Abstract

一種含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳，其包含一聚乙烯醇微粒均勻分佈於一清潔乳中，其中：該清潔乳之含水率介於0.1～23%之間，並包含一界面活性劑；該聚乙烯醇微粒於於該清潔乳中之比例介於0.5～5wt%；該聚乙烯醇微粒中包含分子量介於110,000～120,000之間的聚乙烯醇50～95wt%與甘油0.5～50wt%；以及該聚乙烯醇微粒於該清潔乳中保持完整微粒狀態。

Description

含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳、其製造方法及其應用
一種清潔乳，特別是一種含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳。
目前市面上部分標榜可去角質或亮白的洗面乳、去角質產品或牙膏等，皆含有聚乙烯(Polyethylene, PE)或聚丙烯(Polypropylene, PP)製的塑膠柔珠，其作用是藉由該塑膠柔珠與皮膚或牙齒表面摩擦後，達到代謝皮膚老廢角質、清除齒垢的功效，使皮膚潔淨光滑與牙齒美麗亮白。
因為上述該塑膠柔珠的優點，越來越多廠商開發出相關產品的應用，但是隨著含有該塑膠柔珠的產品使用時間越長，其背後隱藏的生態危機與人類健康浩劫正一點一滴的傷害著我們。
由於洗面乳、去角質產品特性的需求，該塑膠柔珠多半被製造的極為細小並大量添於產品中，具估計每罐120mL的洗面乳中，內含的塑膠柔珠就高達36萬顆，這些數以萬計的塑膠柔珠一旦隨著下水道進入到河川或海洋，幾百或幾千年都不會被分解消失，再加上塑膠柔珠非常小，密度又不高，會懸浮在水中，導致淨水場無法有效處理，當吸附許多骯髒物質或毒性物質的塑膠柔珠隨著污水流到河川或海洋後，不僅造成地球水資源的污染外，該塑膠柔珠隨著食物鏈自可食用的海洋生物回到人體內，使得無法分解的塑膠、重金屬或毒素轉而累積在人體，影響人類的健康。
現階段雖有天然纖維顆粒作為替代性產品，但是天然纖維顆粒的成本較高，顆粒大小或精細度較難以掌控，替代性有限。
為了解決上述既有泛用塑膠所製成的塑膠柔珠無法分解所造成的環境污染、人類危害，以及替代性的天然纖維顆粒成本較高、顆粒大小或精細度較難掌控等種種問題，本發明提供一種含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳，其包含一聚乙烯醇微粒均勻分佈於一清潔乳中，其中：該清潔乳之含水率介於0.1～23%之間，並包含一界面活性劑；該聚乙烯醇微粒於於該清潔乳中之比例介於0.5～5wt%；該聚乙烯醇微粒中包含分子量為110,000～120,000之間的聚乙烯醇50～95wt%與甘油0.5～50wt%；以及該聚乙烯醇微粒於該清潔乳中保持完整微粒狀態。
其中，該清潔乳中進一步含色料或香精。
其中，該界面活性劑包含陰離子型界面活性劑、陽離子型界面活性劑、非離子型界面活性劑或兩性型界面活性劑。
本發明進一步提供一種含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳製造方法，其步驟包含：將聚乙烯醇微粒50～95wt%與甘油0.5～50wt%以高低速混合機混合，使該聚乙烯醇微粒吸收該甘油並澎潤；研磨該聚乙烯醇微粒使其表面圓滑；以及將研磨後之該聚乙烯醇微粒與一清潔乳混合而得該含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳。
本發明之含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳可運用於洗面乳、去角質乳或牙膏。
本發明的聚乙烯醇微粒於特定含水量的清潔乳中，不會被水解或分解，並保持微粒或顆粒狀態，可用於摩擦皮膚或清潔代謝老廢角質的作用，而當該聚乙烯醇微粒沖入下水道時，大量水份即會將該聚乙烯醇微粒水解或分解並消失，減少污染環境或傷害海洋生物的問題。
相對於既有天然纖維顆粒成本較高，顆粒大小或精細度較難以掌控的問題，本發明可藉由一般塑膠製程，大量製造出大小均一且精細度一致的聚乙烯醇微粒，成本較為低廉。
請參考圖1，本發明的製造方法一較佳實施例，其步驟包含：
步驟1：將一聚乙烯醇(Polyvinyl alcohol, PVA)原料微粒及一甘油(丙三醇, Glycerine, GC)以高低速混合機混合，使該聚乙烯醇原料微粒浸潤於甘油中並吸收該甘油，使該聚乙烯醇原料微粒澎潤形成一聚乙烯醇微粒，其中，吸收該甘油後的該聚乙烯醇微粒中，聚乙烯醇及該甘油之比例為聚乙烯醇50～95wt%及甘油0.5～50wt%。前述所謂的澎潤是指該聚乙烯醇微粒的體積增加、質地變柔軟、表面較原本光滑與稜角較不明顯。
由於目前聚乙烯醇原料微粒的大小約在100目數(mesh)，顆粒小、質地非常堅硬且有稜有角，但本發明將聚乙烯醇原料微粒與甘油共同浸潤後，聚乙烯醇原料微粒會吸收甘油，使微粒較為澎潤且柔細圓滑，較不堅硬銳利，粒徑約增加到70~80目數(mesh)減少對使用者的皮膚產生傷害又同時可達到去除老廢角質的目的。
步驟2：依據需求添加功能性添加劑參與混合，例如色料、香料、香精等。
步驟3：研磨上述混合完成的該聚乙烯醇微粒，使其表面更為平整光滑，減少對肌膚摩擦的刺激或傷害。
步驟4：將步驟3研磨完成後的該聚乙烯醇微粒與含有一界面活性劑之一清潔乳均勻混合其中，該清潔乳的含水率較佳介於0.1～23wt%之間，並進一步地可以含有色料、螯合劑、防腐劑或香精等添加劑，該界面活性劑包含陰離子型界面活性劑、陽離子型界面活性劑、非離子型界面活性劑或兩性型界面活性劑。
由於聚乙烯醇是一種水溶性的高分子，為了使該聚乙烯醇顆粒於含水份的該清潔乳中保持完整微粒狀態，不被該清潔乳中所含的水份水解或分解，該聚乙烯醇顆粒中的該聚乙烯醇分子量(聚合度)較佳介於110,000～120,000道爾頓(Dalton, D)之間，隨著分子量(聚合度)越高，黏度也越高，溶解性也相對下降，可以藉由調整該聚乙烯醇微粒的分子量大小，調整其水溶的速率，且此分子量之間的聚乙烯醇擁有最好的甘油吸收、澎潤效果與產品品質，使本發明使用時，該聚乙烯醇微粒可以維持完整的顆粒狀態，提供使用者皮膚摩擦清潔與去除老廢角質的功用且不會產生過度摩擦或顆粒粗糙導致的皮膚傷害，而當該聚乙烯醇微粒被沖入下水道時，大量(大於該清潔乳中的含水量23wt%)的水份即可將該聚乙烯醇微粒水解或分解，不會傷害環境或積存在海洋生物體內。
當使用者用於摩擦清潔皮膚時，通常會將含有該聚乙烯醇顆粒的清潔乳自包裝容器中舀出或擠出，並加入少許的水份使該清潔乳中的界面活性劑產生泡沫，利用該泡沫中所含有的該聚乙烯醇顆粒來搓揉、摩擦皮膚，達到清潔去角質的目的，而此時，該泡沫中可能含有大於23wt%的水份含量，或甚至是高達50～60wt%，而本發明使用較高分子量的該聚乙烯醇顆粒除了在含有23wt%水份的該清潔乳中可以長時間保持完整微粒狀態外，在較高水份含量的狀態下，並不會馬上水溶，而是會自外層慢慢溶解，時間約可達到2-3分鐘依然保持顆粒狀態，當使用者清洗完成後，將該泡沫連同該聚乙烯醇微粒沖至含有大量水份的下水道，或甚至是完全的浸泡於下水道的水中，該聚乙烯醇微粒就會完全被水解或分解並消失於環境當中。
而本發明所使用的該聚乙烯醇微粒中所含有的聚乙烯醇與甘油皆是對人體或環境無害的成分，即使排放到環境中，依然不會產生環境污染或海洋生物的傷害。

藉由上述說明可知，本發明利用水可溶的聚乙烯醇製成微粒，添加於洗面乳、去角質產品或牙膏中，因為水可溶的特性，即便隨著清洗的污水流到河川或海洋，也很快的會在水中溶化消失，減少環境污染或甚至是進入食物鏈的問題。
圖1為本發明之製程步驟流程圖。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳，其包含一聚乙烯醇微粒均勻分佈於一清潔乳中，其中：該清潔乳之含水率介於0.1~23%之間，並包含一界面活性劑；該聚乙烯醇微粒於於該清潔乳中之比例介於0.5~5wt%；該聚乙烯醇微粒中包含分子量介於110,000~120,000道爾頓的聚乙烯醇50~95wt%與甘油0.5~50wt%；以及該聚乙烯醇微粒於該清潔乳中保持完整微粒狀態。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳，該清潔乳中進一步含色料或香精。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳，該界面活性劑包含陰離子型界面活性劑、陽離子型界面活性劑、非離子型界面活性劑或兩性型界面活性劑。
  4. 一種含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳製造方法，其步驟包含：將聚乙烯醇微粒50~95wt%與甘油0.5~50wt%以高低速混合機混合，使該聚乙烯醇微粒吸收該甘油並澎潤；研磨該聚乙烯醇微粒使其表面圓滑；以及將研磨後之該聚乙烯醇微粒與一清潔乳混合而得該含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳。
  5. 一種洗面乳，其包含申請專利範圍第1~3項之含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳。
  6. 一種去角質乳，其包含申請專利範圍第1~3項之含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳。
  7. 一種牙膏，其包含申請專利範圍第1~3項之含聚乙烯醇微粒的清潔乳。
