Abstract

Description

用於管路圍阻系統的接頭
本發明乃是關於一種接頭,特別是一種用於管路圍阻系統的接頭。
通常,對於關於管路系統以及特別用於二次管路圍阻系統的接頭來說,目前,彈性管路,如:波紋不鏽鋼管路,被利用於多個需要一次和二次圍阻的應用上。不同的管路系統,不論是鄉鎮或市州,彈性管路的二次圍阻系統需要特定之機械上的規範和內容。與本領域中,管路圍阻系統的角色是適用於處理或防範管路的溢漏。參考文獻之美國專利7,857,358號所揭露的內容便是一個例子。
本發明之實施例提供了一種用於金屬管路的接頭,包括了:轉接器、本體、金屬密封構件、螺母、套筒鎖環以及至少一個緊固件。轉接器具有一縱向通道,且縱向通道具有一縱向軸以利流體流動。本體承接管路,且設置於與轉接器相反的位置並沿著縱向軸排列。金屬密封構件設置於轉接器與本體之間。螺母設置於與本體相反的位置。套筒鎖環徑向地設置於部分螺母之內側,且與管路之外部套筒產生一機械聯結。至少一個緊固件連結螺母、本體以及轉接器。
本發明之實施例另外提供了一種接頭-管路組件,包括了:金屬管路、外部套筒以及接頭。金屬管路具有複數個峰和谷。接頭牢固於管路,並且,接頭包括了:轉接器、本體、金屬密封構件、 螺母、套筒鎖環以及至少一個緊固件。轉接器具有一縱向通道,且縱向通道具有一縱向軸以利流體流動。本體承接管路,且設置於與轉接器相反的位置並沿著縱向軸排列。金屬密封構件設置於轉接器與本體之間,且設置於金屬管路之一谷。螺設置於與本體相反的位置。套筒鎖環徑向地設置於部分螺母的內側,並與管路之外部套筒產生一機械聯結。至少一個緊固件連結螺母、本體以及轉接器。

圖1為根據本發明例示性實施例所繪示之接頭與於關閉狀態的管路的截面圖。接頭包括有轉接器1、本體2和螺母3。轉接器1、 本體2和螺母3均位於沿著中央縱向軸C形成的通道內。藉由壓縮密封構件7之密封表面與轉接器1之轉接器密封表面之間的一部份管路10,於管路10形成一流體緊固密封。以下將進行更詳細地描述。
轉接器1具有沿著縱向軸C形成的縱向通道,以利流體流動。轉接器1通常呈圓柱狀,並且包括一環狀的轉接器密封表面20,轉接器密封表面20位於轉接器內側部分,並徑向地設置於中央縱向軸C的之外。轉接器密封表面20呈圓形,並與管路10接觸。環狀套筒22徑向地形成於轉接器密封表面20的外側。環狀套筒22承接本體2的一肋28。環狀凹槽24徑向地形成於轉接器中且位於環狀套筒22的外側。環狀凹槽24承接本體2之外側肩部32。
密封構件7呈環狀並具有一面朝轉接器密封表面20的密封表面21。密封表面21可為平面,或為截頭圓錐形(frusto-conical)。密封構件7可以是開口環套圈(split ring washer)、筒夾或是其他元件。
本體2通常是圓柱形,並包括有一個環狀的內側肩部26,內側肩部26具有與中央縱向軸C垂直的表面。內側肩部26和密封構件7的一側接合。環狀肋28徑向地形成於內側肩部26的外側,並平行於中央縱向軸C。環狀肋28徑向地位於密封構件7的外側。環狀肋28包括有一槽30,槽30徑向地位於環狀肋28的外側表面。環狀的槽30承接一密封物,如:O型環,以於本體2和轉接器1之間形成緊固的流體密封。外側肩部32系承接於環狀凹槽24內。
本體2包括有一開孔34,開孔34延伸穿過本體2之一壁以使得流體可以流通於本體2之內部。開孔34係提供由管10漏逸出的液體一個出口,或是當作感測器監測漏逸液體的一個埠口。本體也包括有一環型槽36,環型槽36徑向地形成於本體2的外側面,與螺母3的環形指38相鄰並列。
螺母3通常是圓柱狀並包括有環形指38,環形指38徑向地位於套筒鎖環4的外側。套筒鎖環4位於本體2的後端,並與管路10的外部套筒11接合。套筒鎖環4係被承接於本體2後端的環狀凹槽內, 並於該處,外部套筒11係***接頭。當組裝完全時,螺母3的環形指38軸向地滑動過套筒鎖環4,並藉此徑向地壓縮套筒鎖環4。環形指38的末端厚度增厚,以助於驅使套筒鎖環4進入外部套筒11。套筒鎖環4包括有內部倒鉤以接合外部套筒11。

如圖2所示,緊固件5(如:帽螺釘)滑動過螺母中的開口50和本體中的開口52,並且接合於轉接器1內的螺紋54。可以被理解到,螺紋是形成於螺母3上,而非形成於轉接器1上。當緊固件5緊縮,螺母3、本體2和轉接器1均被一起壓縮。本體2的肩部26與密封構件7和轉接器1互動以壓縮轉接器1、本體2和密封構件7之間波紋狀的管路,形成流體緊固密封。轉接器密封表面20係覆蓋有密封構件7之密封表面20,且平面的密封表面21可以減少形成流體緊固密封所需要的負荷。
圖3所示為管路的端視圖,包括了管路10、內部套筒12和外部套筒11。管路10為波紋狀的不鏽鋼。內部套筒12是以EFEP塑料所製造,舉例而言,係位於彈性管路10上。內部套筒12的是示範材料係為氟聚合物,如:Daikin America公司出產的型號RP-5000。這種材料天生便具有極小的滲透性,因此可用以作為二次圍阻的材料,使得流體(如:氣體或液體)流到外部套筒11的末端,以如美國專利7,857,358號所述排出。外部套筒11環繞內部套筒12。外部套筒11的是示範材料係為尼龍(Nylon),如:Degussa公司出產的型號Vestamid X7297。外部套筒11的內徑內容納有彼此間有一定距離 的多個肋60。肋60成縱向,且呈長度同於外部套筒11。圖3所示的肋60的截面積呈三角形,但本發明並不以此為限。於一實施例中,經由管路10所傳送的流體可為瓦斯或石油。當管路10發生漏溢時,流體會沿著多個肋之間的空間流動到本體2的開口排出。如美國專利7,004,510所述,感測器連結於本體的開孔34以偵測流體的漏溢以及發生此類事件的訊號。
圖4所示的是開啟或未組裝的接頭。管路10包括有複數個峰和谷。管路10從一谷被切開,並移除該處的內部套筒12和外部套筒11,使管路10的約4個峰和谷露出。螺母3和本體2置於外部套筒11上以使得管路10延伸超過本體2。密封構件7位於管路10遠端的第一谷,且轉接器1被置於管路10之端部上。當緊固件5緊縮時,本體2、螺母3和轉接器1均軸向地沿著中央縱向軸C被壓縮。管路10的峰被壓縮於轉接器密封表面20和密封構件7之密封表面21之間,如此一來壓縮了轉接器密封表面20和密封構件7之密封表面21之間雙層的管路10,以形成流體緊固密封。同時,當螺母被驅動入本體2,環形指38驅使套筒鎖環4進入外部套筒11。如此一來,便在接頭和管路之間提供了一個機械聯結,以控制接頭於壓力下的軸向延伸。並且,滑動環6施加軸向壓力於彈性密封件9,藉此徑向地壓縮彈性密封件9,以於外部套筒11上形成二次圍阻。
前述之接頭和管路利用自體通氣(self-venting)的特點和套筒鎖提供了雙重的密封。藉由套筒鎖4和螺母3,接頭使外部套筒11成為連結的結構元件,也就是說,接頭於壓力下的軸向延伸便可受控制消除。
本發明所揭露的接頭其一優點為,該接頭可重複使用。請參照圖4,緊固件5可由螺母3、本體2和轉接器1被移除,以使得接頭可以從管路10被移除。被移除的接頭可以重複使用並且其圍阻的能力並不會損失。
管路圍阻系統可以應用於許多地方,例如:直接的地下掩埋、 地上的戶外使用、高壓下為了安全用於室內和/或其他用於石化管線的二次圍阻和感測系統。

Claims (13)

  1. 一種用於金屬管路的接頭,該接頭包括:一轉接器,該轉接器具有一縱向通道,該縱向通道具有一縱向軸以利流體流動;一本體,以承接該金屬管路,該本體設置於與該轉接器相反的位置並且沿著該縱向軸排列;一金屬密封構件,設置於該轉接器與該本體之間;一螺母,設置於與該本體相反的位置;一套筒鎖環,徑向地設置於部分該螺母之內側,該套筒鎖環係與該金屬管路之一外部套筒產生一機械聯結;以及至少一緊固件,連結該螺母、該本體以及該轉接器;其中,該本體包括一環狀肋,該環狀肋係被承接於該轉接器之一環狀套筒內;其中,該環狀肋由該本體之一內側肩部延伸,該金屬密封構件抵接該內側肩部。
  2. 如請求項1所述之接頭,其中,該轉接器包括一轉接器密封表面,該轉接器密封表面與該金屬密封構件的密封表面接觸,以壓縮其間的管路。
