Description

附有內面螺旋條之容器、附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法、及其製造裝置
本發明係關於一種附有內面螺旋條之容器、附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法、及其製造裝置。
先前之直接吹塑成形裝置包含如下構件:型坯形成模頭(以下簡稱為模頭),其係將熔融狀態之熱塑性樹脂押出成管狀而形成型坯;芯件,其係配置於型坯形成模頭之熱塑性樹脂之排出開口部之中心部;及容器模具,其係於將所形成之型坯之一端部密封之狀態下,使型坯膨脹成容器形狀(例如,參照專利文獻1)。
又,於專利文獻1中,曾提出一種在芯件上形成槽,以於容器之內面上形成突條(肋)之技術。該槽係沿著芯件之軸向延伸。藉由該槽,於自模頭押出之型坯之內面形成沿著軸向之直線狀突條。且,將該型坯置入上述容器模具內,使型坯膨脹成容器之形狀。如此一來,形成在內面上具有直線狀突條之容器。

然而,於先前之直接吹塑成形裝置中,雖可於容器之內面形成 沿著軸向之直線狀突條,但無法於容器之內面形成螺旋狀之突條(以下稱為螺旋條)。雖亦可考慮藉由使先前之芯件之槽相對於軸向傾斜而形成螺旋條之方法,但該情形時,自模頭押出而垂下之型坯之長度越長,則越容易因型坯之本身重量而使螺旋條亦與型坯一起朝軸向延伸,從而導致螺旋條之形狀崩壞,因此有無法於容器之內面形成期望之螺旋條之問題。
本發明係鑑於該點而完成者,其目的在於提供一種可形成期望之螺旋條之附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法、及其製造裝置。
本發明1係一種附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法,其包含:型坯形成步驟,形成在內面上具有突條之管狀之型坯;螺旋條形成步驟,將上述型坯形成步驟後之型坯之突條形成為螺旋條;及容器形成步驟,使上述螺旋條形成步驟後之型坯自內側膨脹而形成容器;且上述螺旋條形成步驟包含:夾持步驟,對在上述型坯形成步驟時自形成上述型坯之模頭押出而垂下之上述型坯進行夾持;及扭轉步驟,於上述夾持步驟中夾持上述型坯之狀態下,將上述型坯與上述突條一起朝周向扭轉。
於本發明1中,較佳為包含冷卻步驟,將上述型坯之內面之突條進行冷卻;且上述冷卻步驟係與上述型坯形成步驟及上述螺旋條形成步驟一起進行。
又,本發明2係一種附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造裝置,其包含:型坯形成機,其係形成在內面上具有突條之管狀之型坯;螺旋條形成機,其係將上述型坯之突條形成為螺旋狀;及容器形成機,其係使上述突條成為螺旋狀之型坯自內側膨脹而形成容器;且上述螺旋條形成機包含:夾持部,其夾持自上述型坯形成機具有之模頭押出而垂下之上述型坯;及旋轉部,其係使上述夾持部與上述型坯一起朝上述 型坯之周向旋轉,以將上述型坯與上述突條一起朝周向扭轉。
本發明3係一種附有內面螺旋條之容器,其包含:螺旋條,其係形成於容器內面;及口部,其係形成於容器頂部;且上述螺旋條係藉由將突條與自形成在內面上具有上述突條之管狀型坯之模頭伴隨著上述型坯之內面之冷卻而被押出垂下之上述型坯一起扭轉而形成;上述口部之開口端面係僅藉由將自上述模頭押出而垂下之形成有上述螺旋條之上述型坯,自上述模頭切離之切斷加工而形成的平坦面。
根據本發明1及本發明2,夾持自形成型坯之模頭垂下之管狀之型坯,並在夾持著型坯之狀態使型坯繞型坯之軸旋轉。藉由該旋轉,將型坯朝周向扭轉。藉由該扭轉加工,型坯之內面之突條被扭轉而成為螺旋條。且,藉由使形成有該螺旋條之型坯自內側膨脹,可製作附有內面螺旋條之容器。
根據本發明1及本發明2,由於在自模頭押出而垂下之狀態之型坯尚未形成螺旋條,故即便因型坯之本身重量使型坯朝軸向延伸,亦不會產生螺旋條之形狀崩壞之問題。又,由於係夾住自模頭垂下之狀態之型坯之下側部分而扭轉,故可在整個型坯之軸向上形成美觀之螺旋條。
又,根據本發明3,於附有內面螺旋條之容器中,無須進行用以使口部之開口端面平坦化之切削加工等,亦不會存在切削加工等所產生之廢邊進入容器2中之情況。

以下,參照附加圖式詳細說明本發明之實施形態。
(附有內面螺旋條之容器)
圖1係附有內面螺旋條之容器2(以下簡稱為容器2)之縱剖視圖。容器2係形成為有底之筒形。於容器2之頂部形成有口部202,於口部202之外周面形成有陽螺紋。
容器2具有其軸向中間部較軸向兩端部更朝與軸向正交的方向膨脹之形狀。於容器2之外周面及內周面206之中,僅內周面206形成有複數個螺旋條(螺旋狀之突條)207。複數個螺旋條207係以大致等間隔配置於容器2之周向。
容器2適宜作為用以收納化妝品或醫藥品等之容器。例如,由於未於容器2之外周面形成突條,故容易於其外周面貼附標籤。又,於容器2為透明或半透明之情形時,由於可自外面看到容器2之內周面206之螺旋條207,故可提高容器2之美觀程度,而使包含該容器2之商品引人注目。又,可藉由螺旋條207補強容器2。
又,容器2其口部202之開口端面205係沿著與軸向正交的方向之 平坦面。該平坦面係僅藉由自模頭切離用以形成容器2之型坯4時之切斷加工而形成者。因此,與先前不同,無須進行用以使口部202之開口端面205平坦之切削加工等,亦不會存在切削加工等所產生之廢邊進入容器2中之情況。關於上述切斷加工,將予以詳細後述。
<附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造裝置>
接著,對該附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造裝置進行說明。該製造裝置可藉由直接吹塑成形,簡便地製造附有內面螺旋條之容器。圖2係本發明之一實施形態之附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造裝置(以下稱為直接吹塑成形裝置)之概略圖。
如圖2(a)~(c)所示,直接吹塑成形裝置具備:型坯形成機5,其形成管狀之型坯4;螺旋條形成機100,其係將型坯4扭轉;及容器形成機6,其係使型坯4膨脹成容器形狀而獲得容器2。於直接吹塑成形裝置中,螺旋條形成機100與容器形成機6係構成為相對於型坯形成機5移動自如。
(型坯形成機之概要)
於型坯形成機5中,加熱具有熱塑性之樹脂3,將藉由加熱而成為熔融狀態之樹脂3押出成管狀,藉此形成型坯4。此處,作為具有熱塑性之樹脂3,可例示PET(polyethylene terephthalate:聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)樹脂等。
如圖2(a)所示,型坯形成機5具有:型坯形成模頭8,其用以將熔融狀態之熱塑性樹脂押出成管狀而形成型坯4;及樹脂材料供給部9,其係將熔融之樹脂供給至型坯形成模頭8。
樹脂材料供給部9具有:樹脂材料投入口12,其係形成為漏斗狀;形成為圓筒狀之加熱筒13,其係設置於樹脂材料投入口12之下部且用以加熱樹脂材料;押出螺桿14,其用以押出加熱筒13之內部之樹脂材料;及電動馬達15,其驅動押出螺桿14。
押出螺桿14係於加熱筒13之內部與加熱筒13同軸地設置且形成為圓柱狀,且於外周具有螺旋狀之齒。押出螺桿14係由電動馬達15驅動而旋轉。藉此,將位於加熱筒13內之樹脂押出至型坯形成模頭8。
型坯形成模頭8包含:心軸18,其成為將熔融狀態之熱塑性樹脂押出成管狀時之軸模;及型坯形成模頭本體20,其係於心軸18之周圍設置環狀通路19並將其包圍。於型坯形成模頭本體20之孔之內周與心軸18之外周之間,區劃有環狀通路19。為使環狀通路19朝下方開放,心軸18之軸向A1係沿著上下方向。熔融狀態之樹脂3藉由通過環狀通路19而形成為管狀,且於環狀通路19之出口側端部成為型坯4。
又,型坯形成機5具有:後述之第1通風路22,其係形成於心軸18;及第1氣體供給源23,其係對第1通風路22供給加壓冷卻氣體。
第1氣體供給源23係將作為氣體流之加壓冷卻氣體供給至心軸18之第1通風路22。第1通風路22連通於型坯4之內側。加壓冷卻氣體例如為特定壓力之常溫空氣。
藉此,將加壓冷卻氣體通過第1通風路22而吹入至型坯4內。其結果,可將藉由型坯形成模頭8而形成之型坯4保持為管狀。
(於容器內面形成突條之構成之細節)
圖3係型坯形成機5之主要部分之剖視圖。圖4係圖3之IV-IV剖面之剖視圖。參照圖3與圖4,於心軸18之外周35形成有凹槽36,該凹槽36係為了於型坯4之內周406成形突條407而於心軸18之軸向A1延伸。又,心軸18之第1通風路22具有通過心軸18之外周35之凹槽36而對型坯4內吹入加壓冷卻氣體之功能。
心軸18具有:筒狀之主體部37,其作為心軸本體;及凹槽形成構件38,其係固定於主體部37之端部,且形成環狀通路19之出口側端部及凹槽36。心軸18之外周35包含:由主體部37之外周形成之部分、及由凹槽形成構件38之外周形成之部分。
於一實施形態中,主體部37與凹槽形成構件38彼此形成為不同之零件。主體部37與凹槽形成構件38係藉由作為固定構件之螺栓39而相互固定。另,主體部37與凹槽形成構件38之固定方法並非限定於使用螺栓39。例如,主體部37與凹槽形成構件38亦可藉由單一材料一體形成。於本實施形態中,根據主體部37與凹槽形成構件38由螺栓39固定之情形進行說明。
主體部37係於心軸18之軸向A1延伸之柱狀構件。主體部37之外周面形成環狀通路19之一部分,且與凹槽形成構件38之凹槽36之底部連續連接,更佳為圓滑地連接。主體部37具有貫通主體部37之孔40。 孔40係於心軸18之軸向A1延伸。於孔40之下側之端部,形成有陰螺紋。於該陰螺紋旋入嵌合螺栓39之陽螺紋。
凹槽形成構件38具有:第1端面,其係密接於主體部37之端面;第2端面,其係位於第1端面之心軸18之軸向之相反側;及齒輪狀之外周。又,凹槽形成構件38具有供螺栓39插通之插通孔。於螺栓39之頭部與主體部37之端面之間,以緊固狀態夾持凹槽形成構件38。於凹槽形成構件38之外周,形成有複數個、例如8個凹槽36。另,凹槽36只要至少有一個即可。
複數個凹槽36係於心軸18之周向,彼此均等地隔離配置。複數個凹槽36彼此形成為相同形狀。各凹槽36係向環狀通路19之樹脂3之流動方向之兩側開放。凹槽36區劃環狀通路19之出口之一部分。
環狀通路19係區劃於型坯形成模頭本體20之孔之內周與心軸18之外周35之間。環狀通路19之寬度(關於心軸18之徑向之尺寸)係於凹槽36較寬,而於相鄰接之凹槽36彼此之間較窄。
第1通風路22具有吹出加壓冷卻氣體之複數個吹出口50。吹出口50係面向型坯4之突條407而配置於各凹槽36之底部。可藉由加壓冷卻氣體冷卻該突條407。吹出口50係配置於心軸18之外周35之凹槽36之 底部之端部,更具體而言,係配置於押出樹脂3時之環狀通路19之樹脂3之移動方向X1上最上游側之端部,且與型坯4之突條407之最上游端對向。
又,第1通風路22具有:第1部分風路51,其係形成於心軸18且於心軸18之軸向A1延伸;及複數個第2部分風路52,其等係形成於心軸18且於心軸18之徑向以放射狀延伸。於各第2部分風路52之心軸18之徑向外側之端部(相當於通氣之下游側之端部),形成有吹出口50。
又,第1通風路22具有第3部分風路53,該第3部分風路53係為了將複數個第2部分風路52及第1部分風路51相互連接而形成於心軸18。 另,亦可考慮直接連接第1部分風路51與第2部分風路52。
第1部分風路51具有:第1部分55,其係由心軸18之主體部37之孔40所區劃;及第2部分56,其係區劃於心軸18之孔40之端部之內周面與螺栓39之軸部之外周之間。於螺栓39之軸部之外周,形成有於螺栓39之軸向延伸之複數個槽。藉由該等複數個槽、與心軸18之孔之端部之內周面,區劃第1部分風路51之第2部分56。
第3部分風路53包含於心軸18之周向以無端狀延伸之環狀風路。 第3部分風路53係連通於第1部分風路51之第2部分56之下側端部,且連通於複數個第2部分風路52之心軸18之徑向內側之端部。第3部分風路53係例如由形成於螺栓39之軸部之外周之周槽、主體部37之倒角部、及凹槽形成構件38之倒角部之至少一個(於本實施形態中為全部)所區劃。
圖5係圖3所示之凹槽形成構件38之單品狀態下之俯視圖。參照圖3及圖5,複數個第2部分風路52係由形成於凹槽形成構件38之第1端面之放射狀之複數個槽、與主體部37之端面所區劃。
根據本實施形態之型坯形成機5,藉由通過具有附有凹槽36之心軸18的型坯形成模頭8之環狀通路19,押出熔融狀態之熱塑性樹脂, 可形成於內周具有突條407之管狀之型坯4。於該型坯4形成時,可自心軸18之通風路通過凹槽36將氣體流吹入至型坯4內。
因此,由於可使氣體流通過凹槽36重點地沿著型坯4之內周之突條407流動,故可對型坯4之突條407進行集中冷卻,從而可予維持以避免型坯4之突條407之形狀崩壞。例如,於使如上述般形成之型坯4膨脹而形成為容器形狀時,可抑制突條407之形狀崩壞,其結果,可於容器2之內周形成形狀精度較佳之突條407。
又,由於藉由上述氣體流,於通過凹槽36內之突條407之表面與凹槽36之內面之間形成薄的氣體層,故可使熱塑性樹脂容易於凹槽36內流動。
(螺旋條形成機)
螺旋條形成機100係使型坯4之內面之突條407向螺旋形狀塑性變形者。如圖6所示,螺旋條形成機100具備:基台101;螺旋條形成部102,其係設置於基台101;移動機構103,其係使螺旋條形成部102與基台101一起向水平方向及垂直方向移動;感測器108;以及控制部104,其控制螺旋條形成部102及移動機構103之動作。
移動機構103係使螺旋條形成部102與基台101一起向型坯形成模頭8之下側移動,或使螺旋條形成部102自型坯形成模頭8之下側退避者。
如圖6所示,移動機構103具備:支持台110、4條支柱111、及移動用馬達112。支持台110係相對於沿上下方向延伸之4條支柱111於上下方向移動自如地被支持。其係構成為:當驅動移動用馬達112時,支持台110沿著4條支柱111於上下方向移動。於支持台110之上表面,基台101以朝相對於支柱111之長度方向正交之方向移動自如地被支持。其係構成為:藉由驅動未圖示之馬達,基台101於支持台110之上表面向左右方向移動。
螺旋條形成部102係設置於基台101之端部附近。於一實施形態中,設置有3個螺旋條形成部102,但其數量僅為例示。如圖7所示,螺旋條形成部102具備:作為夾持部之一對臂105、開閉機構106、及作為旋轉部之旋轉馬達107。
一對臂105係用以夾住型坯4者。臂之材質為鋁,臂105之外表面係由鐵氟龍(註冊商標)所被覆。
各臂105係如圖7(a)所示,其下端部連接於開閉機構106。當驅動開閉機構106時,藉由使一對臂105之上端部分離/接近,而進行一對臂105之開閉動作。各臂105具有其上端部向內側彎曲之形狀。又,如圖7(b)所示,臂105具有寬幅之形狀。藉由採用此種形狀,可使臂105容易地夾住型坯4。
旋轉馬達107係設置於螺旋條形成機100之基台101之上表面。旋轉馬達107係以旋轉馬達107之驅動軸朝上方延伸之方式設置。於旋轉馬達107之驅動軸,連結有連接一對臂105之開閉機構106。
一對臂105係以各臂相對於通過旋轉馬達107之驅動軸之軸心之假想線(圖7(a)之C)成為線對稱之方式配置。該假想線係與一對臂105之對稱線一致。
感測器108係配置於一對臂105之側方且為上方(參照圖7(a)、(b)之以虛線表示之感測器108)。
螺旋條形成機100之控制部104係驅動移動機構103而使螺旋條形成部102向型坯形成模頭8之下側移動。此時,以使型坯4之軸與一對臂105之對稱軸(臂間之中央線)一致之方式移動螺旋條形成部102。控制部104係當感測器108檢測到自型坯形成模頭8垂下至特定之位置之型坯4時,驅動螺旋條形成部102之開閉機構106,閉合一對臂105,而使一對臂105夾住型坯4之外周面之下側部分。此時,型坯4之外周面之下側部分因臂105之力而成為壓扁狀態。如此,藉由將型坯4之外周 面之下側部分壓扁,可使一對臂105穩固地夾住型坯4。
控制部104係於一對臂105夾住型坯4之下側部分之狀態下,使旋轉馬達107以特定之旋轉速度驅動特定之旋轉角度。藉由該旋轉馬達107之驅動,一對臂105繞旋轉馬達107之旋轉軸扭轉,而將型坯4朝周向扭轉。藉此,型坯4之內面之突條407成為螺旋狀。其後,控制部104係驅動移動機構103而使螺旋條形成部102自型坯形成模頭8之下側退避。
(容器形成機)
容器形成機6具有:基台60;2個容器模具25,其等係設置於基台60;注入裝置27,其具有與所形成之容器2之口部之直徑相應之吹塑銷26;及移動機構(未圖示),其係使容器模具25及注入裝置27與基台60一起移動(參照圖2)。容器模具25係用以使由螺旋條形成機100扭轉之型坯4膨脹而形成為容器形狀者。2個容器模具25係構成為可交互替換。
容器形成機6之移動機構螺旋條使容器模具25向型坯形成模頭8之下側移動,取代自型坯形成模頭8之下側退避之螺旋條形成部102。
將突條407由螺旋條形成機100扭轉而成為螺旋狀之型坯4之一部分收納於容器模具25內,且使收納於容器模具25內之型坯4膨脹成容器形狀並予冷卻,藉此獲得容器2。
容器模具25其作為形成容器2之部分的凹部之內面係形成為容器2之外表面之形狀。又,容器模具25係由可於橫向相對移動之一對分割模具29構成。
當容器模具25移動至型坯形成模頭8之下側後,型坯4配置於一對分割模具29之間時,彼此隔開之一對分割模具29相互接近,分割面彼此相互相接。於該狀態之容器模具25內,使型坯4膨脹而形成為容器形狀。
又,容器形成機6具有:第2通風路32,其係形成於吹塑銷26;及第2氣體供給源33,其係對第2通風路32供給加壓冷卻氣體。
第2氣體供給源33係將作為加壓冷卻氣體之特定壓力之常溫空氣供給至吹塑銷26之第2通風路32。第2通風路32可連通於位於容器模具25內之型坯4之內側。藉此,將加壓冷卻氣體通過第2通風路32,以需要之時序吹出至型坯4內。
當結束利用容器模具25形成容器2時,容器形成機6之移動機構使容器模具25自型坯形成模頭8之下側退避,且螺旋條形成機100之移動機構103使螺旋條形成部向型坯形成模頭8之下側移動。如此般構成為:藉由螺旋條形成機100之移動機構103及容器形成機6之移動機構,使螺旋條形成部102與容器模具25之位置交互替換。
<附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法>
附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法(以下稱為直接吹塑成形方法)包含如下步驟:(1)型坯形成步驟,其係將熔融狀態之熱塑性樹脂3押出成管狀而形成型坯4;(2)螺旋條形成步驟,其係將型坯4扭轉而使型坯4之突條407形成為螺旋形狀;及(3)容器形成步驟,其係於將螺旋條形成步驟中被扭轉之型坯4之一端部密封之狀態下,於容器模具25內之型坯4內吹入加壓冷卻氣體,藉此一面使型坯4膨脹成容器形狀,一面將其冷卻,而獲得容器2。
(型坯形成步驟)
如圖8所示,於型坯形成步驟中,將固形狀態之樹脂3自樹脂材料投入口12投入至加熱筒13。投入至加熱筒13之樹脂3係受到加熱筒13之熱而徐徐熔融。與此同時,熔融之樹脂3係利用藉由電動馬達15驅動之押出螺桿14之押出力,自加熱筒13被運送至型坯形成模頭8。
到達型坯形成模頭8之熔融狀態之樹脂3係通過環狀通路19,向型坯形成模頭8之下方被押出。藉此,形成管狀之型坯4。
又,於形成型坯4時,自第1通風路22通過凹槽36吹出加壓冷卻氣體。該加壓冷卻氣體被略微加壓(例如,0.5~1.0kg/cm2),而較容器形成機6之第2通風路32之加壓冷卻氣體為低壓。以於將第1通風路22之加壓冷卻氣體向處於軟化狀態之型坯4吹出時,該型坯4之形狀實質上不變化之方式,設定第1通風路22之加壓冷卻氣體之壓力。
伴隨著型坯4之形成,藉由型坯形成模頭8之心軸18之外周35之凹槽36,於型坯4之內周406形成突條407。於該突條407處,型坯4之壁厚相對較厚。
加壓冷卻氣體(圖3之F1)自第1通風路22之吹出口50被吹出後,沿著型坯4之內周406之突條407,向心軸18之徑向外側流動,且於心軸18之軸向A1向下方流動。又,加壓冷卻氣體係沿著突條407,自突條407之頂部徐徐向其周邊流動。隨後,加壓冷卻氣體被吹入至型坯4內。
-於容器內面形成突條之步驟之細節-
於型坯4之形成時,使加壓冷卻氣體自心軸18之吹出口50(參照圖4)以沿著型坯4之內周406之突條407之方式流動。此係將型坯之內面之突條407冷卻之冷卻步驟。藉此,可對型坯4之突條407進行集中冷卻,從而可予維持以避免型坯4之突條407之形狀崩壞。因此,例如,於使如上述般形成之型坯4膨脹而形成為容器形狀時,可抑制突條407之形狀崩壞,其結果,可於容器2之主體部203之內周面206形成形狀精度較佳之螺旋條207。
又,由於藉由來自第1通風路22之加壓冷卻氣體,於通過凹槽36內之突條407之表面與凹槽36之內面之間形成薄形氣體層,故可使熱塑性樹脂3容易於凹槽36內流動。其結果,可更進一步提高容器2之螺旋條207之形狀精度。
又,第1通風路22之吹出口50係配置於凹槽36之最上游側端部之 底部(參照圖3)。藉此,加壓冷卻氣體可於形成型坯4之突條407後立即開始冷卻。
又,由於第1通風路22之吹出口50係形成於作為形成凹槽36之構件之凹槽形成構件38,故吹出口50與凹槽36可相互精度較佳地進行定位。藉此,可使來自第1通風路22之加壓冷卻氣體確實地沿著凹槽36。其結果,可更進一步提高容器2之螺旋條207之形狀精度。
(螺旋條形成步驟)
於型坯形成步驟中,伴隨著樹脂3被押出,型坯4自型坯形成模頭8垂下。且,於螺旋條形成步驟中,如圖8所示,當感測器108檢測到型坯4垂下至特定之位置時,一對臂105夾持型坯4之外周面之下側部分(夾持步驟)。此時,型坯4之下側部分因一對臂105之夾持力而成為壓扁狀態。其後,以夾持型坯4之狀態將型坯4與突條407一起朝周向扭轉(扭轉步驟)。藉此,突條407乃往成為螺旋條之形狀變形。此處,該扭轉步驟較佳為將型坯4繞型坯4之軸扭轉。
又,於扭轉型坯4之情形時,考慮到型坯4之復原力,可進行稍多的扭轉。例如,於形成扭轉3/4圈之螺旋條之情形時,考慮到型坯4因復原力轉回1/4圈,而將型坯4扭轉1圈。藉此,可形成期望之螺旋條。
(容器形成步驟)
接著,於容器形成步驟中,如圖9所示,以於突條407成為螺旋形狀之型坯4之外側,一對分割模具29打開之狀態進行定位(圖9右側之分割模具29)。此時,型坯4係成自模頭垂下之狀態。其後,藉由一對分割模具29夾入型坯4,密封型坯4之下側(圖9左側之分割模具29)。於該夾入時,切斷因一對臂105而壓扁之型坯4之下端部分。接著,下端部被密封之型坯4之上端部於切斷面S(參照圖9)由熱切割機(未圖示)切斷。
此處,由於型坯4為半固形狀態,故於熱切割機剛切斷後,型坯4之切斷面中之與螺旋條207相關之部分向下側垂下,導致型坯4之切斷面變得凹凸。可認為此點係因螺旋條207自型坯4之內周面朝徑向突出而產生。螺旋條207自型坯4之內周面突出之長度越長,則螺旋條207越容易因本身重量而向下側垂下。然而,於一實施形態之製造方法中,由於型坯之內面之螺旋條207由冷卻步驟冷卻,故螺旋條207之部分已硬化。由此,於熱切割機剛切斷後,螺旋條207之切斷面之部分不會垂下,型坯4之切斷面保持平坦之原狀。型坯4之切斷面相當於容器2之口部202之開口端面205。因此,無須進行用以使口部202之開口端面205平坦化之切削加工等,亦不會存在切削加工等所產生之廢邊進入容器2中之情況。
來自第1通風路22之加壓冷卻氣體係於自開始形成型坯4之時點至型坯4之特定部分被切斷為止之期間吹出。另,加壓冷卻氣體亦可於需要之時序吹出。
接著,於被切斷之型坯4之上端部之開口,***注入裝置27之吹塑銷26(圖9左側之分割模具29)。其後,自吹塑銷26之第2通風路32之吹出口,將約0.39~0.49MPa之加壓空氣吹入至底部閉塞之型坯4內。 藉此,高溫且處於半固形狀態之型坯4膨脹。其結果,型坯4之壁厚變薄,且型坯4成為沿著容器模具25之內面。藉此,以半固形狀態形成容器2。
於型坯4膨脹時,螺旋狀之突條407處之與半固形狀態之型坯4之周向相關之延伸被抑制,與此相對,相鄰接之突條407間之與半固形狀態之型坯4之周向相關之延伸未被抑制。其結果,於容器2之主體部203之內周面206形成突條207。
接著,藉由將容器模具25冷卻,使容器2固形化。然後,使一對分割模具29彼此隔開,而將容器2自一對分割模具29卸下。
另,作為通過第1通風路22及第2通風路32之加壓冷卻氣體,並非限定於空氣,亦可為不與形成型坯4之樹脂3反應之氣體、例如惰性氣體。
(其他實施形態)
又,關於本實施形態,可考慮如以下之變化例。於以下之說明中,以與上述實施形態不同之方面為中心進行說明。另,關於其他構成,與上述實施形態相同。
例如,於型坯形成步驟中,亦可藉由自第1通風路22通過凹槽36於型坯4內吹入加壓冷卻氣體,使位於容器模具25內之型坯4膨脹,其後,切斷型坯4之特定部分。
又,雖未圖示,但吹出口50亦可配置於與心軸18之軸向A1相關之凹槽36之中間部。
又,雖未圖示,但第1通風路22之第2部分風路52亦可由具有吹出口50、形成於心軸18之主體部37之端面且於心軸18之徑向延伸之槽、及凹槽形成構件38之第1端面所區劃。又,第1通風路22之第2部分風路52亦可由形成於心軸18之主體部37之端面且於心軸18之徑向延伸之槽、及與該槽對向且形成於凹槽形成構件38之第1端面並且於心軸18徑向延伸之槽所區劃。
又,於一實施形態之螺旋條形成機100中,一對臂105係自型坯4之下側夾住型坯4,但並非限定於此,例如,亦可為一對臂105自型坯4之側方夾住型坯4。於該情形時,藉由使位於型坯4之徑向外側之一對臂105朝型坯4之周向旋轉,而扭轉型坯4。即便為該情形,亦可形成與此一實施形態相同之螺旋條。
又,於一實施形態之螺旋條形成機100中,夾持構件為一對臂105,但並非限定於此,例如,亦可為遍及筒狀之開閉機構之全周而設置有3個以上之臂者。又,亦可使夾持構件形成為筒狀,藉由使該 筒狀之夾持構件嵌合於型坯4之下端開口而夾持型坯4。
又,於一實施形態之螺旋條形成機100中,係將感測器108配置於一對臂105之側方,但並非限定於此,例如,亦可將感測器108向上配置於一對臂105之下側且位於臂間之對稱線上。於該情形時,亦可將感測器固定於開閉機構之上表面。
此外,可於申請專利範圍所記載之事項之範圍內實施各種設計變更。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法,其係包括形成在內面上具有突條之管狀之型坯之型坯形成步驟,其特徵在於包含:螺旋條形成步驟,將上述型坯形成步驟後之型坯之突條形成為螺旋條;及容器形成步驟,使上述螺旋條形成步驟後之型坯自內側膨脹而形成容器;且上述螺旋條形成步驟包含:夾持步驟,對在上述型坯形成步驟時自形成上述型坯之模頭押出而垂下之上述型坯進行夾持;及扭轉步驟,於上述夾持步驟中夾持上述型坯之狀態下,將上述型坯與上述突條一起朝周向扭轉。
  2. 如請求項1之附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造方法,其包含:冷卻步驟,將上述型坯之內面之突條冷卻;且上述冷卻步驟係與上述型坯形成步驟及上述螺旋條形成步驟一起進行。
  3. 一種附有內面螺旋條之容器之製造裝置,其係包括形成在內面上具有突條之管狀之型坯之型坯形成機,其特徵在於包含:螺旋條形成機,其係將上述型坯之突條形成為螺旋狀;及容器形成機,其係使上述突條成為螺旋狀之型坯自內側膨脹而形成容器;且上述螺旋條形成機包含:夾持部,其夾持自上述型坯形成機具有之模頭押出而垂下之上述型坯;及旋轉部,其係使上述夾持部與上述型坯一起朝上述型坯之周向旋轉,以將上述型坯與上述突條一起朝周向扭轉。
  4. 一種附有內面螺旋條之容器,其係藉由如請求項1或2之製造方 法所製造。
  5. 一種附有內面螺旋條之容器,其係包含形成於容器內面之螺旋條及形成於容器頂部之口部,其特徵在於:上述螺旋條係藉由將突條與自形成在內面上具有上述突條之管狀型坯之模頭伴隨著上述型坯之內面之冷卻而被押出垂下之上述型坯一起扭轉而形成;且上述口部之開口端面係僅藉由將自上述模頭押出而垂下之形成有上述螺旋條之上述型坯,自上述模頭切離之切斷加工而形成的平坦面。
