Claims (10)

  1. 一種薄膜天線,包括:一塑膠件,設置有一容置空間;一撓曲輻射導體,係配置於該塑膠件容置空間側面;以及一傳導部,具有一接觸端,該接觸端與撓曲輻射導體實質接觸,其中將薄膜狀之軟性撓曲輻射導體配置於該塑膠件之容置空間側面,由於輻射導體圖案係以蝕刻製程形成於一軟性基材表面,該基材經由高溫拉伸為三度空間立體造型,使該撓曲輻射導體層伴隨該基材包附於該塑膠件之內部。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄膜天線,其中該撓曲輻射導體係完全密閉埋置於塑膠件容置空間內部側面,亦或者是設置於塑膠件容置空間上側面或下側面。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄膜天線,其中該塑膠件可設置一貫穿孔。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之薄膜天線,其中該塑膠件設置之貫穿孔係由塑膠件外側表面貫穿連通至塑膠件內部且與撓曲輻射導體介面互相接觸。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之薄膜天線,其中該傳導部係為電性訊號導電金屬頂針。
  6. 一種薄膜天線,包括:一塑膠件,設置有一容置空間;一撓曲輻射導體,係完全密閉埋置於該塑膠件容置空間內部側面;一貫穿孔,該貫穿孔由塑膠件外側表面貫穿連通至塑膠件內部且與撓曲輻射導體介面互相接觸;以及一傳導部,具有一接觸端,該傳導部由該塑膠件外側表面插置於該貫穿孔中並透過接觸端與撓曲輻射導體實質接觸,其中將薄膜狀之軟性撓曲輻射導體配置於該塑膠件之容置空間側面,由於輻射導體圖案係以蝕刻製程形成於一軟性基材表面,該基材經由高溫拉伸為三度空間立體造型,使該撓曲輻射導體層伴 隨該基材包附於該塑膠件之內部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之薄膜天線,其中該傳導部係為電性訊號導電金屬頂針。
  8. 一種薄膜天線,包括:一塑膠件,設置有一容置空間;一撓曲輻射導體,係設置於該塑膠件容置空間之外側表面;以及一傳導部,具有一接觸端,該接觸端與撓曲輻射導體實質接觸,其中將薄膜狀之軟性撓曲輻射導體配置於該塑膠件之容置空間側面,由於輻射導體圖案係以蝕刻製程形成於一軟性基材表面,該基材經由高溫拉伸為三度空間立體造型,使該撓曲輻射導體層伴隨該基材任意結合於該塑膠件之外側表面。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之薄膜天線,其中該撓曲輻射導體係結合於塑膠件容置空間上部外側表面或下部外側表面。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之薄膜天線,其中該傳導部係為電性訊號導電金屬頂針。
