Claims (15)
- 一種輸入裝置,包括有:一電路板,具有相對的一第一表面以及一第二表面,以及複數個導電片,並且該電路板上形成有複數個通孔及複數個穿孔,該等穿孔成對的配置於每一該通孔之外圍,該等導電片成對的設置於該第一表面上且相鄰於每一該通孔,並且每一該導電片具有一耦接段,該耦接段沿該第二表面朝該第一表面之方向彎折;以及複數個機械軸,可拆卸地設置於該電路板之該第二表面,每一該機械軸包含一軸體以及複數個接腳,該軸體具有一定位柱,該定位柱嵌入於該通孔,該等接腳之一端連接於該軸體,另一端穿過該電路板,並且抵靠於該等導電片之該耦接段,令該機械軸電性連接於該電路板。
- 如請求項第1項所述之輸入裝置,更包括有:一第一殼體,具有一容置槽,該電路板設置於該容置槽內;以及一第二殼體,結合於該第一殼體上,並且壓抵於該等機械軸之該軸體,該第二殼體具有複數個開口,該等開口對應於該等機械軸,且每一該機械軸之該軸體部分露出於每一該開口。
- 如請求項第2項所述之輸入裝置,其中該第二殼體具有複數個壓抵部,該等機械軸之該軸體具有一頂持部,該第二殼體係以每一該壓抵部對應壓制於每一該軸體之該頂持部。
- 如請求項第3項所述之輸入裝置,更包括有複數個基座,設置 於該電路板之該第二表面,每一該基座包含一凹槽以及一卡合部,該凹槽底部形成有一固定孔以及複數個絕緣孔,該機械軸之該軸體卡合於該凹槽內,該定位柱經由該固定孔嵌入於該通孔,且該等接腳對應穿過該等絕緣孔,該卡合部設置於該凹槽外緣,該第二殼體係一併壓制於該卡合部上。
- 如請求項第4項所述之輸入裝置,其中每一該基座更包含複數個傳導部,該等傳導部對應嵌入於該等穿孔,並且抵靠於該等導電片之該耦接段,該機械軸之該等接腳經由該等絕緣孔電性插設於該等傳導部內,以透過該等傳導部抵靠於該等導電片之該耦接段。
- 如請求項第4項所述之輸入裝置,其中該卡合部之寬度大於該頂持部之寬度。
- 如請求項第1項所述之輸入裝置,其中該輸入裝置更包含複數個軸帽,該等軸帽分別可拆卸的設置於該軸體上相對該定位柱以及該等接腳之另一側。
- 如請求項第1項所述之輸入裝置,其中該等機械軸中的其中一該機械軸的按壓荷重可選擇性地相同或相異於另一該機械軸的按壓荷重。
- 一種輸入裝置之製造方法,包括以下步驟:提供一電路板,該電路板上形成有複數個通孔;設置複數個導電片於該電路板之一第一表面,該等導電片成對的設置於該電路板上相鄰於每一該通孔之一側,且每一該導電片彎折形成有一耦接段; 提供複數個機械軸,每一該機械軸具有一軸體以及複數個接腳,並且該軸體具有一定位柱;以及設置該等機械軸於該電路板之一第二表面,該等機械軸之該軸體以該定位柱對應嵌入於該等通孔,該等接腳貫穿該電路板,並且對應抵靠於該等導電片之該耦接段,令該機械軸電性連接於該電路板。
- 如請求項第9項所述之輸入裝置之製造方法,更包括:提供一第一殼體以及一第二殼體;設置該電路板於該第一殼體之一容置槽內;以及結合該第二殼體於該第一殼體上,並且壓制於該等機械軸之該軸體上,令每一該機械軸之該軸體夾制固定於該第二殼體以及該電路板之間,並且部分露出於該第二殼體上相對應之一開口。
- 如請求項第10項所述之輸入裝置之製造方法,更包括:提供複數個基座,每一該基座包含一凹槽以及一卡合部,並且於該凹槽底部形成有一固定孔以及複數個絕緣孔;設置該等基座於該電路板之該第二表面,使該等基座之該固定孔對應於該等通孔,必且當該第二殼體結合於該第一殼體,該第二殼體係一併壓制於該基座之一卡合部上;以及設置該等機械軸於該基座上,該等機械軸分別以該軸體卡合於該基座上相對應之一凹槽內,使該定位柱嵌入該基座之該固定孔,並且使該等接腳對應穿過該等絕緣孔。
- 如請求項第11項所述之輸入裝置之製造方法,其中該等基座 係以複數個傳導部對應嵌入於該電路板之複數個穿孔,並且抵靠於該等導電片之該耦接段,該機械軸係以該等接腳經由該等絕緣孔電性插設於該等傳導部內,以透過該等傳導部抵靠於該等導電片之該耦接段。
- 如請求項第10項所述之輸入裝置之製造方法,其中該第二殼體係以一壓抵部壓制於該軸體之一頂持部上。
- 如請求項第10項所述之輸入裝置之製造方法,更包括:提供複數個軸帽;以及設置該等軸帽於該軸體相對於該等接腳之另一側,令該等軸帽露出於該第二殼體之該開口外。
- 如請求項第9項所述之輸入裝置之製造方法,其中設置該等機械軸於該電路板之該第二表面之步驟,可選擇性的設置具有相同或不同按壓荷重之該機械軸於該電路板上。
