Abstract

一種礦質避震容器及其搭載結構,為提供以礦質材料所形成內膽之斷熱容器,內膽具有避震防護及其搭載組合之結構,在單端懸置的組合中,利用一具有彈性效應的阻滯元件,間接於礦質內膽所設環頸與外筒體所連結的上套口之間,藉阻滯元件的彈性應變,可吸收容器因被攜帶偶發外力所發生之震盪波,維護硬脆之礦質內膽結構安全,以及輔以一內襯筒,可追加斷熱能力及堅持礦質內膽穩定。

Description

礦質避震容器及其搭載結構
一種礦質避震容器及其搭載結構,為提供以礦質材料所形成內膽之斷熱容器,內膽具有避震防護及其搭載組合之結構。
在戶外活動的休閒中,對於食物或飲料的溫度保存,推出有多種保溫容器的設計,該保溫容器基礎上為斷熱效應,以維持食物或飲料溫度,早期設計在容器的外殼與內膽之間填置有具毛孔之阻熱泡棉,或低熱傳導的氣體,其中該內膽為金屬質或塑化材,無法對抗食物多種化學性如酸鹼或鹽份等,因此也有在金屬內膽內容表面塗佈有鐵氟龍,作為抗酸鹼的依據,但經刷洗該鐵氟龍塗佈層會磨損。
台灣專利第103212060號提供一種具有陶瓷內膽之保溫杯,該保溫杯的結構(如第1圖所示),主體在外圍設有一外瓶體81,內容空間設有一陶瓷內膽82,陶瓷內膽82上端緣為一上環口810,它與陶瓷內膽82的口緣820緊接組合,該組合方式為以套接後,因陶瓷易脆不便擠壓塑合,為了接縫密合而實施膠合及填補接合間隙,開口由一封蓋83所蓋封,陶瓷內膽82為單端組合,形成懸掛狀,若在陶瓷內膽82的底端因受衝擊外力而擺動時,則因陶瓷內膽82材質硬脆,於是在上環口810的部位易於斷開。
一種礦質避震容器及其搭載結構,為提供以礦質材料製成內膽之斷熱容器,內膽具有避震防護及其搭載組合之結構,在內膽為單端懸置的組合中,利用一具有彈性的阻滯元件,在就近支點一端,吸收礦質內膽的震盪波,以維護礦質內膽的安全為其主要目的。
本發明再一目的為外筒體上端連結有一肩接環,肩接環環體軸向以推扣方式,經阻滯元件套接礦質內膽所設的環頸,形成乾式強力卡接組合,避免使用其他無機膠合劑料,並藉該阻滯元件的彈性效益,會吸收礦質內膽的震波,以及對包覆的環頸作阻熱效果。
本發明第三目的為在礦質內膽外表與外筒體內表之間間隔出一間隔層,礦質內膽的外圍包圍有一向內反射熱輻射波的內反射層。
本發明第四目的為該外筒體的內容空間,同軸複設有一內襯筒,內襯筒內部可提供礦質內膽所軸向套入,內襯筒外圍與外筒體內表之間,製作出二重壁具可為真空製作的熱阻斷圍層。
本發明第五目的為該礦質內膽是由陶瓷材料所製成,內容表面塗佈一具有物理效應之釉結晶層。
本發明第六目的為外筒體與礦質內膽的組立依據為經由肩接環所橋接,肩接環設有砥壓口及內錐環以軸向前後推扣方式,束接在礦質內膽所設的環頸,肩接環下端扣接外筒體的縮口,外筒體與礦質內膽組合為一容器本體。
本發明第七目的為礦質內膽所設環頸,上端形成一表面平滑的唇口,唇口高出於砥壓口的高度,利用高出的尺度,提供安全就口,及易於清潔。

一種礦質避震容器及其搭載結構,為提供以礦質材料所形成內膽之斷熱容器,內膽具有避震防護及其搭載組合之結構,在懸臂系統中,力臂末端的受力會對支點位置形成一力矩,所產生的應力,會集結在力臂近支點位置,過載時懸臂即斷裂,本發明提供了礦質內膽在單端懸置的組合結構中,利用一具有彈性效應的阻滯元件,吸收礦質內膽懸接組合一端所集結的震波,維持懸置狀的礦質內膽結構安全。
在容器組立程序,為以乾式扣接組合,利用肩接環的環體機械強度,有力結合礦質內膽,相對可提供反向換裝及維修部件之利便。
進一步在外筒體內部設有一內襯筒,內襯筒所設內底盤可彈性支持礦質內膽的底盤,形成兩點一直線的支持關係,輔助吸收礦質內膽的縱向及 徑向震波,以及在內襯筒外表與外筒體內表之間,可包封形成一具有真空壓力的熱阻斷圍層,延長保溫時程。
礦質內膽所使用的材料為陶瓷,在其內表面塗佈有一釉結晶層,該釉結晶層具有物理能量,如遠紅外線波,會改善飲料或食材的分子結構,活化該分子,以及該礦質內膽若為透明材質,在其外圍可包圍有一層具有向礦質內膽內部反射熱輻射波的內反射層,防止熱消散的輻射現象,輔助保溫效果。
礦質內膽的唇口為突出,提供飲食就口,容易清潔處理。
有關本發明的詳細結構及組合工作方式,請參閱圖示說明如下:首先請先參閱第2、3圖所示,本發明之容器為具有縱向軸心之圓筒狀或圓塊狀,主要係由一以硬脆材料所製成單層狀的礦質內膽4,上端經一擴肩部43而縮設有一環頸44,環頸44上端形成一唇口41,唇口41外圍倒勾設有一倒扣角42,一環狀的肩接環2下端設有嵌套口25,上端為束套口26,束套口26外表設有螺牙21,嵌套口25內圓徑向環繞設有環扣槽23,腰身部位設有內錐環24,束套口26上端以向外斜縮設有砥壓口22,砥壓口22推扣在礦質內膽4上外端所設倒扣角42,內錐環24壓扣在擴肩部43的肩斜狀外表,在內錐環24內表與擴肩部43外表之間夾接有一具彈性阻滯元件3所延伸的緩衝錐環31,緩衝錐環31內外表面受到內錐環24內表與擴肩部43外表所止定摩擦及夾接,該夾接的力量是來自於肩接環2的環形機械結構力,藉由擴肩部43為具有斜面,對應倒扣角42被砥壓口22的推扣,使內錐環24內表能軸向束壓在擴肩部43的外圓表,經由純乾式機構性扣接組合操作,其中無需輔以無機膠劑,除了利便反向換裝維修利便之外,可避免有害物質汙染。
利用肩接環2的內錐環24與砥壓口22前後夾扣住礦質內膽4的環頸44外圓外表,其中更夾置阻滯元件3,阻滯元件3上段為一緩衝環圈32,它以包覆 方式包覆在環頸44外露的表面,對環頸44內容區間產生阻熱作用,緩衝錐環31另可吸收礦質內膽4的震盪波。
嵌套口25內圓徑向環設有一環扣槽23,環扣槽23為提供外筒體1所設縮口11外表環形突出之扣接環12所扣接,外筒體1與肩接環2扣接後,由肩接環2上端口位置定義為容器本體的上套口16,上套口16提供礦質內膽4的唇口41所套接,藉由肩接環2的橋接,支持著礦質內膽4可同軸懸置於外筒體1的內部,並藉由肩接環2上段束套口26所設的螺牙21,提供蓋體5內圓所設的內螺牙51所旋接,蓋體5上表凹入設有一內艙室53,內艙室53經由上搭蓋52蓋封,內艙室53可做為阻熱的空間,也可做為容納乾料的空間,如茶葉或咖啡粉。
在蓋體5內端面相對蓋合唇口41的環形位置,複設有一止密墊圈54,藉由該彈性變形,在蓋體5鎖蓋操作之後,可壓接唇口41的外表,形成氣密鎖壓。
外筒體1上端經一挑壓肩口15縮設縮口11,該縮設的尺度為讓過肩接環2的嵌套口25厚度,讓肩接環2與外筒體1組合後,至少肩接環2與挑壓肩口15外表為筆直對稱。
請再參閱第4、5圖所示,肩接環2上端提供蓋體5所鎖接,肩接環2所設內錐環24內表與礦質內膽4所設擴肩部43斜面外表之間,壓接阻滯元件3的緩衝錐環31,系統為共軸重疊的組合,藉由緩衝錐環31作為礦質內膽4的震盪波吸收。
在礦質內膽4的外表與外筒體1內表之間,間隔出一間隔層10,該間隔層10為一氣態空間,對礦質內膽4所散發出的熱質對外作阻隔,礦質內膽4受到肩接環2的橋接懸接在外筒體1軸向內部,肩接環2與礦質內膽4的擴肩部43之間,間接有一彈性的緩衝錐環31,肩接環2下端為一束套口26,束套口26 內圓設有環扣槽23提供外筒體1所設扣接環12所扣接,礦質內膽4的底盤45與外筒體1的底座14之間相同為間隔貫通間隔層10,因此結構間隔層10可對礦質內膽4外部作空間阻隔,避免外部氣流帶放礦質內膽4外表溫度,減少礦質內膽4內部熱平衡動作。
蓋體5所設的內艙室53也對礦質內膽4上端內容區間作熱阻隔,止密墊圈54被壓接在唇口41的上緣,可對礦質內膽4內容空間對外確實止密。
請再參閱第6圖所示,完成上述的結構組合中,外筒體1受瞬間衝擊時,礦質內膽4因質量慣性關係產生一懸臂偏擺一角度,該偏移即會形成一力矩作用,由唇口41一點為支點P,力矩作用向擴肩部43的部位,擴肩部43的外表經緩衝錐環31吸收該震波所產生的扭轉應力,基礎上產生對礦質內膽4整體的安全維護。
其中力矩的發生,為在倒扣角42環周,經中心線S與礦質內膽4偏擺方向相反的點位置,形成一支點P,以及阻滯元件3單體為具彈性變形能力,受力後會擠壓一變動位移空間,而讓出礦質內膽4偏擺需求活動空間。
當容器外表受到一外力的作用,礦質內膽4因具有質量而與外筒體1包含外筒體1所結合的肩接環2相對軸線之間,會產生向下偏擺角位變化,此際由倒扣角42及砥壓口22結合環線,並位在依擺動方向的相反方向之一點,發生一暫態支點P,在該支點P的位置,唇口41的倒扣角42會產生一作用力F1向砥壓口22的相對端點推壓,砥壓口22同時產生一對等反作用力F2,而形成支點P。
礦質內膽4的擴肩部43外表,通過中心線S相反支點P的對角位置表面,即因偏擺力矩作用而擠壓阻滯元件3所設緩衝錐環31,並由緩衝錐環31的彈性應變形成阻尼吸收該力矩,另依外力碰撞,該力矩常為突波,因此經由緩衝錐環31可瞬間吸收該扭矩所產生的應力,維護結構安全。
礦質內膽4為懸掛組合,且具有質量,尤其是內部滿載飲水時,為增加礦質內膽4的質量,當容器受外力衝擊,礦質內膽4的質量慣性會對組合結構中的環頸44產生一偏擺力矩,又其偏擺角的發生為依一支點P,以及擴肩部43外表通過中心線S相反支點P的對角位置表面,壓動緩衝錐環31、緩衝環圈32變形後讓出一空間距離,該距離的大小,即規範礦質內膽4偏擺角的大小,主要為藉由緩衝錐環31的彈性變形力,可吸收擴肩部43外表偏擺壓力,形成彈性阻尼作用,維護礦質內膽4尤其是擴肩部43部位的結構安全。
在偏擺過程中,若蓋體5為蓋封的情況下,蓋體5內部所設的止密墊圈54,同為彈性元件,與唇口41壓接的環狀表面,除了唇口41相處於支點P的點之外,環圈任一點,皆對唇口41因偏擺所連動的位移,作空間變動或位移能量的吸收,輔助吸收緩衝錐環31的工作能量,追加對礦質內膽4的結構安全維護。
請再參閱第7圖所示,本發明所使用的礦質內膽4取材為礦質,該礦質有陶瓷材料,該陶瓷材料在該礦質內膽4的內容表面,可塗佈有一釉結晶層40,該釉結晶層40讓礦質內膽4的內表更耐清洗,並讓表面光滑,不易沾黏茶垢或油漬,另在該釉結晶層40之中可實施有物理能量的物質(圖上未示)所發生能量如遠紅外線波,它會激化水分子更為活耀,改善食物口味,或細化水分子的團聚。
若礦質內膽4為玻璃具折射的現象,在礦質內膽4的外圍,維護有一內反射層400,該內反射層400的作用為將由礦質內膽4內部所發射出來的熱輻射波作反射,反射回礦質內膽4的內部,可輔助延長保溫的效果,該內反射層400可直接施部在礦質內膽4的外表如蒸鍍水銀,或在間隔層10的空間內,以圍構方式環繞實施在礦質內膽4的外表,如包覆鋁箔紙或任何具金屬亮面能反射之紙張。
請再參閱第8圖所示,本發明的外筒體1在其內容空間,同軸複設有一內襯筒13,內襯筒13下盤為內底盤130,它與外筒體1的底座14對隔,貫通出一二重壁的熱阻斷圍層100,該熱阻斷圍層100可製作成真空狀,其真空壓力為低於10torr以下,或是在熱阻斷圍層100的空間,充填低導熱性的氣體,內襯筒13與外筒體1兩者為薄狀金屬材料製成,其結構機械強度為可耐壓,可容許真空壓力的壓縮,其結合的方式為內襯筒13的上端口外表,結合在外筒體1上端的縮口11內表,內襯筒13上端外圓與縮口11內圓之間為密接關係,以包封出一圈圍狀的熱阻斷圍層100的空間。
請再參閱第9、10圖所示,外筒體1與內襯筒13分別下方設有內底盤130與底座14,在內底盤130內底設有一具彈性之定位碟片6,底座14外表組合有一具止滑效應之上滑墊7,外筒體1與內襯筒13之間結合出熱阻斷圍層100,礦質內膽4上端所設擴肩部43與肩接環2所設內錐環24內圓之間,經由阻滯元件3所設緩衝錐環31所墊置,且肩接環2所設的砥壓口22為抵扣在環頸44的唇口41,藉由肩接環2的環形機械力量,使內錐環24內表面可壓扣在擴肩部43的外表面,束接礦質內膽4的環頸44,維持礦質內膽4軸心與外筒體1軸心重疊,外筒體1的內容空間,軸向套置內襯筒13,內襯筒13的內底盤130內底墊置有一具彈性的定位碟片6,定位碟片6環邊為環圍61可包覆底盤45的外圓角端46,藉由定位碟片6可軸向吸收礦質內膽4的軸向震盪波,以及環圍61可吸收底盤45徑向的震盪波,使用時藉由上滑墊7可在置放的桌面作止滑,或吸收置放容器時的碰撞聲音。
本發明在礦質內膽4上端設有具斜面的擴肩部43,以及唇口41外圍設有倒扣角42,提供肩接環2所設的砥壓口22及內錐環24前後軸向扣接,藉由肩接環2的環形機械力量,以對礦質內膽4的環頸44作緊實的束接組合,其間墊置有阻滯元件3,阻滯元件3可吸收擴肩部43因擺動的扭力或震盪波,並且藉 由阻滯元件3的緩衝環圈32包覆環頸44外表,可作阻熱效果,肩接環2下部所設嵌套口25為結合外筒體1的上端,以及外筒體1內部可複設有一內襯筒13,讓相對空間形成一熱阻斷圍層100,並且由內襯筒13底部內底盤130間接有一定位碟片6吸收礦質內膽4縱向或徑向震盪波,更完全維護礦質內膽4的結構安全,及增加斷裂效能,利用阻滯元件3作為震盪波的吸收,維護礦質內膽4的結構安全,並輔以定位碟片6的維護,讓保溫容器所設的礦質內膽受到為整保護,為一創新的設計,懇請 貴審查官明鑑,並早日賜予專利為禱。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種礦質避震容器之搭載結構,為提供以礦質材料所形成內膽之斷熱容器,搭載礦質內膽可得避震之結構,以乾式扣接組立操作,達成容器組合,包含有:一以金屬具耐壓強度所製成的圓筒型外筒體,軸向上端設有一縮口;一圓環形肩接環,下部設有一嵌套口與上述縮口軸向結合,上端設有一束套口,其外表設有一螺牙,外端向內斜縮設有一砥壓口,內環腰際位置,設有一內錐環;一礦質內膽,上端經一擴肩部縮設有一環頸,環頸外端形成一外翻之唇口,唇口外圍設有一倒扣角,倒扣角提供上述砥壓口所推扣,擴肩部外表面提供上述內錐環所抵扣;一環形彈性阻滯元件,設有一緩衝錐環,緩衝錐環被環狀壓接於擴肩部外表與內錐環內表之間;一蓋體,內圓設有一內螺牙,與上述肩接環所設螺牙旋接。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中阻滯元件設有緩衝錐環,緩衝錐環上端連接有一緩衝環圈,緩衝環圈包覆在上述環頸的外圓表。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中肩接環所設嵌套口內圓設有一環扣槽,與上述縮口外圓所設扣接環扣接。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中在礦質內膽包含底盤的外表,與外筒體包含底座的內表之間,形成一間隔層。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中礦質內膽為玻璃材料所製成,在礦質內膽身部包含底盤外表,包圍有一向礦質內膽內部反射之熱輻射反射層。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中在外筒體內容空間,軸向複設有一內部可供礦質內膽套置,設有內底盤之內襯筒,上端口與外筒體所設縮口為密接,包含內底盤的外表與外筒體包含底座的內表之間,對隔出有一二重壁之真空熱阻斷圍層。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中內襯筒的內底盤內底,墊置有一具彈性之定位碟片,定位碟片支持連結礦質內膽所設底盤。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之礦質避震容器之搭載結構,其中唇口的外端,為突出高出於砥壓口的上端。
