Abstract

本發明係一種設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構,其一閥芯本體、一閥座本體及一開關體所構成,而閥芯身之側邊設有至少一內容置凹口,該內容置凹口內容設有至少一彈性止洩塊,且閥座本體設有一內容置腔,該內容置腔設有一腔內環壁,其閥芯本體容設於閥座本體之內容置腔,藉由閥芯身之內容置凹口所設彈性止洩塊,以面接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體之內容置腔所設腔內環壁,以達止水密閉性佳之功效。

Description

設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構
本發明係有關於一種設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構,尤指一種應用於開關水閥止洩結構之所屬技術領域者。
按目前習知之出水閥座結構如圖8、9所示,其係由一閥芯本體10、一閥座本體20及一開關體30所構成,該閥芯本體10設有一閥芯身11,而閥芯身11沿Y軸方向朝上延伸設有一閥芯軸12,且閥芯身11側面沿Z軸方向朝內導通設有一導流口110,而閥芯身11上、下側近邊緣設有一上環槽111及一下環槽112,該上環槽111容置設有一上彈性止洩環111A,而下環槽112容置設有一下彈性止洩環112A,且閥芯身11之二側沿X軸方向朝內凹入設有一側容置環凹槽115,該側容置環凹槽115內卡固定設有一止洩環115A,另閥座本體20設有一內容置腔21,該內容置腔21設有一腔內環壁210,且閥座本體20之側邊設有一入口部22及至少一出口部23,而閥座本體20之頂側設有一頂穿制口24,其閥芯本體10容設於閥座本體20之內容置腔21,而閥芯身11之導流口110相對於閥座本體20之出口部22及出口部23,而閥芯身11之上環槽111、下環槽112及側容置環凹槽115所設上彈性止洩環111A、下彈性止洩環112A及止洩環115A,彈性抵持於閥座本體20之內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210,而閥芯本體10之閥芯軸12穿出閥座本體20頂側所設頂穿制口24,並與開關體30結合,藉由閥芯身11之上環槽111、下環槽112及側容置環凹槽115所設上彈性止洩環111A、下彈性止洩環112A及止洩環115A,彈性抵持於閥座本體20之內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210進行止水密閉,然彈性止洩環111A、下彈性止洩環112A及止洩環115A相對於腔內環壁210係以線接觸抵持進行止水密閉,當使用條件水溫接近0度或水壓在80PSI 以上時,其止水密閉功能則下降,而水中若有微小異物(如:毛髮)進入止洩環115A與腔內環壁210間,則具有止水功能喪失而產生漏水之問題,故有改良之必要者。
本發明有鑑於習知之出水閥座結構之止水密閉性不足之問題,乃完成本發明之設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構。
本發明之主要目的在於提供一種設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構,其一閥芯本體、一閥座本體及一開關體所構成,該閥芯本體設有一閥芯身,而閥芯身沿Y軸方向朝上延伸設有一閥芯軸,且閥芯身側面沿Z軸方向朝內導通設有一導流口,而閥芯身上、下側近邊緣設有一上環槽及一下環槽,該上環槽容置設有一上彈性止洩環,而下環槽容置設有一下彈性止洩環,且閥芯身之一側或二側沿X軸方向朝內凹入設有一內容置凹口,該內容置凹口內容設有一彈性止洩塊,而內容置凹口內設有一定位固定凸部,且彈性止洩塊設有一卡制定為凹部,該彈性止洩塊之卡制定為凹部定位卡制於內容置凹口所設定位固定凸部,而閥座本體設有一內容置腔,該內容置腔設有一腔內環壁,且閥座本體之側邊設有一入口部及一出口部,而閥座本體之頂側設有一頂穿制口,另開關體底側設有一定位固定孔,其閥芯本體容設於閥座本體之內容置腔,而閥芯身之導流口相對於閥座本體之入口部及出口部,而閥芯身之上環槽及下環槽所設上彈性止洩環及下彈性止洩環,以線接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體之內容置腔所設腔內環壁,且閥芯身之內容置凹口所設彈性止洩塊,以面接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體之內容置腔所設腔內環壁,而閥芯本體之閥芯軸穿出閥座本體頂側所設頂穿制口,並與開關體所設定位固定孔卡固結合,藉由上環槽及下環槽所設上彈性止洩環及下彈性止洩環,彈性抵持於閥座本體之內容置腔所設腔內環壁進行止水密閉,並以閥芯身之內容置凹口所設彈性止洩塊,以面接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體之內容置腔所設腔內環壁進行入水低溫及高水壓狀態之止水密閉,當旋動開啟開關體,使閥芯身之導流口相對於閥座本體之入口部及出口部進行出水控制,而旋動關閉開關體,則閥芯本體之內容置凹口所設彈性止洩塊相對於閥座本體之入口部及出口部進行止水控制,且水壓會推抵相對於閥座本體之入口部所設彈性止洩塊,使相對於閥座本體之出口部所設彈性止洩塊更加緊密貼抵出口部,有效提升整體水密效果,即使水中存在微小異物(如:毛髮)進入彈性止洩塊與腔內環壁間,該彈性止洩塊仍能有效發揮止水密閉功能,以達止水密閉性佳之功效。
為使 貴審查委員能進一步瞭解本發明之結構,特徵及其他目的,玆以如后之較佳實施例附以圖式詳細說明如后,惟本圖例所說明之實施例係供說明之用,並非為專利申請上之唯一限制者。
請配合參閱圖1至3所示,係本發明設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構之立體局部分解狀態、立體細部分解狀態及側視剖面狀態示意圖,其係包括:
一閥芯本體10,該閥芯本體10設有一閥芯身11,而閥芯身11沿Y軸方向朝上延伸設有一閥芯軸12,且閥芯身11側面沿Z軸方向朝內導通設有一導流口110,而閥芯身11上、下側近邊緣設有一上環槽111及一下環槽112,該上環槽111容置設有一上彈性止洩環111A,而下環槽112容置設有一下彈性止洩環112A,且閥芯身11之二側沿X軸方向分別朝內凹入設有一內容置凹口113,該內容置凹口113內容設有一彈性止洩塊114,而內容置凹口113內設有一定位固定凸部113A,且彈性止洩塊114設有一卡制定為凹部114A,該彈性止洩塊114之卡制定為凹部114A定位卡制於內容置凹口113所設定位固定凸部113A;
一閥座本體20,該閥座本體20設有一內容置腔21,該內容置腔21設有一腔內環壁210,且閥座本體20之側邊設有一入口部22及一出口部23,而閥座本體20之頂側設有一頂穿制口24,其內容置腔21供閥芯本體10容設,而入口部22及出口部23相對於閥芯身11之導流口110,且內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210與閥芯身11之上環槽111及下環槽112所設上彈性止洩環111A及下彈性止洩環112A以線接觸彈性抵持,該內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210並與閥芯身11之內容置凹口113所設彈性止洩塊114以面接觸彈性抵持,而頂穿制口24供閥芯本體10之閥芯軸12穿出;以及
一開關體30,該開關體30底側設有一定位固定孔31,其穿出閥座本體20所設頂穿制口24之閥芯本體10所設閥芯軸12卡固結合於定位固定孔31;
藉由上述結構之配合,以完成本發明設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構。
請配合參閱圖1至3所示,係本發明設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構之立體局部分解狀態、立體細部分解狀態及側視剖面狀態示意圖,其閥芯本體10容設於閥座本體20之內容置腔21,而閥芯身11之導流口111相對於閥座本體20之入口部22及出口部23,而閥芯身11之上環槽110及下環槽111所設上彈性止洩環110A及下彈性止洩環111A,以線接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體20之內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210,且閥芯身11之內容置凹口113所設彈性止洩塊113A,以面接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體20之內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210,而閥芯本體10之閥芯軸12穿出閥座本體20頂側所設頂穿制口24,並與開關體30所設定位固定孔31卡固結合,藉由上環槽111及下環槽112所設上彈性止洩環111A及下彈性止洩環112A,彈性抵持於閥座本體20之內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210進行止水密閉,並以閥芯身11之內容置凹口113所設彈性止洩塊114,以面接觸彈性抵持於閥座本體20之內容置腔21所設腔內環壁210,進行正常使用之止水密閉,當使用條件水溫接近0度或水壓在80PSI 以上時還能保持較佳之密閉性,當旋動開啟開關體30,使閥芯身11之導流口110相對於閥座本體20之入口部22及出口部23進行出水控制,而旋動關閉開關體30,則閥芯本體10之內容置凹口113所設彈性止洩塊114相對於閥座本體20之入口部22及出口部23進行止水控制,且水壓會推抵相對於閥座本體20之入口部22所設彈性止洩塊114,使相對於閥座本體20之出口部23所設彈性止洩塊114更加緊密貼抵出口部23,有效提升整體水密效果,即使水中存在微小異物(如:毛髮)進入彈性止洩塊114與腔內環壁210間,該彈性止洩塊114仍能有效發揮止水密閉功能,以達止水密閉性佳之功效。
請配合參閱圖4至7所示,係本發明設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構之第一實施例閥芯本體之一側設置內容置凹口及彈性止洩塊且閥座本體之側邊設有三出口部狀態、第一實施例閥芯本體之一側設置內容置凹口及彈性止洩塊且閥座本體之側邊設有三出口部側視剖面狀態、第二實施例閥芯本體之一側設置內容置凹口及彈性止洩塊且閥座本體之側邊設有二出口部狀態及第二實施例閥芯本體之一側設置內容置凹口及彈性止洩塊且閥座本體之側邊設有二出口部側視剖面狀態示意圖,其整體結構與本發明之圖1至3圖相同,唯其可配合不同之閥體設計需求僅於閥芯本體10之一側設置內容置凹口113及彈性止洩塊114,並將閥座本體20之相對位置設置一入口部22及二出口部23,另亦可閥芯本體10之一側設置內容置凹口113及彈性止洩塊114,並將閥座本體20呈90度相對設置一入口部22及一出口部23,於閥芯本體10之閥芯軸12受開關體30旋動控制連動後,該閥芯本體10所設導流口110,以選擇式相對於閥座本體20之出口部23,以應用於不同之閥結構,增加本發明之多重實用性。
綜上所述,本發明確實可達到上述諸項功能及目的,故本發明應符合專利申請要件,爰依法提出申請。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構,其係包括:一閥芯本體,該閥芯本體設有一閥芯身,而閥芯身沿Y軸方向朝上延伸設有一閥芯軸,且閥芯身側面沿Z軸方向朝內導通設有一導流口,而閥芯身上、下側近邊緣設有一上環槽及一下環槽,該上環槽容置設有一上彈性止洩環,而下環槽容置設有一下彈性止洩環,且閥芯身之至少一側沿X軸方向朝內凹入設有至少一內容置凹口,該內容置凹口內容設有一彈性止洩塊;一閥座本體,該閥座本體設有一內容置腔,該內容置腔設有一腔內環壁,且閥座本體之側邊設有一入口部及一出口部,而閥座本體之頂側設有一頂穿制口,其內容置腔供閥芯本體容設,而入口部及出口部相對於閥芯身之導流口,且內容置腔所設腔內環壁與閥芯身之上環槽及下環槽所設上彈性止洩環及下彈性止洩環以線接觸彈性抵持,該內容置腔所設腔內環壁並與閥芯身之內容置凹口所設彈性止洩塊以面接觸彈性抵持,而頂穿制口供閥芯本體之閥芯軸穿出;以及一開關體,該開關體底側設有一定位固定孔,其穿出閥座本體所設頂穿制口之閥芯本體所設閥芯軸卡固結合於定位固定孔。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之設有彈性止洩塊之閥結構,其中,該內容置凹口內設有一定位固定凸部,且彈性止洩塊設有一卡制定為凹部,其彈性止洩塊之卡制定為凹部定位卡制於內容置凹口所設定位固定凸部。
