Abstract
Description
(301)通気フォーム13を加工テーブル2に固定し、通気フォーム13の両対向側面の間に第2の厚みを有し(図2A内において、通気フォーム13が逆さ置きで示され、すなわち、この時の通気フォーム13の底面は利用者が横たわる平面である);
(302)スクリーン印刷を利用して、複数の相変化マイクロカプセル121を通気フォーム13の一側面に点状に敷設し、この時、一部の相変化マイクロカプセル121が通気フォーム13の内部孔隙の中に浸み込み;
(303)通気フォーム13の一側面に結着剤123を塗布し、結着剤123でそれら相変化マイクロカプセル121を覆うことで、調温層12を形成させ;
(304)支持フォーム11を調温層12に貼付し、支持フォーム11の両対向側面の間に第1の厚みを有し、第1の厚みが第2の厚みより大きく、且つ通気フォーム13の内部孔隙が支持フォーム11の内部孔隙より大きく、支持フォーム11が調温層12内の結着剤123を通じて通気フォーム13と結合して一体となることができる。
(1)調温層12の安定性の確保:前述のように、それら相変化マイクロカプセル121の体積は極めて小さいため、それら相変化マイクロカプセル121と接着剤122がそれら調温ユニット120として混合され、且つスクリーン印刷方式で支持フォーム11と通気フォーム13との間に敷設された後、それら調温ユニット120のクラスタサイズ(すなわち、スクリーン版の孔径)が通気フォーム13の孔隙より大きいため、それら相変化マイクロカプセル121が通気フォーム13の外側に浸み出すことがないように確保することができる。
(2)マットレス本体1の物理特性の確保:それら調温ユニット120は、支持フォーム11と通気フォーム13との間に等間隔で点状に敷設された後、それら調温ユニット120の間が互いに結着しないため、調温層12がマットレス本体1の全体的な弾性とふわふわ感を破壊しないよう確保できる。
(3)調温層12が薄膜を形成することを防止:それら相変化マイクロカプセル121と接着剤122が支持フォーム11と通気フォーム13との間に均一に塗布される場合、それら相変化マイクロカプセル121が一層の脆性薄膜を形成することになり、容易に割れや屑落ちが起きやすいだけでなく、且つ乾燥後に収縮して、支持フォーム11と通気フォーム13の物理特性を破壊する。

Claims (6)
- 頂面及び底面の間に第1の厚みを有する支持フォームと、
複数の相変化マイクロカプセルと結着剤とを含み、前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセル及び前記結着剤が前記支持フォームの頂面に敷設され、且つ前記結着剤が前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルを覆うことができる調温層と、
頂面及び底面の間に第2の厚みを有し、前記第2の厚みが前記第1の厚みより小さく、且つその内部孔隙が前記支持フォームの内部孔隙より大きく、その底面は前記調温層に貼付され、前記調温層内の前記結着剤を通じて前記支持フォームと結合して一体となることができる通気フォームと、
を含むことを特徴とするマットレス本体。 - 前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルの一部は、前記通気フォームの内部孔隙の中に浸み込むことができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマットレス本体。
- 前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルは、接着剤を通じて複数の調温ユニットとして各々混合されることができ、前記複数の調温ユニットは、互いに間隔をおいて前記支持フォームの頂面に配列されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマットレス本体。
- 前記支持フォームの素材は、形状記憶フォームであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマットレス本体。
- 通気フォームを加工テーブル上に位置決めするステップと、
スクリーン印刷を利用して、複数の相変化マイクロカプセルを前記通気フォームの一側面に敷設し、前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルの一部を前記通気フォームの内部孔隙に浸み込ませるステップと、
前記通気フォームの前記一側面に結着剤を塗布して、前記結着剤が前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルを覆うことで、調温層を形成させるステップと、
支持フォームを前記調温層に貼付し、前記支持フォームの両対向側面の間に第1の厚みを有し、前記通気フォームの両対向側面の間に第2の厚みを有し、前記第2の厚みが前記第1の厚みより小さく、且つ前記通気フォームの内部孔隙が前記支持フォームの内部孔隙より大きく、前記支持フォームが前記調温層内の前記結着剤を通じて、前記通気フォームと結合して一体となることができるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするマットレス本体の製造工程。 - 前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルは、まず接着剤と混合してからスクリーン印刷を通じて、前記通気フォームの前記一側面に敷設され、前記接着剤により前記複数の相変化マイクロカプセルを複数の調温ユニットとして各々混合させ、前記複数の調温ユニットは、互いに間隔をおいて前記通気フォームの前記一側面に接着できることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマットレス本体の製造工程。
