Abstract

本發明關於一種抗拉拔低阻螺絲,包含一桿身、一形成在該桿身前段的尖錐狀旋入部、一形成在該桿身後段的頭部、以及一螺紋。該螺紋係呈螺旋狀地設在旋入部與桿身上且包含複數螺牙,各螺牙具有面向該頭部的上牙面與面向該旋入部的下牙面。在該旋入部及/或該桿身的前段設有至少一錐形迫緊結構以界定至少一個由頭部朝旋入部方向逐漸收束外徑的區段。各錐形迫緊結構是由其中一螺牙之下牙面底緣沿著該桿身的縱向軸線方向延伸,使得該螺牙之下牙面具有一比螺牙高度大的下牙面高度。再者,在相鄰二螺牙之間的桿身上形成有環繞狀的抗拉平面,以提高該螺絲的抗拉拔強度。

Description

抗拉拔低阻螺絲
本發明關於一種螺絲,尤指一種抗拉拔的低阻木螺絲。
傳統木螺絲包含一桿身、一連接於該桿身之尖錐狀旋入部、以及一自該旋入部延伸至該桿身之螺紋。藉由螺紋旋入二工件內,使得該二工件可被螺絲連接在一起。為了因應不同的工件大小,單一種木螺絲將會具備多種尺寸。然而,當桿身具備較大的桿徑時,旋入部單靠螺紋的楔入效應(wedge effect) 要將所連接的粗大桿身帶入工件的過程中會產生相當大的旋入阻力,造成操作上費力且消耗大量電源。
為改善上述的問題,有一種如圖1所示的木螺絲100是在旋入部104上設有一切口106,利用切口106所形成的切削面破壞工件以輔助螺紋108咬入工件中。但該切口106只對一開始的鎖入過程有幫助,當切口106被殘屑填充後,該切口106對於較大桿徑的桿身102要進入工件中將沒有太大幫助。
另外,有一種如圖2所示的木螺絲200是在桿身202上設置切削單元206用以產生擴孔效果,讓螺絲200的桿身202能輕易被帶入工件中,但該切削單元206是由凸出桿身202的複數斜肋構成,會使得螺牙嵌入工件的深度變淺,造成螺紋208的抗拉拔強度降低。此外,在遭遇外部應力(例如強風地震)的情況下,若螺絲對於工件的咬合力不夠,則存在有被外力拉拔出的風險,因此,在各國建築法規上都要求應用於建築結構體的螺絲需要測試抗拉拔強度。但傳統木螺絲只有靠偏向頭部側之螺紋的上牙面對於外力方向產生的分力之合力來抵抗拉拔力,抗拉拔力不充足,再者,旋入部為尖錐狀,位在旋入部的螺牙的牙山高度明顯比桿身的螺牙高度淺,對於整體抗拉拔強度只貢獻一小部分。
台灣發明專利I583872揭示一種木螺絲釘,該木螺絲釘分別在螺紋的兩個螺牙之間具有朝螺絲尖端逐漸變細的截錐狀的螺紋間部段。當該木螺絲釘旋入木材基體中前進時,這些往螺絲尖端的方向上逐漸變細的截錐狀螺紋間部段會將木質材料作徑向的推擠和壓縮,從而增加錨定力。然而,這些截錐狀的螺紋間部段會造成螺牙的下牙面高度變淺(降低),反而使得螺牙咬入工件的牽引力不足,而造成旋入阻力上升,需要靠電動工具施予更大的輸出扭矩來克服。
緣此,本發明之主要目的在提供一種抗拉拔低阻螺絲,該螺絲可使螺牙的下牙面高度增加,以提高螺牙咬入工件的牽引力,進而讓螺絲的桿身能有效地被拉入工件中以降低旋入阻力。除外,在二螺牙之間的桿身上形成有環繞狀的抗拉平面,以提高該螺絲的抗拉拔強度。
本發明之抗拉拔低阻螺絲包括一桿身、一旋入部、一頭部、一螺紋及至少一錐形迫緊結構。該桿身界定一縱向軸線且具有在該縱向軸線分隔的前段與後段。該旋入部形成在該桿身的前段,該頭部形成在該桿身的後段。該螺紋係呈螺旋狀地設在該旋入部與該桿身上且包含複數螺牙,各螺牙具有一螺牙高度且具有面向該頭部的上牙面與面向該旋入部的下牙面。該至少一錐形迫緊結構設在該旋入部及/或該桿身前段以界定至少一個由該頭部朝該旋入部方向逐漸收束外徑的區段,該錐形迫緊結構是由其中一螺牙之下牙面底緣沿著在該縱向軸線方向延伸,使得該螺牙之下牙面具有一下牙面高度,該下牙面高度比未設置該錐形迫緊結構的螺牙之螺牙高度大。
在一實施例中,該旋入部與該桿身上的螺牙之間具有複數錐形迫緊結構,該複數錐形迫緊結構是呈螺旋狀地沿著該縱向軸線在連續的數個螺牙之下牙面延伸,各錐形迫緊結構上端具有一環狀的抗拉平面。
在一實施例中,二相鄰螺牙之間界定一螺距,該錐形迫緊結構在該縱向軸線方向上具有一軸向延伸長度,該軸向延伸長度為該螺距的20-150%。
在一實施例中,該錐形迫緊結構相對該縱向軸線的傾斜角度(半錐角)位10-30度之間。
在一實施例中,各錐形迫緊結構包含一個自該螺牙之下牙面底緣向該旋入部延伸的小徑段及一個自該螺牙之上牙面底緣向該頭部延伸的大徑段,且在相鄰二螺牙之間具有一個小徑段及一個連接於該小徑段之底端的大徑段,該大徑段的上端形成該環狀的抗拉平面。
在一實施例中,該桿身上之各螺牙的下牙面底緣分別設有一錐形迫緊結構以界定多個由該頭部朝該旋入部方向逐漸收束外徑,且在任相鄰二螺牙之間具有一環狀的抗拉平面。
關於本發明之其他目的、優點及特徵,將可由以下較佳實施例的詳細說明並參照所附圖式來了解。
現將僅為例子但非用以限制的具體實施例,並參照所附圖式就本發明之較佳結構內容說明如下:
圖3至圖6顯示依據本發明第一實施例的抗拉拔低阻螺絲10,該螺絲10包含一桿身12、一旋入部14、一頭部16及一螺紋18。該桿身12具有大致相同的桿徑,該桿身12界定一縱向軸線X且具有在該縱向軸線X分隔的前段20與後段22。該旋入部14係一體地連接在該桿身12的前段20,該旋入部14形成尖錐狀且具有一尖端23,該旋入部14在該縱向軸線X的方向上具有一長度L1。該頭部16形成在該桿身12的後段22。該螺紋18係呈螺旋狀地設在該旋入部14與桿身12上且由該旋入部14延伸到該桿身12的中間段或後段22。該螺紋18包含複數螺牙24,各螺牙24具有一螺牙高度H1,相鄰二螺牙24之間界定一螺距P,該旋入部長度L1一般是大於螺距P。各螺牙24具有面向頭部16的上牙面26與面向旋入部14的下牙面28。
本發明之螺絲10的特徵在於該旋入部14及/或桿身12上設有至少一錐形迫緊結構30以界定至少一個由頭部16朝旋入部14方向逐漸收束外徑(由旋入部14朝頭部16方向逐漸擴張外徑)的區段。在本實施例中,各錐形迫緊結構30是由其中一螺牙24之下牙面28底緣沿著在該縱向軸線X向兩側延伸,使得該螺牙24之下牙面28具有一下牙面高度(徑向凹陷深度)H2,該下牙面高度H2比未設置該錐形迫緊結構30的螺牙24之螺牙高度H1大。在本實施例中,在該旋入部14與桿身12的前段20的外周圍設有三個錐形迫緊結構30,各錐形迫緊結構30在該縱向軸線X的方向上具有一軸向延伸長度L2,該軸向延伸長度L2最好為該螺距P的20-150%,而能夠保持最佳的螺牙牽引力以及提高整體的抗拉強度。
該錐形迫緊結構30具有朝旋入部14逐漸縮小而朝頭部16逐漸擴張的外徑。在本實施例中,各錐形迫緊結構30包含一個自螺牙24之下牙面28底緣向旋入部14延伸的小徑段32及一個自螺牙24之上牙面26底緣向頭部16延伸的大徑段34,且在相鄰二螺牙24之間具有一個小徑段32及一個連接於該小徑段32之底端的大徑段34,該大徑段34的上端與該小徑段32的下端之交接面構成一環狀的抗拉平面36,使得在各錐形迫緊結構30的上端具有該環狀的抗拉平面36。再者,該錐形迫緊結構30的外周圍相對該縱向軸線X界定一個傾斜角度(即半錐度)θ,該傾斜角度會直接影響下牙面28的徑向凹陷深度以及抗拉平面36的擴張程度,進而影響螺牙24的牽引力與抗拉拔強度。在本實施例中,該錐形迫緊結構30相對該縱向軸線X的傾斜角度θ與該旋入部14相對該縱向軸線X的傾斜角度約相等。在可行的實施例中, 設在該旋入部14與桿身12上的各錐形迫緊結構30相對於該縱向軸線X可具有相同或不同的傾斜角度,且該傾斜角度θ位在10-30度的區間時能達到最佳的力學表現。
本發明的螺絲10在實施上(見圖7),係以旋入部14鎖入例如木板之工件38內。因螺牙24接觸到工件38時是由下牙面28切入工件38,因而,當螺絲10之旋入部14旋入工件38時,利用該旋入部14及/或桿身12的前段20上的螺牙24具有較大的下牙面高度,使該旋入部14與螺牙24旋入工件38的牽引力夠大,而能將所連接的桿身12有效地拉入工件38中。再者,由於在二相鄰螺牙24之間的桿身12上額外形成有環繞狀的抗拉平面36,所以當螺絲10鎖入工件38後,各錐形迫緊結構30的抗拉平面36將能增加螺絲的抗拉拔強度(如圖7中的箭頭所示)。
在本實施例中,設在旋入部14與桿身12上之數個錐形迫緊結構30的小徑段32是呈螺旋狀地沿著該縱向軸線在連續的數個螺牙24之下牙面28延伸,使得該螺絲10在旋入工件38的過程中,藉由螺牙24之間的錐形迫緊結構30之外徑朝旋入部14逐漸收束,可降低螺鎖過程中對於工件產生的徑向張力,達到進一步降低阻力且避免工件會因擠壓而產生龜裂。在可行的實施例中,該數個錐形迫緊結構可具有相同或不同的軸向延伸長度L2。此外,設在該旋入部14與該桿身12上的錐形迫緊結構30不限制為連續的螺旋錐形迫緊結構,例如可由數個不連續的錐形迫緊結構組成。
圖8顯示依據本發明第二實施例的螺絲10,在本實施例中,在該桿身12上之各螺牙24的下牙面28底緣分別設有一錐形迫緊結構30以界定多個由頭部16朝旋入部14方向逐漸收束外徑(由旋入部14朝頭部16方向逐漸擴張外徑)的區段,且在任相鄰二螺牙24之間具有一大徑段34,使得形成在桿身12上的抗拉平面36增加。
圖9顯示依據本發明第三實施例的螺絲10,在本實施例中,該螺絲10更包含複數斜向凸肋40,凸肋40設在桿身12的外周圍且位在二相鄰螺牙24之間用以提高排屑功能,使得桿身12可更輕易地鎖入工件內,同時靠錐形迫緊結構30的設置能提高整體緊固力。
圖10顯示本發明的螺絲10鎖入一建築結構體42後,除了藉由偏向頭部16側之螺牙24的上牙面26對於外力方向產生的分力之合力來抵抗拉拔力外,並可利用位在旋入部14的螺牙24的下牙面高度比桿身12的螺牙高度深以及形成在桿身12上的抗拉平面36,有效提高螺絲10的整體抗拉拔強度。
在以上的實施例中,本發明的螺絲10是包含單一螺紋18,然而,在可行的實施例中,本發明的螺絲10可包含一條以上的多線螺紋,例如具有高牙與低牙的雙螺紋。當本發明的螺絲10應用於具備多線螺紋的實施例時,可在單一螺紋的螺牙下牙面設有本發明的錐形迫緊結構30,也可分別在多線螺紋的螺牙下牙面設有本發明的錐形迫緊結構30,以達成提高螺牙咬入工件的牽引力且提高該螺絲10的抗拉拔強度。

  1. 一種抗拉拔低阻螺絲,包括:一桿身,其界定一縱向軸線且具有在該縱向軸線分隔的前段與後段;一旋入部,其形成在該桿身的前段;一頭部,其形成在該桿身的後段;一螺紋,其係呈螺旋狀地設在該旋入部與該桿身上且包含複數螺牙,各螺牙具有一螺牙高度且具有面向該頭部的上牙面與面向該旋入部的下牙面;及至少一錐形迫緊結構,其設在該旋入部及/或該桿身以界定至少一個由該頭部朝該旋入部方向逐漸收束外徑的區段,該錐形迫緊結構是由其中一螺牙之下牙面底緣沿著在該縱向軸線方向延伸,使得該螺牙之下牙面具有一下牙面高度,該下牙面高度比未設置該錐形迫緊結構的螺牙之螺牙高度大,其中該錐形迫緊結構上端具有環狀的抗拉平面。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項之抗拉拔低阻螺絲,其中該旋入部與該桿身上具有複數錐形迫緊結構,該複數錐形迫緊結構是呈螺旋狀地沿著該縱向軸線在連續的數個螺牙之下牙面延伸,各錐形迫緊結構上端具有環狀的抗拉平面。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項之抗拉拔低阻螺絲,其中二相鄰螺牙之間界定一螺距,該錐形迫緊結構在該縱向軸線方向上具有一軸向延伸長度,該軸向延伸長度為該螺距的20-150%。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第2項之抗拉拔低阻螺絲,其中該錐形迫緊結構相對該縱向軸線X的傾斜角度在10-30度之間。
  5. 依據申請專利範圍第2項之抗拉拔低阻螺絲,其中各錐形迫緊結構包含一個自該螺牙之下牙面底緣向該旋入部延伸的小徑段及一個自該螺牙之 上牙面底緣向該頭部延伸的大徑段,且在相鄰二螺牙之間具有一個小徑段及一個連接於該小徑段之底端的大徑段。
  6. 依據申請專利範圍第1項之抗拉拔低阻螺絲,其中該桿身上之各螺牙的下牙面底緣分別設有一錐形迫緊結構以界定多個由該頭部朝該旋入部方向逐漸收束外徑,且在任相鄰二螺牙之間具有環狀的抗拉平面。
