背景技术
实施方式总体上涉及管***并且具体地涉及用于与双密闭管***一起使用的配件。目前,挠性管比如波纹不锈钢管被用于许多需要初级密闭和次级密闭的应用中。各种管道工程以及地方和联邦的机械法规及规格要求某些类型的挠性管安装受到次级密闭***的保护。本领域中存在用以在管泄漏的情况下容纳流体的管密闭***。美国专利7,857,358中公开了一种现有的双重密闭管***,其全部内容通过引用并入本文。
发明内容

具体实施方式
图1是示例性实施方式中的处于闭合状态的配件和管的截面图。该配件包括转接件1、本体2和螺母3。转接件1、本体2和螺母3都包括沿着中心轴线C形成的穿过它们的通道。该配件通过压缩位于密封构件7的密封表面与转接件1的转接件密封表面之间管10的一部分而在管10上形成流体紧密密封,如文中进一步详细描述的。
转接件1具有沿着纵向轴线C的用于流体流的纵向通道。转接件1呈大致圆筒形,并且在其内部部分上、中心轴线C的径向外侧包括环形的转接件密封表面20。转接件密封表面20具有与管10接触的倒圆的或者成圆角的表面。在转接件1中的转接件密封表面20的径向外侧形成有环形袋状部22。袋状部22接纳本体2的肋状部28。在转接件1中袋状部22的径向外侧形成有环形凹部24。凹部22接纳本体2的外肩部32。
密封构件7是具有密封表面21的环形元件,其中,密封表面21面向转接件密封表面20。密封表面21可以是平面的,并且是大致截头圆锥形的。密封构件7可以由开口环垫圈、夹头或者其他部件形成。

在螺母3与外护套11之间定位有环形的滑动环6。滑动环6在指状部38的径向内侧并且抵接护套锁环4。滑动环6用来驱使护套锁环4轴向地朝向本体2。可以在螺母3的内表面上的环形凹槽40中定位有垫圈8和弹性体密封件9。垫圈8和弹性体密封件9在螺母3与外护套11之间提供增强的密封。滑动环6还轴向地推抵垫圈8和弹性体密封件9,从而径向地压缩弹性体密封件9以在外护套11上产生次级密封。
如图2中所示,紧固件(例如,帽螺钉)5滑动穿过螺母3中的开口50、本体2中的开口52并且与转接件1中的螺纹54接合。应该理解的是螺纹可以形成在螺母3上而不是转接件1上。当紧固件5被拧紧时,螺母3、本体2和转接件1被压缩在一起。本体2的肩部26与密封构件7和转接件1相互作用以压缩转接件1、本体2和密封构件7之间的波纹管从而形成液体紧密密封。转接件密封表面20是倒圆的并且与密封构件7的密封表面21共同作用。倒圆的转接件密封表面20和平面的密封表面21的使用减小了产生流体紧密密封所需的载荷。
图3是管的端视图,包括管10、内护套12和外护套11。管10可以是波纹不锈钢。例如由EFEP(氟树脂)制造的内护套12定位在挠性管10上。用于内护套12的示例性材料是含氟聚合物,其可为从DaikinAmerica(美国大金)可获得的RP-5000。这种材料具有具最小渗透作用的内在特性从而提供次级密闭,这允许流体(例如,气体、液体等)流动至外护套11的端部从而排出,如美国专利7,857,358中所述。外护套11围绕内护套12。外护套11的示例性材料是尼龙12,其可获得为Degussa(德固赛)的产品—一VestamidX7297。容纳在外护套11的内径中的是被空间隔开的多个肋状部60。这些肋状部60是纵向的并且沿着外护套11的长度。图3中的肋状部30的横截面是三角形的,但是应该理解的是也可以使用其他的几何形状。在一种实施方式中,通过管10运输的流体是汽油或柴油。在管10泄漏的情况下,流体沿着肋状部之间的空间行进以通过本体2中的排放口排出。如美国专利7,004,510中所述,传感器可以联接到本体2中的排放口34以检测流体泄漏并用信号表示这种情况。
图4示出了处于打开或未组装状态的配件。管10包括多个波峰和波谷。管10在波谷上切开并且内护套12和外护套11被移除,从而露出管10的大约4个波峰。螺母3和本体2布置在外护套11上使得管10延伸超出本体2。密封构件7布置在位于管10的远端处的第一个波谷中并且则转接件1布置在管10的端部上。当紧固件5被拧紧时,本体3、螺母2和转接件1沿着轴线C被轴向地压缩。在转接件密封表面20与密封构件7的密封表面21之间的管10的波峰被压缩。这将压缩在转接件密封表面20与密封构件7的密封表面21之间的双层的管10从而获得流体紧密密封。另外,当螺母3被驱使到本体2中时,指状部38驱使护套锁环4到外护套11中。这在配件与管之间提供了机械附接以控制压力作用下的配件的轴向延伸。另外,滑动环6抵靠弹性体密封件9施加轴向压力,从而径向地压缩弹性体密封件9以在外护套11上产生次级密封。
上述配件和管提供了双重密闭自排出的特征和护套锁。借助于护套锁4和螺母3,该配件使外护套成为结合的结构构件,也就是说,利用这种配件消除了压力作用下的轴向延伸。

Claims (16)

本体,所述本体用于接纳所述管,所述本体定位成与所述转接件相对并且所述本体与所述纵向轴线对准;
金属密封构件,所述金属密封构件定位在所述转接件与所述本体之间;
螺母,所述螺母定位成与所述本体相对;
护套锁环,所述护套锁环定位在所述螺母的一部分的径向内侧,所述护套锁环用于与所述管的外护套形成机械连接;以及
至少一个紧固件,所述至少一个紧固件联接所述螺母、所述本体和所述转接件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配件,其中:
