Abstract

一種電連接器組件,包括:絕緣本體,其設置有收容腔,複數導電端子收容於前述收容腔;排線組件,係組裝固定於絕緣本體後側,前述導電端子尾部自其後側暴露,其後端外側開設鉚合槽;加強件,係組裝於前述排線組件內之靠近鉚合槽處,以加強前述鉚合槽周邊區域強度;金屬殼體,其包覆於前述絕緣本體及排線組件的外周,其後端邊緣處延伸形成鉚合腳,前述鉚合腳鉚合於前述後蓋的鉚合槽內。

Description

電連接器組件
本發明公開一種電連接器組件,尤其涉及一種金屬殼體採用鉚合方式與絕緣本體結合的電連接器組件。
先前的電連接器的金屬殼體採用多種形式與絕緣本體固定結合,而鉚合方式為常用結合方式,如中國大陸第CN201029144Y號專利揭露的電連接器,其包括金屬殼體2、收容於金屬殼體2內的絕緣本體3,所述金屬殼體2分為上殼體20和下殼體21,上殼體20設有兩卡持片2001,絕緣本體3設有開槽303,所述卡持片2001可卡持於開槽303中。這種連接器的金屬殼體2的卡持片2001在鉚合入開槽303內時,因卡持片2001多為鐵件設計,故強度與硬度較絕緣本體3強了許多,所以在鉚合時,卡持片與絕緣本體硬干涉的過程中.凹槽303可能存在被刮傷,壓傷甚至毀損破壞的可能,此現象將會增加卡持片固持失效的風險。
鑒於上述缺陷,實有必要對先前技術進行改進以克服上述缺陷。
本發明所欲解決之技術問題在於:提供一種可降低金屬殼體與絕緣本體鉚合失效的電連接器組件。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明之技術手段係:一種電連接器組件,包括:絕緣本體,其設置有收容腔,複數導電端子收容於前述收容腔; 排線組件,係組裝固定於絕緣本體後側,前述導電端子尾部自其後側暴露,其後端外側開設鉚合槽;加強件,係組裝於前述排線組件內之靠近鉚合槽處,以加強前述鉚合槽周邊區域強度;金屬殼體,其包覆於前述絕緣本體及排線組件的外周,其後端邊緣處延伸形成鉚合腳,前述鉚合腳鉚合於前述後蓋的鉚合槽內。
與先前技術相比,本發明電連接器組件的加強件可增強鉚合槽周邊區域的強度進而避免其周邊區域磨損,降低鉚合失效的概率。

請參照第一圖至第四圖,本發明電連接器組件100的較佳實施方式包括絕緣本體10、容置於絕緣本體10內的導電端子20和卡持件30、組裝固定於絕緣本體10後端的用於固定導電端子20尾部的排線組件,及包覆絕緣本體10及排線組件周側的金屬殼體60。前述排線組件包括組組裝固定於絕緣本體10後側的排線板40及覆蓋於排線板40後端的後蓋50。
請參照第三圖至第四圖,前述絕緣本體10設有貫穿前後兩端的用於收容導電端子20及卡持件30的收容腔101。前述收容腔101的後側凹設複數卡槽102。
請一併參照第三圖至第五圖,前述排線板40包括概呈矩形塊狀,其包括基板401、自前述基板401的前側向前凸伸延伸形成的凸部402及複數同 時貫穿前述基板401和凸部402的頂部開設的安裝槽403。前述排線板40的凸部402凸伸入前述絕緣本體10的收容腔101的後部,前述安裝槽403的間隔頂部對應***前述卡槽102內並定位其中。前述基板401的底端後間隔開設兩容置槽404。
請一併參照第三圖至第五圖,前述後蓋50概呈矩形塊狀且係絕緣材質製成,其包括本體501。前述本體501內部開設容置腔502,該容置腔502向下貫穿前述本體501的底側以形成底端開口5011,所述容置腔502向前延伸貫穿前述本體501的前側以形成前側開口5012。前述本體501還開設複數貫穿所述本體501後側並連通前述容置腔502的貫穿孔503。前述本體501的兩端後側分別間隔開設鉚合槽504。前述排線板40的基板401容置於前述容置腔502內,前述基板401的底端自前述容置腔502的底端開口5011暴露,前述基板401的容置槽404與相應前述本體501的底端的鉚合槽504重疊對應。前述本體501還開設貫穿所述本體501的後側並連通前述容置腔502的接地孔505。
請一併參照第二圖至第五圖,前述每一導電端子20包括收容於收容腔101後側的連接部22、自連接部22向前延伸用於與對接連接器電性連接的接觸部21、自連接部22向後延伸形成的用於安裝於前述排線板40的對應安裝槽內的安裝部23及自前述安裝部23向後延伸形成的且依次穿過對應安裝槽403及貫穿孔503並暴露於前述後蓋50後端的焊接部24。
請一併參照第三圖至第五圖,所述卡持件30包括兩卡持片31、連接於兩卡持片31相對應的兩端之間的加強件32及自前述加強件32的兩側分別向後延伸形成的接地引腳33。
請參照第五圖至第六圖,前述卡持件30在安裝時與前述排線板40一同注塑成型,前述加強件32於述排線板40的基板401內沿左右方向水平分佈,前述兩卡持片31分別穿過排線板40並暴露於排線板40的前端,前述接地引腳33穿過排線板40並暴露於其後端。前述排線板40組裝與前述絕緣本體10後端時,前述卡持件30的兩卡持片31收容於前述收容腔101。前述接地引腳33穿過所述後蓋50的本體501的接地孔505暴露於後蓋50的後側。
在其他實施方式中,前述加強件32還可以獨立於卡持件30的其他本領域技術人員可想到之固定方式,如鑲嵌、組裝等組裝固定於後蓋50或排線 板40,只需保證其固定位置位於前述鉚合槽504的周側以達到加強前述鉚合槽504的後側強度的目的。
請一併參照第一圖至第四圖,前述金屬殼體60包括包覆於絕緣本體10頂部的第一殼體61及包覆於絕緣本體10底部的第二殼體62。前述第一殼體61包括片狀主體部611及自前述主體部611的兩側分別向外延伸形成的法蘭部612。前述主體部611的前側邊緣處延伸形成兩鉚合腳613。前述主體部611左右兩側分別衝壓形成兩卡固腳614。前述絕緣本體10的頂面開設兩卡固槽103,前述兩卡固腳614對應置入並卡固於絕緣本體10的對應卡固槽103。前述鉚合腳613分別置入並卡固於後蓋50頂端的對應鉚合槽504。第二殼體62包括主體部621、自主體部621的兩側分別向外延伸形成的法蘭部622。前述主體部621的前側邊緣處延伸形成兩鉚合腳623,前述主體部621的左右兩側分別衝壓形成兩卡固腳624。前述絕緣本體10的底面開設兩卡固槽104,前述兩卡固腳624對應置入並卡固於絕緣本體10的對應的卡固槽104內。前述兩鉚合腳623分別置入並卡固於後蓋50底端的對應的鉚合槽504內。
請一併參照第二圖及第五圖,本發明電連接器組件100的卡持件30的加強件32以模內成型或者組裝的方式置入加強排線板40以與鉚合腳623進行扣合,增強排線板40的強度進而避免排線板40破損,降低鉚合失效的概率,且加強件32與鉚合腳623進行搭接,可達到共地的效果,加強遮罩效果。
綜上前述,本發明符合發明專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上前述者僅為本發明之較佳實施例,本發明之範圍並不以上述實施例為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器組件,包括:絕緣本體,其設置有收容腔,複數導電端子收容於前述收容腔;排線組件,係組裝固定於絕緣本體後側,前述導電端子尾部自其後側暴露,其後端外側開設鉚合槽;加強件,係組裝於前述排線組件內之靠近鉚合槽處,以加強前述鉚合槽周邊區域強度;金屬殼體,其包覆於前述絕緣本體及排線組件的外周,其後端邊緣處延伸形成鉚合腳,前述鉚合腳鉚合於前述後蓋的鉚合槽內。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電連接器組件,其中前述排線組包括排線板及與前述排線板組合的後蓋,前述排線板對應各導電端子開設複數安裝槽,前述後蓋對應各導電端子開設複數貫穿孔,前述複數導電端子的後端依次藉由對應安裝槽及貫穿孔暴露於後蓋之後側,前述排線板之後側開設容置槽,前述後蓋係組裝於前述排線板的後端且其對應排線板的前述容置槽開設鉚合槽,前述容置槽與前述相應鉚合槽重疊對應。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的電連接器組件,其中加強件組裝固定於排線板。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的電連接器組件,其中加強件組裝固定於後蓋。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的電連接器組件,其中加強件組裝或模內成型於排線板內。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電連接器組件,其中該加強件的於前述排線板的後端沿左右方向延伸分佈。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述的電連接器組件,其還包括卡持件,所述卡持件包括容置於絕緣本體收容腔內的兩卡持片及連接於卡持片之間的且以模內成型方式組裝於排線板內部的前述加強件,前述加強件的後側面貼近排線板的前述收容槽。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的電連接器組件,其中加強件為金屬材料製成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述的電連接器組件,其中卡持件的加強件的側面藉由收容槽暴露於收容槽內且與鉚合腳搭接。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的電連接器組件,其中卡持件還包括自加強件向後延伸形成的接地引腳,前述接地引腳自前述排線板後端穿過並藉由後蓋穿出。
