Claims (2)

  1. 一種改良型升壓轉換器,電連接於一電源及一負載之間,使施加於該負載的電壓高於該電源供給的電壓,操作於連續導通模式,包含:一KY升壓電路,包括:一順向導通元件,具有一與該電源電連接的第一端,及一第二端;一輸出電感,具有一與該順向導通元件的第二端電連接的第一端,及一與該負載電連接的第二端;一中繼電容,電連接於該順向導通元件的第二端;及兩個電晶體元件,其中一第一電晶體元件具有一與該順向導通元件的第一端電連接的第一端,及一電連接該中繼電容的第二端;另一第二電晶體元件具有一與該第一電晶體元件的第二端電連接的第一端,及一接地的第二端;一輸入電容,具有一電性連接於該電源的第一端,及一電性連接於該第一電晶體元件之第一端的第二端;及一輸入電感,具有一電性連接於該電源的第一端,及一電性連接於該第一電晶體元件之第二端的第二端;當該第一電晶體元件導通且該第二電晶體元件不導通時,該順向導通元件截止,該輸入電感兩端跨壓為負值而為去磁狀態並對該輸入電容充電,且電流由該電源依序流經該第一電晶體元件、該中繼電容、該輸出電感及該負載,而對該輸出電感激磁,使流經該輸出電感的電流逐漸上升;當該第二電晶體元件導通且該第一電晶體元件不導 通時,該順向導通元件被導通,該電源的能量經由該輸入電容對該中繼電容充電,該輸入電感為激磁狀態,且該輸出電感處於去磁狀態使電流由該電源流經該順向導通元件後分成兩路,其中一路依序流經該中繼電容及該第二電晶體元件,另一路依序流經該輸出電感及該負載,而流經該輸出電感的電流逐漸下降;藉此,該輸出電感產生連續鋸齒狀波形的電流。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之改良型升壓轉換器,其中,該輸入電容是利用兩個電容正端接正端串聯成無極性電容。
