充填容器,密封帶的兩端緣之中,從重疊部之內側階差觀之,位於重疊部側之第1端緣及重疊部之外側階差,從管狀包裝材的厚度方向觀之,係呈相互錯開配置,故而在橫向密封時,即使重疊部之內外兩側階差從形成在超音波喇叭或鐵鉆之密封面的吸收部之適當位置偏離的情況中,亦可抑制發生密封帶的第1端緣未熔接在管狀包裝材之內面、或在密封帶的第1端緣與管狀包裝材的內面之間產生孔洞部等所謂密封不良的情形,可使橫向密封部的密封性提升。
若依據上述2)至6)的充填包裝機、及上述8)至12)的內容物充填容器之製造方法,可更為確實地獲得抑制前述橫向密封部發生密封不良的功效。
[用以實施發明的形態]
接著,參照附圖就本發明的實施形態說明如下。
[第1實施形態] 圖1係揭示本發明第1實施形態之充填包裝機的橫向密封裝置的概略,圖2至圖5則揭示該橫向密封裝置的詳細構成。另外,圖4中,管狀包裝材(T)之重疊部(T1)的2個重疊部分及密封帶(S)的圖示已經省略。此外,充填包裝機的構造中,除了後述的橫向密封裝置的詳細構造外,其餘部分實質上係和參照圖16及圖17先行說明的傳統技術相同,其重複說明已容予省略。
如圖1所示,橫向密封裝置的超音波喇叭(17A)及鐵鉆(17B)係藉由延伸於和管狀包裝材(T)之長度方向正交的方向且隔介著管狀包裝材(T)相互面對的金屬製棒桿所構成。
超音波喇叭(17A)係在面向管狀包裝材(T)之內側面具有沿著長度方向相互平行延伸的上下2個帶狀的密封面(171)。2個密封面(171)彼此之間則作為刀具退避槽(178)。超音波喇叭(17A)係由在面臨管狀包裝材(T)之內側面具有開口的中空棒桿構成擋止件(170A),且密封面(171)係以從該開口稍微突出的方式收容在擋止件(170A)。 超音波喇叭(17A)係藉由用轉換器將超音波振盪器所發出的振動能量實施増減並傳遞,俾以所需的振幅進行振動,但其詳細圖示已予省略。
如圖2至圖5所示,鐵鉆(17B)係在面對管狀包裝材(T)之內側面具有上下2個帶狀密封面(172),其係沿著長度方向相互平行地延伸,且和超音波喇叭(17A)的2個密封面(171)互相面對。形成在2個密封面(172)彼此之間的開縫(174),則出没自如地收容有用以將橫向密封部在寬度中間位置進行切斷的刀具(175)。開縫(174)之開口的上下緣部形成有朝向超音波喇叭(17A)側的階差(174a)。上下各密封面(172)在其寬度中間部形成有橫剖面呈V形的水平溝(176),而該水平溝(176)係以將密封面(172)分斷成上下的方式沿著密封面(172)的長度方向延伸。這些水平溝(176),係為了在和藉橫向密封而相互熔接的2個扁平狀包裝材(T)部分之內面鄰接的部位,供構成該包裝材(T)部分內面的密封劑層的熔融熱可塑性樹脂的一部分擠出並形成樹脂積存部(R)。藉由這些樹脂積存部(R),即得以形成密封性優異的良好橫向密封部,而且,可藉刀具(175)順利地進行橫向密封部的切斷。 在這些密封面(172)的長度中央部形成有吸收部(173),藉以將管狀包裝材(T)的重疊部(T1)與其他部分(T2)之間所產生的階差(T11)(T12)吸收。吸收部(173)係由朝著和兩密封面(172)之長度方向正交的方向延伸而橫剖面呈等邊梯形的凹溝(173)所構成。橫向密封時,通常,管狀包裝材(T)的重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)及外側階差(T12)(換言之,形成這些階差的包裝材端面)係分別位在凹溝(173)的兩側傾斜面(173a)。各密封面(172)的凹溝(173)係藉橫剖面V形的水平溝(176)分斷成上下2道。凹溝(173)的上下兩側形成有深度比起凹溝(173)還略深的凹部(177)。另外,吸收部並不限定於圖示的形態,也可由例如橫剖面為凹弧狀的凹溝、或橫剖面波形的凹凸部等所構成。此外,吸收部也可形成在超音波喇叭的密封面。
圖6至圖8係揭示橫向密封時管狀包裝材(T)之重疊部(T1)、密封帶(S)、及鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)的吸收部(凹溝)(173)之3種位置關係的樣態。 在此處,重疊部(T1)係按照所要製造的容器大小而設定適當的寬度。密封帶(S)一般係作成具有和「重疊部(T1)之寬度×2」大致相等的寬度。例如,重疊部(T1)為寬度3.8mm時,密封帶(S)的寬度則為7.5mm。而且,密封帶(S)之中,在貼帶步驟中先黏貼於薄片狀包裝材(W)之單面且位在重疊部(T1)側的SA側部分(S1)、以及在縱向密封步驟中黏貼於管狀包裝材(T)之內面且隔介著重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)位在重疊部(T1)之相反側的LS側部分(S2),係設定成為大致相等的寬度。具體而言,密封帶(S)的整體寬度為7.5mm時,將面臨和重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)鄰接的部位所產生的氣隙(G)部分(S3)之寬度約0.6mm從7.5mm扣除後之值的2分之1,亦即約3.45mm,即為密封帶(S)之SA側部分(S1)、LS側部分(S2)的寬度(參照圖18)。因此,如圖18所示,從管狀包裝材(T)之厚度方向觀之,密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)一般係配置成和重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12)大致重疊。
相對於此,本發明的第1實施形態中,如圖6至圖8所示,密封帶(S)的兩端緣之中,從重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)觀之,位在重疊部側(SA側)的第1端緣(S11)(圖中為左端緣)與重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),從管狀包裝材(T)的厚度方向觀之,係呈相互錯開配置。 上述的配置,藉由在貼帶裝置(13)進行的貼帶步驟中,將黏貼於薄片狀包裝材(W)單面之一端緣部的密封帶(S)之SA側部分(S1)的寬度作適當變更調整即可獲得確保。惟貼帶裝置(13)係設成可朝和密封帶(S)之進給方向正交的方向移動而調整位置,藉此構成,貼帶步驟中密封帶(S)與管狀包裝材(T)寬度方向相對位置即可任意變更而加以調整,但其詳細圖示已予省略。
更詳細地觀察3種樣態時,首先,在第1樣態中,如圖6所示,相對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)係在背離重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)的方向錯開0.5mm以上作配置,較佳為錯開1mm以上距離(D1)作配置。 在此情形中,係和傳統技術同樣使用具有重疊部(T1)之寬度大致2倍左右寬度者作為密封帶(S)。 如上所述,藉由使密封帶(S)的第1端緣(S11)從重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12)朝重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)的相反方向錯開0.5mm以上,較佳為1mm以上的距離(D1),則在橫向密封時,即便重疊部(T1)之內外兩側階差(T11)(T12)從鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)的凹溝(吸收部)(173)的兩傾斜面(173a)偏離時,亦可有效地抑制密封帶(S)之SA側的第1端緣(S11)未熔接在管狀包裝材(T)之內面、或著第1端緣(S11)與管狀包裝材(T)的內面之間產生孔洞部等密封不良的發生。
接著,第2樣態係如圖7所示地,相對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)係朝靠近重疊部(T)之內側階差(T11)的方向錯開0.5至3mm作配置,較佳為1.5至3mm的距離(D2)。 在此情形中,和傳統技術同樣地,係使用寬度具有重疊部(T1)之大致2倍左右寬度者作為密封帶(S)。 上述樣態的情況中,橫向密封時,縱使重疊部(T1)之內外兩側階差(T11)(T12)從鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)的凹溝(吸收部)(173)的兩傾斜面(173a)偏離,也能有效抑制密封不良的發生。
再者,第3樣態中,如圖8所示,係使用寬度經擴寬的密封帶(S)。具體而言,例如,重疊部(T1)的寬度為4mm時,係使用具有約其3倍寬度(11mm)的密封帶(S)。 藉此方式,相對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),密封帶(S)的第1端緣(S11)係朝背離重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)的方向錯開充分的距離(D1)(例如約3mm左右)作配置。 因而,在上述樣態的情況中,橫向密封時,縱使重疊部(T1)之內外兩側階差(T11)(T12)偏離鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)的凹溝(吸收部)(173)之兩傾斜面(173a),也能更確實地抑制密封不良的發生。
另外,除了上述3個樣態之外,也可為密封帶(S)的寬度比起通常情況還更小的樣態,惟其詳細圖示已省略。在該情況中,密封帶(S)的第1端緣(S11)係和圖7所示的樣態同樣地,相對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),朝靠近重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)的方向錯開配置的方式係為一般的作法。但,密封帶(S)之寬度若未達重疊部(T1)之寬度的1倍時,會有密封面積變得過小而使密封性降低的疑慮。 另一方面,相較於具有如上述3種樣態所示的重疊部(T1)之寬度的約2至3倍寬度者,密封帶(S)也有設成更大寬度的情形。若依據具有此種大寬度的密封帶(S),除了抑制發生上述密封不良的效果外,藉由例如使用在頂面形成有可藉拉環等實施開封的飲喝口的容器,即可以密封帶(S)取代用以被覆飲喝口內面的內帶,且獲得不需要內帶的效果。但,密封帶(S)的寬度超過重疊部(T1)寬度的10倍時,密封帶(S)會有勾到容器之皺摺(crease)的疑慮。 由上述各點來看,具有重疊部(T1)之寬度的1至10倍寬度者可適用作為密封帶(S)。
[第2實施形態] 圖9至圖15係本發明第2實施形態之充填包裝機的橫向密封裝置詳細圖。第2實施形態的橫向密封裝置中,除了以下所述各點外,其餘部分和圖1至圖8所示的第1實施形態之橫向密封裝置係實質上相同。 亦即,本實施形態的橫向密封裝置中,推壓用凸部(179)係形成在鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)的各對應部位,該推壓用凸部(179)分別推壓密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)及重疊於該端緣(S11)的管狀包裝材(T)部分、密封帶(S)之和第1端緣(S11)相反側的第2端緣(S12)、及重疊於該端緣(S12)的管狀包裝材(T)部分。更詳細而言,鐵鉆(17B)上側之密封面(172)的水平溝(176)之下方部分、及鐵鉆(17B)下側的密封面(172)的水平溝(176)之上方部分,分別形成有左右2個推壓用凸部(179)。 若依據上述的橫向密封裝置,密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)及第2端緣(S12)與管狀包裝材(T)之內面被更確實地加以密封。因而,因該部分的密封不良所產生的內容物洩漏被更有效地加以抑制。 另外,推壓用凸部也可形成在超音波喇叭(17A)之密封面(171),惟其圖示已省略。
圖11至圖13係針對圖6至圖8所示的橫向密封時的管狀包裝材(T)的重疊部(T1)、密封帶(S)、及鐵鉆(17B)之密封面(172)的吸收部(凹溝)(173)的位置關係的3種樣態的情況中,將形成推壓用凸部(179)之部位的詳細加以顯示者。 首先,如圖11所示,對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),密封帶(S)的第1端緣(S11)係朝背離重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)的方向錯開所需距離(D1)(圖6的樣態)作配置時,推壓用凸部(179)係形成在上下各密封面(172)之凹溝(吸收部)(173)的左右兩相鄰部位。 其次,如圖12所示,對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)係朝靠近重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)的方向錯開所需距離(D2)(圖7的樣態)作配置時,推壓用凸部(179)係形成在上下各密封面(172)之凹溝(吸收部)(173)的底部中央部分、以及從凹溝(吸收部)(173)向右側大幅背離的部位。另外,和密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)對應的推壓用凸部(179)係依照密封帶(S)的粘貼位置,在凹溝(吸收部)(173)的底部,自其中央部分向左右錯開。 此外,如圖13所示,藉由使用寬幅的密封帶(S),對於重疊部(T1)之外側階差(T12),密封帶(S)之第1端緣(S11)係朝從重疊部(T1)之內側階差(T11)背離的方向錯開充分距離(D1)(圖8的樣態)作配置時,推壓用凸部(179)係形成在從上下各密封面(172)的凹溝(吸收部)(173)向左右兩側大幅背離的部位。 再者,在使用比起具有一般寬度的密封帶(S)(參照圖11、12)還更小寬度的密封帶的情況中,推壓用凸部係形成在上下各密封面(172)的凹溝(吸收部)(173)之底部、及凹溝(吸收部)(173)的右側相鄰部位,但其圖示已省略。
如圖14所詳示,各推壓用凸部(179)係為沿密封面(172)之長度方向延伸的壟狀結構。 再者,各推壓用凸部(179)的尺寸,較佳為其長度(L)設在1至5mm、厚度(TH)設在0.1至0.6mm且突出高度(H)設在0.1至0.5mm。 推壓用凸部(179)的長度(L)若未達1mm,則在橫向密封時,在管狀包裝材(T)及密封帶(S)的位置錯開的情況中,會有密封帶(S)之兩端緣(S11)(S12)及與其重疊的管狀包裝材(T)部分無法確實地推壓的疑慮,另一方面,若長度(L)超過5mm,則在橫向密封時,有上述以外的部分亦被過度推壓的疑慮。 推壓用凸部(179)之厚度(TH)若未達0.1mm,則該凸部(179)有立即摩耗的疑慮,另一方面,厚度(TH)超過0.6mm時,和密封面(172)之寬度差會縮小,有不能充分獲得上述效果的疑慮。 再者,推壓用凸部(179)的突出高度(H)若未達0.1mm,有不能確實獲得上述效果的顧慮,另一方面,突出高度(H)超過0.5mm的情況中,在橫向密封時,管狀包裝材(T)有燒損或斷開的疑慮。
各推壓用凸部(179)的形狀除了作成圖14所示的前視長方形、側視長方形、屬於橫剖面方形的大致四角柱狀外,也可作成將如圖15所示的正面形狀、側面形狀、橫剖面形狀的任意組合形狀。 更詳細而言,推壓用凸部(179)的正面形狀也可依序如圖15(a-1)至(a-4)所示地,作成4個角部呈圓弧狀的略長方形、4個角部經傾斜倒角的略長方形、兩短邊呈半圓弧狀的車架形、或者兩短邊呈く字狀的橫長六角形。 推壓用凸部(179)的側面形狀也可依序如圖15(b-1)至(b-5)所示地,作成前端側的兩角部呈圓弧狀的略長方形、前端側的兩角部經傾斜地倒角的略長方形、橫長等邊梯形、兩短邊呈圓弧狀的略橫長等邊梯形、或者圓頂形。 此外,推壓用凸部(179)的橫剖面形狀也可依序如圖15(c-1)至(c-4)所示地作成前端側的兩角部呈圓弧狀的略方形、前端側的兩角部經傾斜地倒角的略方形、三角形、或者半圓形。 [產業上利用之可能性]
本發明適用於將流動性食品或飲料等內容物充填並包裝在由紙等薄片狀包裝材所形成的容器中的充填包裝機、內容物充填容器及其製造方法。

Claims (12)

  1. 一種充填包裝機,具備:貼帶裝置,將密封帶以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部;縱向密封裝置,藉由使薄片狀包裝材的兩端緣部逐次以預定寬度重疊且縱向密封,而形成管狀包裝材,並且以能夠被覆重疊部的內側階差的方式將密封帶的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材的內面;及橫向密封裝置,具有超音波喇叭及鐵鉆,其等隔介著管狀包裝材開閉自如地設置且形成有朝著和管狀包裝材之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面,並且在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一者的密封面形成有用以將重疊部與其他部分之間所產生的階差加以吸收的吸收部,俾將充填有內容物的管狀包裝材每隔1個容器的長度施以橫向密封,其中,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材的單面之一端緣部,使得在密封帶的兩端緣之中從重疊部之內側階差觀看時位於重疊部側的第1端緣與重疊部之外側階差,從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之會成為相互錯開配置,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使得密封帶的第1端緣相對於重疊部之外側階差朝遠離重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5mm以上作配置。
  2. 一種充填包裝機,具備:貼帶裝置,將密封帶以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部;縱向密封裝置,藉由使薄片狀包裝材的兩端緣部逐次以預 定寬度重疊且縱向密封,而形成管狀包裝材,並且以能夠被覆重疊部的內側階差的方式將密封帶的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材的內面;及橫向密封裝置,具有超音波喇叭及鐵鉆,其等隔介著管狀包裝材開閉自如地設置且形成有朝著和管狀包裝材之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面,並且在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一者的密封面形成有用以將重疊部與其他部分之間所產生的階差加以吸收的吸收部,俾將充填有內容物的管狀包裝材每隔1個容器的長度施以橫向密封,其中,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材的單面之一端緣部,俾在密封帶的兩端緣之中從重疊部之內側階差觀看時位於重疊部側的第1端緣與重疊部之外側階差,從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之會成為相互錯開配置,貼帶裝置係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使得密封帶的第1端緣相對於重疊部之外側階差朝靠近重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5至3mm作配置。
  3. 如請求項1或2之充填包裝機,其中,係使用具有重疊部的寬度之1至10倍的寬度者作為密封帶。
  4. 如請求項1或2之充填包裝機,其中,分別推壓密封帶之第1端緣及重疊於該端緣的管狀包裝材部分、以及和密封帶之第1端緣相反側的第2端緣及重疊於該端緣的管狀包裝材部分的推壓用凸部,係形成在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆之中任一者的密封面的各對應部位。
  5. 如請求項4之充填包裝機,其中,各推壓用凸部係為沿著密封面的長度方向延伸的壟狀結構,其長度係設為1至 5mm,厚度為0.1至0.6mm,突出高度為0.1至0.5mm。
  6. 一種內容物充填容器的製造方法,包含:貼帶步驟,將密封帶以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部;縱向密封步驟,藉由使薄片狀包裝材的兩端緣部逐次以預定寬度重疊實施縱向密封,而形成管狀包裝材,並且以能夠將重疊部之內側階差被覆的方式將密封帶的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材的內面;及橫向密封步驟,藉橫向密封裝置將充填有內容物的管狀包裝材每隔1個容器的長度施以橫向密封,該橫向密封裝置具有超音波喇叭及鐵鉆,其等隔介著管狀包裝材開閉自如地設置且形成有朝著和管狀包裝材之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面,並且在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一者的密封面形成有用以將重疊部與其他部分之間所產生的階差加以吸收的吸收部,其中,在貼帶步驟中,將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材的單面之一端緣部,俾在密封帶的兩端緣之中從重疊部之內側階差觀看時位於重疊部側的第1端緣與重疊部之外側階差,從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之會成為相互錯開配置,在貼帶步驟中,係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,使得密封帶之第1端緣相對於重疊部的外側階差朝遠離重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5mm以上作配置。
  7. 一種內容物充填容器的製造方法,包含:貼帶步驟,將密封帶以其寬度的一部分突出的方式黏貼在 薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部;縱向密封步驟,藉由使薄片狀包裝材的兩端緣部逐次以預定寬度重疊實施縱向密封,而形成管狀包裝材,並且以能夠將重疊部之內側階差被覆的方式將密封帶的突出部黏貼在管狀包裝材的內面;及橫向密封步驟,藉橫向密封裝置將充填有內容物的管狀包裝材每隔1個容器的長度施以橫向密封,該橫向密封裝置具有超音波喇叭及鐵鉆,其等隔介著管狀包裝材開閉自如地設置且形成有朝著和管狀包裝材之長度方向正交的方向延伸且相互面對的密封面,並且在超音波喇叭及鐵鉆之中任一者的密封面形成有用以將重疊部與其他部分之間所產生的階差加以吸收的吸收部,其中,在貼帶步驟中,將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材的單面之一端緣部,俾在密封帶的兩端緣之中從重疊部之內側階差觀看時位於重疊部側的第1端緣與重疊部之外側階差,從管狀包裝材之厚度方向觀之會成為相互錯開配置,在貼帶步驟中,係將密封帶的所需寬度部分黏貼在薄片狀包裝材之單面的一端緣部,俾使密封帶之第1端緣相對於重疊部的外側階差朝靠近重疊部之內側階差的方向錯開0.5至3mm作配置。
  8. 如請求項6或7之內容物充填容器的製造方法,其中,係使用具有重疊部的寬度之1至10倍的寬度者作為密封帶。
  9. 如請求項6或7之內容物充填容器的製造方法,其中,在橫向密封步驟中,係將密封帶的第1端緣及重疊於該端緣 的管狀包裝材部分、以及密封帶之與第1端緣相反側之第2端緣及重疊於該端緣的管狀包裝材部分,藉形成於超音波喇叭及鐵鉆中任一者的密封面的各對應部的推壓用凸部進行推壓。
  10. 如請求項9之內容物充填容器的製造方法,其中,各推壓用凸部係設成順沿著密封面的長度方向延伸的壟狀,並且將其長度設為1至5mm、厚度設為0.1至0.6mm、突出高度設為0.1至0.5mm。
  11. 一種內容物充填容器,係使用如請求項1至5中任一項之充填包裝機而製造者。
  12. 一種內容物充填容器,係藉如請求項6至10中任一項之方法而製造者。
