Abstract

本發明刀把結構,包含一刀桿、一轉接桿及一螺帽,其中所述之刀桿,其前端設為一內錐孔,得與轉接桿連接,所述之轉接桿,其一端設有一錐桿,所述錐桿之端面設有一內螺孔,可供拉桿螺栓鎖緊,所述之轉接桿另端設有另一內螺孔,該轉接桿之緊鄰著錐桿設有一橫向貫穿之定位孔,所述之定位兩端係設為圓柱孔,兩端之圓柱孔之間設為頸縮孔,形成一具有圓弧形狀之頸縮孔,該兩端圓柱孔之間所設之頸縮孔亦得設為圓柱孔狀之定位圓柱孔,所述之螺帽,其一端設有內螺孔,另端設有貫穿之軸孔,所述之軸孔設有一橫向貫穿之沉頭孔及一內螺孔,所述之沉頭孔及內螺孔之間具有一微小高度落差之偏心。
本發明之刀把,其使用轉接桿可更換鎖固不同尺寸之刀頭,且所述之轉接桿之長度亦可改變。

Description

刀把結構
本發明係為一種刀把之夾持結構改良,尤指一種改良刀把夾持刀具尺寸之侷限,具有鎖固剛性高且同一刀桿可以更換不同尺寸刀頭之刀把結構。
一般習用具有彈性筒夾之刀把,如第10、11圖所示為ER直柄彈性筒夾刀把,主要係使用於加工機之動力刀塔或是裝置於加工機之主軸上使用,所述之刀把8主要包含一刀桿81,該刀桿81前端設有一夾持結構,該夾持結構包含該刀桿81前端內錐孔811,其內容至一彈性筒夾82,該彈性筒夾82內可供一直柄之刀具6(諸如銑刀、鑽頭、攻牙刀…等)容置入,再由一螺帽83鎖固,利用螺帽83迫使彈性筒夾82收縮夾持刀具6,藉以快速裝、拆刀具6之功能;請參閱第11圖,例如ER16彈性筒夾而言,其可夾持刀具的刀桿直徑尺寸範圍為1~10mm,每種規格之彈性筒夾82可以夾持的收縮範圍有限,可夾持刀桿尺寸受彈性筒夾限制,且此筒夾構造最大夾持尺寸只能到10mm,因此單一之彈性筒夾82之適用範圍有限,面對加工型態愈趨複雜及多樣化的加工環境,使用者必須採購較多尺寸的彈性筒夾82以便能應付日新月異,多樣化的產品加工。
習知具有彈性筒夾之刀把,其前端之夾頭結構設計主要係彈 性筒夾為主要之夾持機構,搭配螺帽鎖固刀具之刀桿,然而每種規格之彈性筒夾82可以夾持的收縮範圍僅有限,使用者必須採購較多尺寸的彈性筒夾82,徒增加工成本。
本發明刀把結構,包含一刀桿、一轉接桿及一螺帽,其中所述之刀桿設有一貫穿之通孔,該通孔前端設為一內錐孔,該刀桿之一端設有外螺紋,所述之轉接桿,其一端設有一錐桿,該錐桿與刀桿之內錐孔對應,所述之錐桿之端面設有一內螺孔,可供拉桿螺栓鎖緊,所述之轉接桿另端設有另一內螺孔,該轉接桿之緊鄰著錐桿設有一橫向貫穿之定位孔,所述之定位兩端係設為圓柱孔,兩端圓柱孔之間得設為頸縮孔,其兩端尺寸連接圓柱孔,形成一具有圓弧形狀之頸縮孔,該兩端圓柱孔之間所設之頸縮孔亦得設為圓柱孔狀之定位圓柱孔,所述之螺帽,其一端設有內螺孔,另端設有貫穿之軸孔,所述之軸孔設有一橫向貫穿之沉頭孔及一內螺孔,所述之沉頭孔及內螺孔之間具有一微小高度落差之偏心e,該偏心e距離為0.05~0.1mm之間。
本發明之刀把,使用ER16彈性筒夾規格之10mm刀桿,轉接桿可更換鎖固刀頭尺寸D之最大刀徑為16mm,因此可應用的刀頭尺寸D範圍因此增加了60%或者定位孔兩端圓柱孔之間改設為圓柱狀之定位圓柱孔,且與螺栓採緊密配合,提升剛性,可使用之刀頭尺寸D之最大刀徑可提升至30mm,提升3倍,除此之外,所述之轉接桿之長度亦可改變,可增加加工之應用範圍,加工更加彈性。

請參閱第1、2圖所示,本發明刀把結構,包含一刀桿10、轉接桿20及一螺帽30,其中:
刀桿10,如一般市售之直柄刀桿或是錐柄刀桿,設有一貫穿之通孔11,該通孔11前端設為一內錐孔12,該刀桿10之一端設有外螺紋13;轉接桿20,其一端設有一錐桿21,該錐桿21與刀桿10之內錐孔12對應,所述之錐桿21之端面設有一內螺孔211,可供拉桿螺栓7鎖緊,所述之轉接桿20另端設有另一內螺孔22,可供一銑刀或是鑽頭等刀具之刀頭50鎖固(如第5圖所示),該轉接桿20之緊鄰著錐桿21設有一橫向貫穿之定位孔23,該定位孔23之兩端係設為圓柱孔231,所述之圓柱孔231直徑約大 於螺栓40之軸徑20%,使得該螺栓40容置入時具有較大之活動空間,兩端之圓柱孔231之間設為頸縮孔232,所述之頸縮孔232其中段之縮孔尺寸為最小,縮孔直徑約大於螺絲40之軸徑0.1mm以下,而兩端尺寸為最大,且兩端尺寸連接圓柱孔231,形成一具有圓弧形狀之頸縮孔232。
螺帽30,其一端設有內螺孔31,另端設有貫穿之軸孔32,所述之軸孔32設有一橫向貫穿之沉頭孔33及一內螺孔34,所述之沉頭孔33及內螺孔34之間具有一微小高度落差之偏心e,所述之偏心e距離依據本實施例約是0.05~0.1mm之間,而且所述之內螺孔34之高度位置高於沉頭孔33之高度位置。
請參閱第1圖所示,本發明之螺帽30得以六角螺帽使用之外,亦得以搭配不同結構形狀之螺帽30使用,如第3圖所示,該螺帽30外週緣環設有數個槽孔35,搭配扳手36旋緊或鬆卸螺帽30,此外該螺帽30所設之沉頭孔33及內螺孔34得設為一組以上且環狀分布於螺帽30之外週緣上,以本實施例係得以設置三組,可供使用者於不同之角度使用。
請參閱第2、4圖所示,本發明之轉接桿20套置入所述之螺帽30內,且使定位孔23與螺帽30之沉頭孔33及內螺孔34對應,由螺栓40鎖入,由於螺帽30之沉頭孔33及內螺孔34之間具有一微小高度落差之偏心e,依據本實施例偏心e距離約是0.05~0.1mm之間,也就是所述之內螺孔34之高度位置高於沉頭孔33之高度位置,一旦螺栓40逐漸鎖入位置較高之內螺孔34時,該螺栓40則會以內螺孔34為支點產生往上(暨順時針方向微量偏轉)偏轉之趨勢,並使得所述之螺栓40逐漸朝上推頂轉接桿20之頸縮孔232,頸縮孔232之縮孔形狀係呈圓弧形,故所述之螺栓40係單點與頸縮孔232接觸,並 推頂該轉接桿20朝上移動,並將所述之螺帽30鎖入刀桿10之外螺紋13,藉由刀桿10之內錐孔12朝上推頂所述之轉接桿20與刀桿10結合,據此,所述之轉接桿20受到螺栓40之推頂亦受到螺帽30之朝上推頂鎖固,達到雙重鎖固之功效。
請參閱第5圖所示,本案改變了刀把之結構型態,所述之轉接桿20得與不同尺寸之刀頭50連接鎖固,依據本實施例,使用裝設ER16彈性筒夾規格之刀桿10,其可鎖固連接刀頭尺寸ψD之最大刀徑尺寸範圍為16mm,可應用的刀頭尺寸ψD範圍因此增加了60%,除此之外,如第6圖所示,所述之轉接桿20之長度亦可改變,可增加加工之應用範圍。
前述本案與ER16刀桿彈性筒夾規格之刀桿10,其可鎖固連接刀頭尺寸ψD之最大刀徑尺寸範圍為16mm,主要是該轉接桿20與螺帽30鎖固之剛性,如欲增加ψD之最大刀徑尺寸範圍,則可提高轉接桿20與螺帽30鎖固之剛性,請參閱第7圖所示,該轉接桿20緊鄰著錐桿21所設橫向貫穿之定位孔23,其兩端設為直徑略大於螺栓40直徑ψd1之圓柱孔231,圓柱孔231之間設為孔徑ψd2較小之定位圓柱孔233,有別於前述之頸縮孔232,所述之定位圓柱孔233之孔徑ψd2約大於螺栓40之直徑ψd1,孔徑之公差範圍約在0至0.05mm之間,使得該螺栓40與定位圓柱孔233係為緊配合之接觸,該定位圓柱孔233與該螺栓40將會是緊密地配合。
請參閱第8圖所示,該螺栓40螺入螺帽30偏心設置之內螺孔34時,該螺栓40將會在定位圓柱孔233處推頂該轉接桿20朝上,使得所述之轉接桿20與刀桿10之內錐孔12更緊密地配合在一起,而且該定位圓柱孔233與螺栓40接觸之面積更大,如第7圖所示,該定位圓柱孔233之長度L就是與 螺栓40之接觸長度,接觸長度L越長且為緊密配合,因此轉接桿20與刀桿10之內錐孔12鎖緊之剛性就會提昇,這將會相對地提昇刀具之切削剛性,進而可以增加刀頭尺寸ψD之最大刀徑尺寸,根據實際地切削實驗,使用裝設ER16彈性筒夾規格(10mm)之刀桿10,其可鎖固連接刀頭尺寸ψD之最大刀徑尺寸範圍可提昇至30mm,可應用的刀頭尺寸ψD範圍因此增加了3倍。
請參閱第9圖所示,本發明可搭配不同形式之螺帽30以扳手36鎖緊或鬆卸不同加工功能系列之刀頭50,得以組合出更多之應用例,深具實用性。
綜上所述,本發明刀把結構改變傳統使用彈性筒夾夾持刀具之技術,使用一轉接桿與螺帽內部徑向鎖固之螺栓結構,達到鎖固剛性佳以及所述之轉接桿可以變更不同尺寸之刀頭鎖固,提升從增加1.6倍至3倍範圍之刀頭鎖固使用,對使用者而言更快速適應不斷改變的工件加工條件及環境,使刀具切削範圍提升,深具產業利用性、實用性及進步性之功效。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種刀把結構,其包含:一刀桿,設有一貫穿之通孔,該通孔前端設為一內錐孔,該刀桿之一端設有外螺紋;一轉接桿,其一端設有一錐桿,該錐桿與該刀桿之內錐孔對應,所述錐桿之端面設有一內螺孔,可供拉桿螺栓鎖緊,所述之轉接桿另端設有另一內螺孔,該轉接桿緊鄰著該錐桿設有一橫向貫穿之定位孔,所述之定位兩端係設為圓柱孔,兩端之圓柱孔之間設為頸縮孔,其兩端尺寸連接該圓柱孔,形成一具有圓弧形狀之頸縮孔;一螺帽,其一端設有內螺孔,另端設有貫穿之軸孔,所述之軸孔設有一橫向貫穿之沉頭孔及一內螺孔,所述之沉頭孔及內螺孔之間具有一微小高度落差之偏心。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之刀把結構,其中該轉接桿之定位孔兩端所設之圓柱孔直徑約大於螺栓之軸徑20%。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之刀把結構,其中該頸縮孔之中段位置之縮孔直徑約大於螺絲之軸徑0.1mm以下。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之刀把結構,其中該定位孔其兩端設為直徑略大於螺栓直徑之圓柱孔,該圓柱孔之間設為孔徑較小之定位圓柱孔。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之刀把結構,其中該沉頭孔及內螺孔之間偏心距離為0.05~0.1mm之間,所述之內螺孔之高度位置高於該沉頭孔之高度位置。
