Description

將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體及其製程
本發明係一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體及其製程,尤指先在一支撐泡綿之頂面形成調溫層,再於調溫層上貼覆一透氣泡綿之墊體,由於該透氣泡綿具有較大的內部孔隙,故,使用者躺靠於墊體上後,該調溫層內的相變化微膠囊仍能透過孔隙,連通至周遭空氣,以發揮其散熱效果。
按,相變化材料(Phase Change Material,簡稱PCM)係指具有高熔化熱的物質,能在特定的溫度時熔化或固化,並藉由物質狀態的改變來吸收或釋放熱能。相變化材料最早起源於1950年代,在1970年***始被廣泛研究利用,發展至今,其應用層面包括建築材料、織物、寢具、航太材料、致冷設備等。
目前,業界發現的相變化材料已達6000種以上,根據材料特性,主要可分成無機相變化材料(如:鹽類水合物Salt hydrates)、有機相變化材料(如:石蠟、脂肪酸fatty acids及其聚合物)、高分子相變化材料和複合相變化材料等四大類。一般言,在相變化材料應用於床墊上時,業者通常會將相變化材料製作成「微膠囊」,所謂「微膠囊」是指將固體、液體或氣體等態樣的相變化材料包裹在一個微小的膠囊中,其製作過程係稱為微 膠囊化(microencapsulation),是當今世界上發展迅速、用途廣泛且較為成熟的一種技術,包封相變化材料用的外殼稱為「壁材」,其內的相變化材料則稱為「芯材」,依不同的產品需求,「相變化微膠囊」的體積能被製成0.01μm~1000μm,且其形狀可以為球形、穀粒狀、塊狀…等。
在製作床墊時,業者係將相變化微膠囊混合至發泡材料,再製成床墊;或在床墊之表面塗佈相變化微膠囊,以藉由該等「微膠囊」吸收外界的熱量,如此,就理論上而言,當床墊擁有相變化材料的特性後,即能快速散熱,令使用者擁有較舒適的躺臥環境,而不需大幅利用電器產品(如:冷氣機、暖氣機)來調節溫度。然而,發明人發現,無論是「將相變化微膠囊混合至發泡材料」或「在床墊之表面塗佈相變化微膠囊」的作法,在實務上皆不盡理想,前者「將相變化微膠囊混合至發泡材料」的問題在於,相變化微膠囊混合至發泡材料,並製成床墊的過程中,相變化微膠囊會破壞床墊的彈性與平滑性,造成品質下滑;而後者「在床墊之表面塗佈相變化微膠囊」的問題在於,當使用者躺靠至床墊上時,由於其身體肌膚會壓迫覆蓋住相變化微膠囊,致使當相變化微膠囊快速吸收過多熱量後,無法透過外界環境溫度來調節降溫(因為表面積分別被使用者的身體肌膚及床墊的發泡材料所遮蔽),導致蓄積的熱能無從逸散,而失去了應有的功效。
因此,發明人乃思及,是否能針對相變化微膠囊,設計出一種嶄新的結構,不僅能維持製程上的良率與品質,且尚能解決相變化微膠囊被使用者身體肌膚覆蓋後導致的蓄熱問題?故,如何根據相變化微膠囊之特性,對習知各種墊體之結構與製程進行改良,以實現前述目的,即成 為本發明在此亟欲解決的重要課題。
有鑑於業者將相變化微膠囊應用於習知床墊上時,有影響良率或無法充分解決蓄熱等問題,發明人憑藉著多年來的實務經驗,經過多次的研究、測試與改良後,終於設計出本發明之一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體及其製程,期能有效克服習知技術的諸多缺憾。
本發明之一目的,係提供一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體,包括一支撐泡綿、一調溫層及一透氣泡綿,該支撐泡綿之頂面及底面之間具有一第一厚度;該調溫層包括複數個相變化微膠囊及一膠合材料,該等相變化微膠囊及膠合材料係佈設於該支撐泡綿之頂面,且該膠合材料能包覆該等相變化微膠囊;該透氣泡綿之頂面及底面之間具有一第二厚度,該第二厚度係小於該第一厚度,且該透氣泡綿之內部孔隙大於該支撐泡綿之內部孔隙;該透氣泡綿之底面能貼覆至該調溫層上,以透過該調溫層中之該膠合材料,與該支撐泡綿結合成一體。如此,由於該等相變化微膠囊能透過該透氣泡綿的內部孔隙,連通周遭空氣,故,即能解決習知技術中因被使用者身體肌膚覆蓋,而產生的蓄熱問題。
本發明之另一目的,係提供一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體製程,包括下列步驟:將一透氣泡綿定位至一加工平台上;利用網版印刷,將複數個相變化微膠囊佈設至該透氣泡綿之一側面;在透氣泡綿之一側面塗佈一膠合材料,使該膠合材料能包覆該等相變化微膠囊,形成一調溫層;將一支撐泡綿貼覆至該調溫層上,該支撐泡綿之兩對應側面之間具有一第一厚度,該透氣泡綿之兩對應側面之間具有一第二 厚度,該第二厚度係小於該第一厚度,且該透氣泡綿之孔隙大於該支撐泡綿之孔隙,該支撐泡綿能透過該等調溫單元中之該膠合材料,與該透氣泡綿結合成一體。據此,由於該製程所形成之墊體結構精簡,且無涉該等泡綿的發泡過程,故,即能在兼顧製程良率與產品品質的前提下,製作出墊體,以因應不同尺寸與構形的產品使用。
為便 貴審查委員能對本發明之結構特徵、製程方式與目的有更進一步的認識與理解,茲舉實施例配合圖式,詳細說明如下:

本發明係一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體及其製程,請參閱第1圖所示,係本發明之墊體1的第一較佳實施例示意圖,該墊體1包括一支撐泡綿11(溫感釋壓層)、一調溫層12及一透氣泡綿13(服貼透氣層),該支撐泡綿11(如:記憶泡綿、矽膠泡綿、惰性泡綿)能被裁切成一床墊、椅墊或靠墊的尺寸與構形,且其頂面及底面間係具有一第一厚度(如:10~30公分,但並不以此為限)。
該調溫層12包括複數個相變化微膠囊121及一膠合材料123(如:水性膠),該等相變化微膠囊121係於一微型膠囊殼體中,封裝有相變化材料,由於相變化材料之製程技術為本案的技術背景,且其材質可依 業者需求自行調整,故在此即不另贅述。此外,相變化微膠囊121之體積極小,肉眼難以辨識,惟,為了表現出該等相變化微膠囊121的相對位置,在本發明之圖式中,仍以示意方式繪製出該等相變化微膠囊121,合先陳明。
該等相變化微膠囊121係佈設(如:透過網版印刷,或均勻塗佈)於該支撐泡綿11之頂面,該膠合材料123則塗佈於該支撐泡綿11之頂面,且能包覆該等相變化微膠囊121,以形成該調溫層12(該調溫層12可由網版網版印刷,或均勻塗佈等方式,形成於該支撐泡綿11或透氣泡綿13上,其製程將於後文詳述);該透氣泡綿13之構形係與該支撐泡綿11相匹配,其頂面及底面之間具有一第二厚度(如:2~5公分,但並不以此為限),該第二厚度係小於該第一厚度,且該透氣泡綿13之內部孔隙大於該支撐泡綿11之內部孔隙(在本實施例中,該透氣泡綿13係一種高透氣通孔性泡綿);該透氣泡綿13之底面能貼覆至該調溫層12上,以透過該調溫層12中之該膠合材料123,與該支撐泡綿11結合成一體。
如此,在使用者躺臥至該墊體1上後,由於使用者的身體肌膚並不會直接接觸到該調溫層12,故,該等相變化微膠囊121仍能透過該透氣泡綿13的孔隙,連通至周遭空氣,以在該等相變化微膠囊121間接地由該透氣泡綿13,吸收使用者的熱能後,能迅速地透過外界環境溫度來調節降溫,以保持該墊體1之涼爽,據此,即能解決習知技術中,業者直接將相變化微膠囊佈設於墊體表面,導致使用者躺靠在習知墊體上時,該等相變化微膠囊會因為被使用者的身體肌膚覆蓋,無法有效排除蓄積熱能的問題。
在本實施例中,該支撐泡綿11及透氣泡綿13之材質皆為黏彈性之聚胺基甲酸酯泡綿(Viscoelastic Polyurethane Foam),根據發泡製程或 條件的不同,即能讓所呈現之結構(即,內部孔隙之大小)與特性(即,彈性或支撐力)有所不同,其中,該支撐泡綿11係為緩慢恢復之承載材質,具有釋壓效果;該透氣泡綿13之內部孔隙係由複數個透氣孔構成,該等透氣孔係多重層疊交錯且彼此相互貫通,俗稱網狀過濾泡綿。由於該等泡綿11、13之發泡製程為業界之公知技術,故在此即不贅述(如申請人先前申請之台灣第I303163號發明專利)。
另,在本發明之第一較佳實施例中,該等相變化微膠囊121能透過一黏著劑122(如:樹脂),分別被混合成複數個調溫單元120(如:球狀體),使該等調溫單元120能等間距地佈設於該支撐泡綿11上。意即,業者可先將該等相變化微膠囊121與黏著劑122相混合,再利用一粒狀網板印刷機具,將混合後之該等相變化微膠囊121與黏著劑122,分別等間距地佈設在該支撐泡綿11之頂面(即,點狀分佈),以形成該等調溫單元120,據此,透過該黏著劑122,即能確保該等相變化微膠囊121能成團固定在該支撐泡綿11上。
本發明除了能提昇透氣性,以發揮相變化微膠囊121應有的散熱效果外,尚具有結構簡潔、易於實施的優點,故,即便該墊體1的尺寸較小(如:作為枕墊),亦不會因此影響到製作上的良率與難度。此外,透過製程上的步驟設計,尚能進一步提高該墊體1的散熱性能。為便 貴審查委員及相關技術領域之人士理解,茲進一步說明本發明之墊體1的製程如後,請參閱第1、2A~2C及3圖所示,該製程係包括下列步驟:(301)將一透氣泡綿13定位至一加工平台2上,該透氣泡綿13之兩對應側面之間係具有一第二厚度(在第2A圖中,該透氣泡綿13係呈倒置, 意即,此時該透氣泡綿13的底面即為日後使用者躺靠的平面);(302)利用網版印刷,將複數個相變化微膠囊121以點狀方式佈設至該透氣泡綿13之一側面,此時,部份相變化微膠囊121會滲入至該透氣泡綿13的內部孔隙中;(303)在透氣泡綿13之一側面塗佈一膠合材料123,使該膠合材料123能包覆該等相變化微膠囊121,形成一調溫層12;及(304)將一支撐泡綿11貼覆至該調溫層12上,該支撐泡綿11之兩對應側面之間係具有一第一厚度,該第一厚度係大於該第二厚度,且該透氣泡綿13之內部孔隙大於該支撐泡綿11之內部孔隙,該支撐泡綿11能透過該調溫層12中之該膠合材料123,與該透氣泡綿13結合成一體。
據此,由於前述製程中,業者係在「內部孔隙較大」且「位於墊體1頂部(此處之「頂部」係指第2C圖之墊體1翻轉後的狀態,如第1圖所示)」的透氣泡綿13塗佈該等相變化微膠囊121,故,部份相變化微膠囊121將能滲入於該透氣泡綿13的內部孔隙,如第2C圖所示,當該墊體1被製作完成,並被翻轉,令使用者能躺靠於該墊體1上時(此時,使用者躺靠的平面即為第2C圖中該透氣泡綿13的底面),由於該等相變化微膠囊121能更接近於使用者之身體肌膚,故能更利於吸熱、散熱。假如前述步驟係在支撐泡綿11上塗佈該調溫層12,則即便部份之相變化微膠囊121滲入該支撐泡綿11之內部孔隙中,亦會因為與使用者之身體肌膚較遠、且間隔有該膠合材料123,而無法進一步強化散熱效果。
又,在本實施例中,該等相變化微膠囊121係先與一黏著劑122相混合後,再透過網版印刷,佈設至該透氣泡綿13之一側面,使該等相 變化微膠囊121能透過該黏著劑122,分別被混合成複數個調溫單元120,該等調溫單元120間保持有一間距,且能黏著於該透氣泡綿13之一側面。
本發明之製程優點在於,該等相變化微膠囊121的佈設不涉及該等泡綿11、13的發泡過程,故,不會影響到該等泡綿11、13的彈性或平滑性,此外,本發明之製程無須使用結構複雜的治具或框架等配件,能保持墊體1的整體構形精簡,因此,即便欲製作尺寸較小的枕墊或構形特殊的頸墊,亦不會因此而影響良率,讓該墊體1的應用層面更為寬廣。特別是,本發明之技術係將該等相變化微膠囊121與黏著劑122被混合成該等調溫單元120,並以「點狀」方式將該等調溫單元120佈設在該等泡綿11、13之間,此一「點狀」設計將能實現下列三點功效:
(1)確保調溫層12穩定性:如前所述,該等相變化微膠囊121之體積極小,因此,在該等相變化微膠囊121與黏著劑122被混合成該等調溫單元120,且以網版印刷方式佈設至該等泡綿11、13間後,由於該等調溫單元120之團固大小(即,網版的孔徑)大於該透氣泡綿13之孔隙,故能確保該等相變化微膠囊121不會滲漏至該透氣泡綿13外。
(2)確保墊體1的物性:在該等調溫單元120以點狀方式,等間距地佈設於該等泡綿11、13間後,由於該等調溫單元120間不會相互黏結,故可確保該調溫層12不會破壞該墊體1整體的彈性與蓬鬆度。
(3)避免調溫層12形成薄膜:若該等相變化微膠囊121與黏著劑122係均勻地塗抹於該等泡綿11、13之間,則該等相變化微膠囊121將會形成一層易脆薄膜,不僅容易龜裂、掉屑,且乾燥後會收縮,而破壞該等泡綿11、13的物理特性。

Claims (5)

  1. 一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體,包括:一支撐泡綿,其頂面及底面之間具有一第一厚度;一調溫層,包括複數個相變化微膠囊及一膠合材料,該等相變化微膠囊及該膠合材料係佈設於該支撐泡綿之頂面,且該膠合材料能包覆該等相變化微膠囊;及一透氣泡綿,其頂面及底面之間具有一第二厚度,該第二厚度係小於該第一厚度,且該透氣泡綿之內部孔隙大於該支撐泡綿之內部孔隙;該透氣泡綿之底面能貼覆至該調溫層上,以透過該調溫層中之該膠合材料,與該支撐泡綿結合成一體,且部份之該等該等相變化微膠囊能滲入該透氣泡綿之內部孔隙中。
  2. 如請求項1所述之墊體,其中,該等相變化微膠囊能透過一黏著劑,分別被混合成複數個調溫單元,該等調溫單元間保持有一間距,以排列於該支撐泡綿之頂面。
  3. 如請求項2所述之墊體,其中,該支撐泡綿之材質為記憶泡綿。
  4. 一種將調溫層設於兩層泡綿間以改善蓄熱問題之墊體製程,係包括下列步驟:將一透氣泡綿定位至一加工平台上;利用網版印刷,將複數個相變化微膠囊佈設至該透氣泡綿之一側面,使部份相變化微膠囊滲入該透氣泡綿之內部孔隙;在透氣泡綿之一側面塗佈一膠合材料,使該膠合材料能包覆該等相變化微膠囊,形成一調溫層;及將一支撐泡綿貼覆至該調溫層上,該支撐泡綿之兩對應側面之間具有一第一厚度,該透氣泡綿之兩對應側面之間則具有一第二厚度,該第二厚 度係小於該第一厚度,且該透氣泡綿之內部孔隙大於該支撐泡綿之內部孔隙,該支撐泡綿能透過該調溫層中之該膠合材料,與該透氣泡綿結合成一體。
  5. 如請求項4所述之墊體製程,其中,該等相變化微膠囊係先與一黏著劑相混合後,再透過網版印刷,佈設至該透氣泡綿之一側面,使該等相變化微膠囊能透過該黏著劑,分別被混合成複數個調溫單元,該等調溫單元間保持有一間距,且能黏著於該透氣泡綿之一側面。
