Claims (26)

  1. 一種在存在一操作於一第二頻帶中之第二收發器的情況下使一第一收發器在一第一頻帶中操作的方法,其中該第一收發器在一第一通信系統中操作且該第二收發器在一第二通信系統中操作,該方法包含:使該第一收發器根據一第一收發器並存策略於該第一通信系統中操作;確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器之一干擾位準,該干擾位準係由操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起;若經確定之干擾位準小於一臨限位準,則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之操作間並存之一頻分策略;且若經確定之干擾位準大於該臨限位準則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之操作間並存之一時分策略,藉此動態地選擇用於將該第二收發器操作於該第二通信系統中之一並存策略;及使該第二收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第二通信系統中操作,其中該第一頻帶與該第二頻帶彼此相異;其中該第一頻帶與該第二頻帶並未彼此重疊;且其中該第一收發器根據該第一收發器並存策略於該第一通信系統中的操作不受動態地選擇用於將該第二收發器操作於該第二通信系統中之該並存策略及使該第二收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第二通信系統中操 作所影響。
  2. 如請求項1之方法,其中該頻分策略僅依賴濾波以實質上消除干擾。
  3. 如請求項1之方法,其中確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器中因操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起之該干擾位準係包含確定該第二收發器之一發射功率位準。
  4. 如請求項1之方法,其中確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器中因操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起之該干擾位準係包含確定該第二收發器之一發射頻率有多接近於該第一收發器之一接收頻率。
  5. 如請求項1之方法,其中:該第一收發器跨一固定頻寬操作,且該第二收發器利用跳頻;且確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器中因操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起之該干擾位準係包含確定該第二收發器之多少跳躍頻率係在距該第一收發器之一個或多個接收頻率之一預定義距離之內。
  6. 如請求項1之方法,其中確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器中因操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起之該干擾位準係包含確定該第二收發器之發射活動之一預期位準。
  7. 如請求項1之方法,其中該方法係週期性地重複。
  8. 如請求項1之方法,其包含: 決定一對話是否需要多於一次地動態選擇一並存策略,且若如此則週期性重複該方法,否則對一並存策略做出一初始動態選擇,且接著在一整個通信對話中自始至終使用該選擇之並存策略。
  9. 如請求項8之方法,其中決定一對話是否將需要多於一次地動態選擇一並存策略包含決定該通信對話之一預期長度。
  10. 如請求項1之方法,其包含:確定一通信對話之一預期長度;及比較該通信對話之該預期長度與一臨限長度;其中若該通信對話之該預期長度小於該臨限長度,則不執行該方法。
  11. 如請求項1之方法,其包含:將該臨限位準選擇為由該第一收發器所使用之一傳輸方案的函數。
  12. 如請求項1之方法,其包含:確定操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器中因操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器引起之一干擾位準;若經確定之干擾位準小於一臨限位準,則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之間並存之一頻分策略;且若經確定之干擾位準大於該臨限位準則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之間並存之一時分策略,藉此動態地選擇用於將該第一收發器操作於該第一通信系統中之一 並存策略;及使該第一收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第一通信系統中操作。
  13. 一種用於在存在一操作於一第二頻帶中之第二收發器的情況下使一第一收發器在一第一頻帶中操作的裝置,其中該第一收發器在一第一通信系統中操作且該第二收發器在一第二通信系統中操作,該裝置包含:經組態以使該第一收發器根據一第一收發器並存策略於該第一通信系統中操作的邏輯;經組態以確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器之一干擾位準的邏輯,該干擾位準係由操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起;動態選擇邏輯,其經組態以當經確定之干擾位準小於一臨限位準,則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之操作間並存之一頻分策略;且當經確定之干擾位準大於該臨限位準則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之操作間並存之一時分策略,藉此動態地選擇一並存策略;及經組態以使該第二收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第二通信系統中操作的邏輯,其中該第一頻帶與該第二頻帶彼此相異;其中該第一頻帶與該第二頻帶並未彼此重疊;且其中該第一收發器根據該第一收發器並存策略於該第一通信系統中的操作不受動態地選擇用於將該第二收發 器操作於該第二通信系統中之該並存策略及使該第二收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第二通信系統中操作所影響。
  14. 如請求項13之裝置,其中該頻分策略僅依賴濾波以實質上消除干擾。

  24. 如請求項13之裝置,其包含:經組態以確定操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器中因操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器引起之一干擾位準的邏輯;動態選擇邏輯,其經組態以當經確定之干擾位準小於一臨限位準,則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之間並存之一頻分策略;且當經確定之干擾位準大於該臨限位準則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之間並存之一時分策略,藉此動態地選擇用於將該第一收發器操作於該第一通信系統中之一並存策略;及經組態以使該第一收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第一通信系統中操作的邏輯。
  25. 一種使用者設備,其包含:一第一收發器,其操作於一第一通信系統中之一第一頻帶中;及一用於在存在一操作於一第二通信系統中之一第二頻帶中之第二收發器的情況下操作在該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器的裝置,其中該第一頻帶與該第二頻帶彼此相異,其中該第一頻帶與該第二頻帶並未彼此重疊;其中該裝置包含:經組態以使該第一收發器根據一第一收發器並存策略於該第一通信系統中操作之邏輯電路 經組態以確定操作於該第一通信系統中之該第一收發器之一干擾位準的邏輯,該干擾位準係由操作於該第二通信系統中之該第二收發器引起;動態選擇邏輯,其經組態以當經確定之干擾位準小於一臨限位準,則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之操作間並存之一頻分策略;且當經確定之干擾位準大於該臨限位準則選擇在該第一收發器及該第二收發器之操作間並存之一時分策略,藉此動態地選擇一並存策略;及經組態以使該第二收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第二通信系統中操作的邏輯,其中該第一收發器根據該第一收發器並存策略於該第一通信系統中的操作不受動態地選擇用於將該第二收發器操作於該第二通信系統中之該並存策略及使該第二收發器根據該動態選擇之並存策略於該第二通信系統中操作所影響。
  26. 如請求項25之使用者設備,其包含:該第二收發器。
