Abstract
本發明係提供一種人體組織輻射保護器與輻射治療之輔助方法,該人體組織輻射保護器包含有連通之一擴張件與一注射件,以及設置於擴張件之一標示件,該標示件之材質係輻射不可穿透者,用以協助該擴張件定位,此外,更可包含可供檢測擴張件不同位置輻射劑量之若干輻射劑量檢測計;該方法係將人體組織輻射保護器之擴張件置於腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官之間,用以可將腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官隔開,並利用該標示件、輻射劑量檢測計協助擴張件定位與供檢測擴張件不同位置之輻射劑量。
Description
本發明係與放射線治療輔助器具有關,更詳而言之是指一種人體組織輻射保護器者。
按,組織擴張器(Tissue expander),顧名思義,主要作為擴張人體組織之用,其結構基本上包含一彈性囊袋(或/及連通囊袋之一注射器),如中華民國新型第67320號「自封組織擴張器」等專利所示。習知組織擴張器之使用方式,一般係將囊袋植入病人之皮膚下,藉由適當時間內逐次注入預定量(視局部皮膚狀況及病人忍受度決定)液體(如生理食鹽水)或氣體進入囊袋之方式,逐漸擴張病人之皮膚,俾可取擴張後之皮膚進行移植,或取出後於擴張之皮膚下放入特定物品(如義乳或隆乳之生理食鹽水袋或矽膠等)。
其次,如美國發明公開第20080033471號「Device System And Method For Tissue Displacement Or Separation」專利申請案所示,係於手術時將一氣囊裝置塞入人體內,再利用注射空氣之方式使氣囊裝置擴大,用以隔開人體體內之組織或器官,便於進行特定組織或器官之醫療行為。該等氣囊裝置係以人體可吸收之材質製成,因此,置入人體內後不需取出,不過,其僅具有隔開人體體內組織或
器官之功能,並無法精確地定位、檢測位置(需利用特殊造影方法才可看到其於人體內所在之位置),對於高度要求精密性之放射線治療行為並不適用。
此外,進行腫瘤(癌細胞)之放射線治療時,難免會傷害到腫瘤(癌細胞)附近之部分正常細胞,目前降低放射線傷害腫瘤附近正常細胞之方式,係依靠施行放射線治療之醫生控制放射線實施的部位及用量,不易達到完全不傷害正常細胞之效果,顯然仍有改善之空間。
若能將腫瘤與正常細胞區隔開來,則針對癌細胞進行放射線治療時即可降低傷害到正常細胞,此等隔開癌細胞與正常細胞再施行放射線治療之方式,理論上應確實可行,不過,前述美國發明公開所揭之氣囊裝置不易定位且易移位,會造成放射線治療較差之缺點,目前亦無可隔開癌細胞與正常細胞以進行放射線治療之相關輻射保護裝置。
本發明之主要目的即在提供一種人體組織輻射保護器,其不僅具備隔開器官或組織之效果,可降低放射線對於腫瘤鄰近組織之傷害,更具有方便定位之效果,確實可提高放射線治療之準確性。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種人體組織輻射保護器,其可提供不同位置之放射線劑量測量功效者。
緣是,為達成前述之目的,本發明係提供一種人體組織輻射保護器,包含有一擴張件,係輻射可穿透之材
質,可置入人體組織內,用以將腫瘤與相鄰之人體組織或器官區隔開,其內設有一充填空間;一注射件,連通該充填空間,用以可將預定流體輸入該充填空間、使擴張件擴張;一標示件,係輻射不可穿透之材質,設置於該擴張件,用以協助該擴張件定位。
進一步地,更包含有若干輻射劑量檢測計,係置於該擴張件內側預定位置,用以供檢測該擴張件不同位置之輻射劑量。
進一步地,該標示件可設置於擴張件表面或成型於擴張件材質內。
進一步地,該標示件可為線體或片體等型式。
進一步地,該標示件係內含複數金點之線體。
進一步地,該輻射劑量檢測計係偵測電磁輻射之底片或熱發光劑量計(TLD)偵檢器、化學劑量計等。
此外,本發明更提供一種輻射治療之輔助方法,係將該人體組織輻射保護器之擴張件置於腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官之間,用以可將腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官隔開,並利用該標示件協助擴張件定位。
再者,本發明亦提供一種輻射治療之輔助方法,係將該擴張件置於腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官之間,用以可將腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官隔開,並利用該標示件、輻射劑量檢測計協助擴張件定位與供檢測擴張件不同位置
之輻射劑量。

以下,茲舉本發明若干較佳實施例,並配合圖式做進一步之詳細說明如後:首先,請參閱第一圖及第二圖所示,本發明一較佳實施例之人體組織輻射保護器10,包含有一擴張件12、一注射件13與連通擴張件12、注射件13之一管體14,該注射件13係可供注入流體(氣體或液體)而促使擴張件12擴大之注射裝置;前揭各該擴張件12、注射件13之構成概與習知利用矽膠等軟性材質製成之組織擴張器類似,此處不予贅述其詳細構造,本創作該人體組織輻射保護器10之特色係更包含有:一標示件15,係輻射(如X光)不可穿透之材質,設置於擴張件12表面或直接成型於擴張件12材質內,用以可
輔助偵測該擴張件12之位置而協助定位於人體組織內,本實施例係螺旋狀地纏繞於該擴張件12表面之斷線型式棉線,如各圖及附件一所示。而如附件二所示,該標示件15亦可為內含複數金點(黃金材質)之線體或片體。
藉此,本發明該人體組織輻射保護器10之使用方式及特色、功效如下:該人體組織輻射保護器10係可供進行輻射(放射線)治療之用,其使用方式主要係將該擴張件12置入腫瘤(癌細胞)與人體組織或器官之間,再自該注射件13注入流體(氣體或液體均可),使該擴張件12擴大,藉以將腫瘤(癌細胞)與人體組織或器官隔開,俾便於醫生針對腫瘤(癌細胞)進行放射線治療時可降低傷及不需放射線治療之人體組織或器官。
其次,由於該擴張件12係軟性材質製成,置入人體組織內時無法精確地定位,本創作藉由該輻射不可穿透之標示件15設計,可協助該擴張件12精確地定位,獲致有如固定尺規之效果。
此外,如第三圖所示,係本發明另一較佳實施例之人體組織輻射保護器20,其構成大體上與該人體組織輻射保護器10相同,不同處在於更包含有數個輻射劑量檢測計22,係設置於擴張件24內側不同位置,係習知可偵測電磁輻射之底片或熱發光劑量計(TLD)偵檢器、化學劑量計等,
用以可供檢測該擴張件24不同位置之輻射劑量。藉此,該人體組織輻射保護器20更可藉由擴張件24內部不同位置之輻射劑量檢測計22進行輻射劑量之評估,提高放射線治療之準確性。
基此,本發明該人體組織輻射保護器藉由標示件之設計,不僅可隔開腫瘤與人體組織或器官、降低放射線對於腫瘤鄰近組織之傷害,更方便定位,提高放射線治療之準確性。再者,更可藉由各該輻射劑量檢測計之設置,便於針對該擴張件之不同位置進行輻射劑量之檢測、評估,以提高放射線治療之準確性。
由上可知,本發明更提供了一種輻射治療之輔助方法,係將該人體組織輻射保護器之擴張件置於腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官之間,該注射件則透過管體延伸於人體外,如此一來,即可將腫瘤與相鄰人體組織或器官隔開,並利用該標示件協助擴張件定位,或該輻射劑量檢測計供檢測擴張件不同位置之輻射劑量。
以下,發明人茲利用體外實施與體內實施兩種方式,驗證本發明該人體組織輻射保護器前述諸功效:體外實施:將該擴張件分別填入氣體及液體,利用模擬之方式,模擬靠近3公分與5公分腫瘤之正常組織分別被輻射保護器推離1、3、5及6公分之輻射劑量分布差異,透過習知臨床放射治療資訊系統計算正常組織之輻射劑
量,並以習知熱發光劑量計作為輻射劑量檢測計進行輻射測量,其結果如第四圖所示,圖中W代表擴張件填入的是水,A代表擴張件填入的是空氣,當輻射保護器內填液體,正常組織被推離3公分腫瘤達3公分時,其所接受的輻射劑量可降低50%,可有效降低正常組織之輻射劑量,換言之,若正常組織接受相同輻射劑量下,應用該人體輻射保護器將正常組織推離,則腫瘤可增加50%的輻射劑量、提高輻射治療之成效。
體內實施:利用大鼠進行放射線治療實驗,藉以驗證該人體組織輻射保護器對大鼠正常組織保護之效益,如附件三之各照片所示,係將大鼠分成4組,分別為對照組(C):此組大鼠不進行輻射照射,其與進行放射治療之大鼠共同委託動物中心代養;實驗組(W):將人體組織輻射保護器置入此組大鼠腹部,以隔開照射部位及非照射區域,並注入液體於擴張件內;實驗組(A):此組大鼠亦置入人體組織輻射保護器,擴張件內係填充氣體;及實驗組(L):此組大鼠不置入人體組織輻射保護器,直接進行放射線治療。
研究使用之大鼠於動物中心代養二個月後將其犧牲,藉以得知人體組織輻射保護器對於正常組織保護之效益。附件四為大鼠所取出大腸之實拍照片,由照片中可見,未置入人體組織輻射保護器之大鼠,其大腸受到嚴重的輻射傷害而呈現腫脹狀態,而有置入人體組織輻射保護器之大
鼠,不論擴張件內充填的是液體或氣體,其大腸皆未腫脹,故,本發明人體組織輻射保護器確實能保護正常組織不受輻射照射。
綜上所述,本發明所提供之人體組織輻射保護器,其藉由標示件與輻射劑量檢測計之設計,不僅可隔開腫瘤與人體組織或器官、降低放射線對於腫瘤鄰近組織之傷害,更具有方便定位、可進行輻射劑量之評估以提高放射線治療準確性之功效;緣是,本發明確實符合發明專利之要件,爰依法提出申請。
Claims (3)
- 一種人體組織輻射保護器,包含有:一擴張件,係輻射可穿透之材質,可置入人體組織內,用以將腫瘤與相鄰之人體組織或器官區隔開,其內設有一充填空間;一注射件,連通該充填空間而位於人體外,用以可將預定流體輸入該充填空間、使擴張件擴張;若干輻射劑量檢測計,置於該擴張件預定位置,用以供檢測該擴張件不同位置之輻射劑量;及一標示件,係輻射不可穿透之材質,螺旋狀地纏繞於該擴張件,為斷線型式之棉線,其上設有複數個金點,用以輔助偵測該擴張件之位置而協助擴張件定位於人體組織內,以及定位出腫瘤的實際位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之人體組織輻射保護器,其中,各該金點係黃金材質構成。
